住宿位置近周邊景點，非常方便！附近亦有很多食肆，是理想的住宿地點！

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

Really enjoyed our 6 days stay here in Saigon at our apartment. Thao was always responsive and the apartment has everything we needed. It is walkable to many restaurants, our favourite is Bun Cha Xuan Tu. We felt safe walking back home even late at night, and the alleys were kept clean at all times. Highly recommend ☺️

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Vi was an excellent and gracious host, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely return if we're ever in the same city again.

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

My family of 10 members really enjoy this house! The location is super convenient—right in the city center, easy to find, and great for getting around. There are plenty of nearby amenities, from bank, spa, restaurants and cafes to BBQ spots, especially various chill spots, so we never had to go far for a good meal. Plus, it’s really super close to Bui Vien Walking Street, which is lively and fun at night—perfect for those who want to explore the city’s nightlife. As for the house itself, the space is airy, and comfortable. The biggest highlight for me was that each bedroom has its own private bathroom—such a big plus, especially when traveling with a group or family. Not having to wait for a shared bathroom made everything so much more convenient! The area also felt very safe and secure, which was a huge relief. The only minor downside is that there’s no elevator, but honestly, the stairs are easy to walk up, so it wasn’t a big issue. Highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

We had a great time visit vietnam and stay at Tu’s place make my trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for who wants to have a peaceful and safe place to stay. We will choose this place again when we visit. Thanks Tu for alway quickly response and helpful.

Room is quite large and clean. it's suitable for both small family and person who want to have a beautiful and quite room to stay. All things are clean so I highly recommend staying here.

위치가 멀리 있는 만큼 조용하고 평화로우며 멋진 전망을 보여주고 또 숙소 안은 정말 훌륭합니다. 설명처럼 깨끗한 개인 수영장과 가라오케도 사용할 수 있었고 무엇조다도 host Xelu는 항상 빨리 답을 해 줍니다. 우리는 완벽한 휴식과 힐링을 원하는 다른 사람들에게 적극 추천합니다. 주변은 특별히 번화가는 없지만 1분 걸어가는 마트에서 필요한 것을 대부분 살 수 있고 사람들은 순수하고 친절합니다. Gnite 아파트는 그랩 비용이 저렴한 호치민에서 충분히 선택될 자격이 있습니다.
