Phòng nhỏ nhưng đầy đủ tiện ích , quy trình check in dễ dàng & chỗ nghỉ sẽ liên hệ trước khi đến để hỗ trợ nhận phòng, giá phòng đáng tiền & rẻ hơn hầu hết các khu vực lân cận.

Nhà sạch thơm, nội thất có gu rất xịn ạ. Chủ nhà và bạn nhân viên dễ thương, support nhiệt tình. Sẽ quay lại ạ ! Nice house

It's been very pleasant and comfortable staying here during my long trip to Ho Chi Minh City. The host was supportive and friendly. He made sure that me and my guests felt welcomed and relaxed in his place. Everything was clean and at hand, and from the home's location, I could reach easily supermarkets, restaurants, and different kinds of service and stores. I enjoyed my time here. Thank you!

Greate place to stay. Have a big garage and Koi fish aquarium.

Very nice place. Clean and had everything I needed and then some. The accent lighting is super cool. Some friends of mine who lived in district 1 felt it was a little far from the action, but I felt it was just right. A 20-minute grab will get you most places in the city, and this neighborhood was charming with easy access to food and groceries while being much less crowded than most of the city. The wifi wasn't perfect, but good enough for video calls 95% of the time--just had a little trouble one time. I was also hoping for a little more of a coliving vibe because there is a common area, but it felt more natural to keep to my own room most of the time when at home--as others didn't use the common areas much. This said, I did meet 1 or 2 people, and everyone was nice. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

Nice location, enough space for up to 8 guests, stairs aren’t that high compared to others scramble places in HCM, host provide early check in. But keep in mind there’s a few office on the same building using the same entrance.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

We had a lovely stay, the studio was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was further from the tourist attractions/main area of district 1 than we realised.

Really enjoyed our 6 days stay here in Saigon at our apartment. Thao was always responsive and the apartment has everything we needed. It is walkable to many restaurants, our favourite is Bun Cha Xuan Tu. We felt safe walking back home even late at night, and the alleys were kept clean at all times. Highly recommend ☺️

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Great apartment, easy check in/check out. The place is as advertised, so no surprises.

신축아파트라 건물 컨디션이 좋았고 고층으로 사이공강, 랜드마크타워, 골든리버가 훤히 보이는 전망도 멋있었습니다. 편의시설 이용도 편했구요 . 타오디엔과 1군 접근성 좋아서 적극 추천드립니다

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.
