We were in DC to work the Inauguration so the location was ideal to get to where we needed to be in a timely manner. Communication was great, The host went out of his way to accommodate. The house is lovely.

Was traveling for work and it was a perfect place. Easy parking. Unit was spotless and looked virtually brand new. Neighborhood was quiet and there is so much to do within walking distance: Eastern Market, etc. And for me the bed was one of the best I've slept on in years! I come to DC monthly for work. I prefer to find apartments vs. hotels for the added space and amenities (laundry, kitchen) and will definitely stay here again if it's available.

Perfect spot to stay in DC for a long weekend. Super walkable and lots of options nearby.

My girlfriend and I took the train up to D.C. from Savannah, just for a one-night stay to see a show at the nearby D.C. Improv. Maison Dupont was perfect for this purpose. There was a small hiccup with the door codes that we were initially provided not working, but the host answered my texts about the issue pretty much immediately, so it did not create any kind of real problem. When hosts are that responsive, potential problems get nipped in the bud, as in this case. Kudos. The location can't be beat - an incredible amount of f&b options within easy walking distance, and the Metro station right there as well. Finally, my gf managed to leave a new jumpsuit behind, and again the host was very responsive, confirmed that the cleaners had found it, and put it in the mail for us. Overall, a really great stay. I'd love to come back again and stay longer!

More or less what was described in the listing. A charming restored location. A few minor issues that were resolved promptly through contacting the listing agent. Beyond the location's control, but FYI Uber doesn't connect the name Maison Dupont to the location, so we were dropped off on the opposite side of the block from the listing. A ten minute walk from there, so be sure to input the exact address if you are Ubering. Clean, fresh towels, most of the usual items you'd expect (I always bring a travel kettle lol) and remarkably quiet. One item to note is the building is restored, and the elevator is too! We just took the stairs instead!!! Happy to recommend this place.

My family of 7 stayed at Michaels place very comfortably. It’s very close to the university and the city. The parking was easily available. For permit, Michael helped us get one.

We super appreciate Lanita sharing this space for us for our weekend plans! We went to back to back shows at the Echostage and wanted something within walking distance. The space was clean, secure and Lanita was just so generous and speedy communication. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable and the extra snacks💗
