Had a good stay in Washington. Amy and her co-host Tasneem were very helpful. Easy to check-in and check-out. I used local transport to get there - very easy. The bedroom was nice and the bed comfortable. I did use the earplugs that they provided, very helpful amenity. The bathroom was also great, I didn't find the hairdryer till my last day (but that's on me!). Bathroom was clean, toilet worked, sink also worked. Nice to have your own bathroom etc. Kitchen was well supplied. I used the hob and found it easy enough to use. The fridge was also nice and spacious if you were there for longer. TV also featured - easy to use, I mostly watched BBC news. Good selection of programs etc. Check out was easy, I left the towels in the washing bin as asked and put rubbish in the main bin. Easy to lock the door. Would recommend and re -book if in the area again. Thank you both!

Brand spanking new condo. Tastefully done up. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Joe is a perfect and gracious host. Very responsive and going over and beyond when asked if the sofa converted to a bed. We had a wonderful time exploring DC and loved getting back to our home away from home. Easy connectivity using either ride sharing or metro with the closest Benning road station.

We were so excited to be able to come to Washington DC for a historical event. The Airbnb was spacious and comfortable. It was very close to everything, quite convenient! We needed to get there a bit early and they accommodated us. We really appreciate all they did to make us comfortable!

I cannot recommend Ian's apartment too highly! The apartment is beautiful and was spotless. The kitchen is very well stocked with eveything you need. The location is terrific. There is a view of the Capitol Dome from the living room. There are many excellent restaurants near by and it is very easy to get down to the museums. Ian is a very responsive host and sent clear instructions for check-in.

Everything was as advertised and as promised. Check in and out was easy. We took Uber into the city for $15 which was easier than public transit and/or parking.

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful place. It felt safe while inside. The showers were wonderful and there was always hot water. The beds were extremely comfortable with very firm pillows & the best covers. Hans's instructions were detailed and as long as you follow them, you won't have any problems. As I mentioned to Hans, the neighborhood is a bit scary. There are constantly sirens, people walking the streets all times of the day & night, fighting, and the excitement of having Chick-fil-A right next door wore off quickly when we realized they close at 5pm also because of the neighborhood. Obviously, this is not Hans's fault. Just a good place to stay in pairs. It's not far from the capital and the Lyfts are friendly & drive descent. Uber Eats is quick & the food was hot. No one was staying above us until the last night & you can hear footsteps with shoes on. Hans does request no shoes be worn inside. This could be why. Despite all of that, I would definitely stay here again.

Mark’s place was one of the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed. Space was beautiful, blight and cozy. Mark was very helpful and responsive. He even helped us bring up/down our baggage. There are many stores/restaurants within walking distance. My friend and I initially planed to go out for dinner but ended up going to Trader Joe’s, cooked dinner and stayed in because the apartment was so comfortable that we didn’t want to waste our time there. Rooftop was a magical. We watched the sunset in the evening, sunrise in the morning there. We had an amazing stay. Definitely want to stay again. 200% recommended!!!!

The place was easy to find and he left great instructions so didn't have any troubles getting in. There is a little courtyard right next to the backdoor which was great for my pup. The place was clean and perfect for my group of 3. We felt safe and it was quiet enough to get rest at night. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Matthew was such a great host! Very responsive, attentive, kind, and helpful. Definitely will be coming back next time I visit D.C.!

The neighborhood is wonderful, quiet and full of activities to do. The apartment is furnished with a great taste. The house is comfortable and it has been a delight for us to be spending some days here, we will definitely come back! The communication with the host has been smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

This was a really great place, very creative use of space! Ivy City is a nice quiet part of DC that is still close enough to the action of Union Market. Francis was super responsive and a great host…very friendly and caring about our stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Space was very clean and instructions were clear. Host provided a lot of necessary items and information.

Brian's apartment was perfect. It was as described and pictured; easily accessed upon check in with no surprises due to Brian's excellent communication and availability. I would definitely stay here again and I will refer my closest friends and family. I arrived 2 days ahead of my party and felt safe and at home. Brian's local recommendations were wonderful. I am looking forward to staying again.

Matt’s place was spacious and “homey”. We all had our own space and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. Beautiful park within walking distance and really peaceful. Definitely will stay here again.

Family of 5, we enjoyed our stay. No complaints! We loved being able to bring our car and park with no worry about availability. I will preface and say the listing doesn't state a vehicle type limitation, we have a Highlander. Any bigger there would have been issues going in and out of the parking space as it's very tight without having to be guided out and maneuvering just right- but that's about it.

The place is perfect for a small family like us visiting DC. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, very nice, easy to access and very homey. Dan is easy to talk to, very quick to respond and helpful. We had everything we needed. I would recommend Dan’s place anytime.

Ruben is a kind and trustworthy host. He reached out to us at the perfect time before check-in, and the check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was perfect and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the furniture and amenities looked new and well-maintained. It was spacious enough for our family of four, and we had a relaxing stay. The location was quiet and peaceful — a great place to stay overall.

Jono and Ryan’s place was wonderful. Just as explained and very clean. It also is very close to so many places. We had a great time!

My wife and I visited Washington with our two sons (10 and 12) and had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, well-maintained and incredibly clean. We enjoyed the location on H St. and found many good restaurants within a short walk. We spent the majority of our visit traveling to the national mall to visit museums and monuments, which was a short drive away (about a $15 Uber ride). We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to families who are looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay while visiting the capital

Great spot! Perfect location in the heart of Petworth, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for the next DC visit!
