I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in DC! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, which made me feel at home right away. The host was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to ensure that both myself and my guest had everything we needed throughout our stay. They checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable, which really made a difference. The location was fantastic, with plenty to do nearby, making it a perfect spot to explore DC. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

The home is a traditional DC row house with lovely charm. The kitchen has all that you could need. The location is great since you are at the bottom of the hill to Adams Morgan and walking distance to a few lovely neighborhoods with excellent food and people. As someone who lived in DC for many years this location is ideal for doing the most in DC and getting the neighborhood feel. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of space in the home which was ideal for small kids!!

Beautiful row house! Perfectly suited for our friends’ trip to DC. Spotless, comfortable, gorgeously decorated. It had everything we needed and thoughtfully included things we didn’t know we might need—like the potential for early luggage drop off on the day of our arrival and the option to leave our luggage for a few hours on the date of our departure. We loved these amenities! Hosts are incredibly responsive.

It was the perfect place for our long weekend in DC - close enough that we could walk to everything [or a short metro away], but still got some peace and quiet after the long days back at the air bnb!

We cannot say enough good about Adam's place! Things we specifically appreciated: house was spotless, bathrooms were exceptionally clean, everything was well-stocked (linens, kitchen, toiletries) and location was excellent for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Adam was very responsive and great at communicating. We felt right at home and very comfortable during our stay! This home is beautiful!

This place was perfect for us: two families (4 adults, 5 kids) meeting in DC (one family by car, the other by plane) with plans for a mix of seeing the classic DC sites and hanging with local friends. The place was clean, had tons of space, and was close to great restaurants for both takeout and and dining out. There was enough kitchenware that the 8-year-old was able to make blondie muffins without a hitch and the only item that wasn’t working (the Keurig) was replaced within 12 hours. Great communication with the hosts. Would come again! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful home! Shannon and Dan have done a wonderful job making this house a home away from home. Lovely finishes in every room with attention to detail. They were very easy to deal with - even offering suggestions for family friendly restaurants for us, as were we traveling with small children. Every need one could have seems to have been thought of and provided. Would recommend 10/10!

We booked Stay Bubo's place less than a week before our trip after our other Airbnb reservation was unexpectedly cancelled - right during spring break and cherry blossom season. This was place couldn't have been better - and was even closer to our friends who we were visiting. It was spacious with plenty of room for two families. We especially enjoyed the open living space with the kitchen, dining area, and living room - and lots of seating with two couches and an arm chair. Also so many bathrooms! Thank you for saving our trip and providing such a comfortable and clean place to stay!

Great location on a quiet street! We had no issues with parking or transportation. The house was the perfect size and great for hosting multiple guests! We would definitely recommend to others.

Mafe was an excellent host. Proactive with communication, responsive, and kind (thanks for the wine!!). The accommodations couldn’t have been more perfectly located for our family of 5 (13, 11, 8). Everyone had their own space (and plenty of it)…it was a breeze from Reagan Airport, super simple to walk/ebike/scooter/run to all the sights - and being so close to the wharf was a blast too. Everything was clean and nice, my only note (if I’m being really picky) is that there is definitely expected wear and tear on the unit. But that doesn’t take a single thing away (for me) from how great our trip was. Thank you, Mafe!

Alberta and Jorge’s beautiful home was the best air bnb experience we have ever had, and we have stayed in many places around the world. The home is on a quiet street adjacent to rock creek park in the most serene of surroundings. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was outfitted with every possible kitchen gadget and appliance - a really extra special treat for folks who like to cook, not to mention tons of spices and sauces that saved us the hassle of having to buy lots of extra things. There’s no shortage of supplies which was also a nice touch and made us feel much more welcome. Our family (two adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable there and the kids loved playing in the snow and the yard. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Parking is a breeze on the quiet street and it’s an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Public transit via bus is also very convenient as 16th street is a short walk away with access to the bus lines. A true gem

We had an excellent stay. The location was very convenient and it worked perfect for our larger group. Tahmeed was very response.

My family of four (two teenagers) stayed here for a few days while visiting colleges. It was more affordable than the two hotel rooms we would have needed otherwise, and much nicer. It was an easy walk to the Metro and parking was available on the street. Michael responded quickly through the app with tips about that. The home was exactly as described and depicted in photos. We were very comfortable and happy with everything. Thank you, Michael!

Aivets place was beautiful, spacious, and had a very open main living room. perfect for socializing. the place was very clean and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Aivet was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay!! a very wonderful host. The neighborhood is a bit far from downtown DC, and the walk to the closest metro can be far for those who have trouble walking far distances. But the house is fantastic and I would 100% stay here again :)

we had a last minute cancelation from a different reservation and Susan was super responsive and quick to let us book this place! very grateful and it was a lovely place to stay :)
