Easily our best AirBnB experience to date. the apartment is lovely and stacked with thoughtful amenities--extra blankets and space heaters, a filtered water pitcher, chocolates, guide books, coffee/tea necessities, and so on. Everything is clean and in great working order; the kitchen is packed with gadgets of all sorts. The furniture is plentiful without being cluttered--clean and in good shape, but comfy enough to lounge in. The bed is the most comfortable we've had in an AirBnB and was, of course, spotlessly clean. George and Linda were very communicative and clear in their instructions, and we felt right at home. Check in was a breeze. Big bonus points for the street parking pass, which will save you a lot of money if driving into town. Linda also recommended Pacci's, an Italian restaurant a couple blocks away, where we had a delicious lunch. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!

Highly recommend this lovely dog-friendly apartment in Mount Pleasant neighborhood, in easy walking distance to delicious restaurants and bars… with a few great choices on the same block, right outside your door! Also very close to Meridian Hill Park—a nice place to walk or picnic—and walkable to other fun neighborhoods, so it’s a good central location in that sense. Very cozy and clean apartment with good natural light in the living room (compared to a low-light english basement, which is common in DC). For workspace, you have the living room table or bedroom desk. Our host Alana was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Street parking is easy enough, and Alana provided instructions for a visitor parking pass. I hope to stay here again sometime.

Had an absolutely amazing time! Chris and Genevieve’s place was amazing. Check in/out was a seamless process thanks to crystal clear instructions. An informative binder gives you the 411 on local attractions and restaurants. Umbrellas available for the rain, shopping bag for a trip to the market, and complimentary snacks and coffee are just the cherry on top! I can’t recommend Chris and Genevieve’s home enough!

Very comfortable stay, nice neighborhood, clean, quiet. Rental scooters and bikes easy access, 10 min ride to downtown hotels, restaurants and the Capital. Not a bad 30 min walk. Many ABNBs in the area are in the basements of the Row Houses (DC only allows STRs if you live in the house) so ceilings are low, if you are 6 ft 5 I don’t recommend them. The owner has a young child that runs front to back every morning , if you sleep late bring earplugs. Any utensil that drops, is amplified. Other than that, it deserves 5 stars

Jullian was an exceptional host! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions. The space itself was even better than the pictures—a cozy, well-appointed basement studio with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to great dining options and public transportation. I loved being just two blocks from the bus stop, making it effortless to get into the metro area each morning. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, offering a great balance of convenience and tranquility. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting D.C. and would absolutely stay here again!

Probably the best place we’ve ever stayed! Quiet, safe location right in the middle of everything! We walked to restaurants most days and walked to popular attractions in DC. Marvin’s place was spotless and probably the most thoughtfully outfitted rental we’ve ever stayed in. We had everything we needed and could have easily cooked our own meals in the unit’s kitchenette. Marvin was also one of the most communicative hosts we’ve had. Quick responses and always willing to help! Thanks!!

The place was beautiful and clean. The location is phenomenal too. Navy Yard is walkable and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

This is a phenomenal and beautifully renovated house! Convenient for walking to major sites or the metro station! Plenty of room for groups of 6-8. The kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces are just as the pictures show. We lucked out with great weather so were able to enjoy the rooftop deck. Very secure parking with a garage door. Easy to use PIN entry. The were plenty of towels, sheets, paper products and all the kitchen items you need. Loved the many different coffee/espresso options. Our family also loved whatever type of mattresses they were. 1/2 block to a grocery store. Overall a great stay, great house, and hard to leave. Sal was very easy to connect with and was extremely helpful with any questions. 5 stars for sure!!!

The price of the accommodation is a bit high, but it is worth it. Selam's service is very good. When we ran out of laundry balls, Selam responded quickly and helped us order laundry balls and delivered them to our accommodation. The tableware in the kitchen is very clean, including the edible seasonings are all brand new and unopened. The towels and bath towels are very clean and have no stains. Even the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom are brand new. Everything we need is available. The house is very new. I am willing to come back and stay again.

Wonderful stay! Gorgeous neighborhood. I loved sitting on the front patio. The space was large, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked if you wanted to make meals. The coffee was an additional special touch. Easy walk to H Street with restaurants on stores. An all around fantastic stay! I would absolutely come here again.

Katie was very responsive to questions, very helpful. the place was cozy and just right for two. Really close to the Metro, which made exploring super easy.

Very cozy unit in the heart of DC, easy to access public transportation. Space was clean and had everything we needed, if we couldn’t find something the host was very responsive and kind. Only thing was we could hear what was going on upstairs clearly but understanding that it’s a basement unit so somewhat unavoidable! Still a great value for the location and place they offer and we had a great stay. Would recommend to anyone and we would come back as well!

The place is perfect for a small family like us visiting DC. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, very nice, easy to access and very homey. Dan is easy to talk to, very quick to respond and helpful. We had everything we needed. I would recommend Dan’s place anytime.

I cannot recommend Ian's apartment too highly! The apartment is beautiful and was spotless. The kitchen is very well stocked with eveything you need. The location is terrific. There is a view of the Capitol Dome from the living room. There are many excellent restaurants near by and it is very easy to get down to the museums. Ian is a very responsive host and sent clear instructions for check-in.

Ruben is a kind and trustworthy host. He reached out to us at the perfect time before check-in, and the check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was perfect and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the furniture and amenities looked new and well-maintained. It was spacious enough for our family of four, and we had a relaxing stay. The location was quiet and peaceful — a great place to stay overall.

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Ok. I want to give a fair and honest review of the place. First it was my first time using airbnb app, and I’m very glad I did. My airbnb in Washington was everything that was described. It was so much better than being in a hotel, (which I do a lot for business trips). The place was super clean, and beautiful. I loved the brick walls and the space was great for business travelers. There was snacks when I walked in the kitchen and a bottle of wine in the fridge, which I didn’t drink, I’m not a red wine guy, but I appreciate it being there. It was very convenient it has a washer and dryer which I did use, and knowing I didn’t have laundry to do when I got home was glorious. The metro is a few blocks away (5-10 min walk) Only 1 thing I would suggest. Get a new mattress. It is a little stiff for me but wasn’t uncomfortable. And 2 parking is not the best(you get a parking pass) but some neighbors take up two spots with crap parking not any fault of the owner of the property. 5 ⭐️
