We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Jorge's home was STUNNING and was centrally located in the Zona Colonial. My family enjoyed their stay and we hope to return soon. Jorge was an excellent host and super responsive from the time we booked. Highly recommend!

Un lugar perfecto para descansar y pasar en familia

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Todo estuvo muy bien pero vi algo mál que la piscina cierra a las 9 pero uno se puede quedar asta las 12 hay mismo En la Piscina pero sin bañarse

The host was amazing! the house was clean and beautiful!

Fanny was really great. We arrived super early and she let us do check in an hour early, and we were able to keep our things in the space until late in the day on the day we checked out! I thought she was very charming. The space is in a great neighborhood, and I like the old architecture with columns. Lots of people mentioned that the neighborhood is a little noisy, which is true, but it didnt bother me at all. The corner shops have little block parties on the weekends which is beautiful, and they dont run late. Its very close to all kinds of things - the location is perfect.

Le logement de Virginia est très bien situé vraiment tout proche du parque colon , et autres sites touristiques , un petit restaurant dominicain est juste à côté ainsi qu un colmado , et une jolie place. Le logement est très propre et ne manque de rien, Virginie par ailleurs est attentionnée et disponible pour toutes questions

Casa colonial preciosa y muy muy bien ubicada. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables en Santo Domingo y lo mejor es que está en pleno centro y es muy fácil ir andando. Volvería a ir.
