I had a good stay at this place. The space was spotless, very spacious and comfortable, exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The host was super responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Departamento acogedor y en gran ubicación, a solo 10 minutos de zona colonial . Es tal como se ve en las fotos ,el condominio tiene bastante seguridad lo que se agradece . Sin duda lo recomendamos .

this place is beautiful, it love that is private and safe. no random people waking around, in not people who have access. the apartment is beautiful and Cozy, I felt like I was at home 100%. highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. I stayed for a month, Marco was very responsive when I needed any support. The pool is a wonderful plus, and is cleaned often.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Hôtes chaleureux et très accueillants ! Situation au cœur de la Coloniale et prestations de logement bien au dessus de ce que imaginé pour un premier voyage en république Dominicaine. Mary et Patrick toujours disponible et non avide de proposer les meilleurs conseils pour rendre le séjour encore plus inoubliable. Enjoyed my stay at the Casita Colonial. The apartment was as advertised and located in a safe area within the Colonial Zone, only a block away from the coast, a short walking distance to many restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the major supermarket…a small market is also across the street. The host was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in, meeting me at the apartment to explain how to use the water pump, clothes washer, centrifuge dryer, etc. She was responsive to all questions that I had and recommended some nice restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others for an authentic Santo Domingo experience. Thanks!

Me and some friends stayed at this Airbnb for about a week. And we had a great time. The place was spacious and I loved how all of our rooms had a different color theme to it. Waner was very responsive and always checked in to make sure we were OK or if we needed anything. Even when there were issues with the shower pressure, he was able to effectively communicate with us to fix that. He was also very flexible with checking in and checking out. I had the orange room and it is probably been one of the best rooms I’ve ever seen in. Me and Jordan stay here and we loved how the location was walkable to just about any restaurant that we wanted to try. And it was very easy for us to navigate. The rooms were clean, the sites from the rooftop are beautiful and we’d love to sit outside on the patio to just relax.

Overall, a good stay. Everything was as it should be. A little learning curve to the hot water but all good. These flats are within the “old city” area but near the end. A little longer walk to the better area w nice restaurants etc but that was fine. It was very secure. While we didn’t use the rooftop it was nice. Manual is a great host who was very responsive.

Great location for easy access to old town. Very safe and secure location with good view of river and old town. Comfortable, local convenient places to eat. Pizza place well worth a visit. Just as the pictures show and a great place to explore Santo Domingo from.

Beautiful Apartment Will Definitely Come Back

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—within walking distance to La Zona and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. It was also very quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung! Super Lage, Check in war einfach, Kommunikation war sehr gut. In diese Wohnung gibt alles, sehr gute Qualität! Wir wurden mit eine Flache Wein empfangen, Getränke in Kühlschrank, Snacks, auch on Badezimmer gibt viele sachen, worauf ich mich gefreut habe. Es gibt permanent heißes Wasser, mit super Wasserdruck 😅, Internet sehr schnell, TV hat alles, Klima funktioniert perfekt. Dieses Apartment ist 100 Sterne! Danke schön, komme gerne wieder

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.
