It's a special spot to be able to stay right on the lake. Enjoyed that there were chairs on upper porch and right on the water too. Two parking spots right down by the house. Loved walking our dog across the road on the trail that runs parallel to water and main road. Really comfy living room dining area.

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

What a beautiful, relaxing home. i needed a place to relax after a long day of volunteering and this was beyond my expectations.

My best friend, our dogs, and I absolutely loved this place!!! It was a perfect and exactly what we were looking for: a private home on the lake with a hot tub right next to the finger lakes :) Zachary was so extremely nice and helpful which made the check in and out process pleasantly easy. We are 10000% coming back during the summer!

David's house is a classic farmhouse with the comforts you need for a pleasant stay near the town of Ithaca as well and beautiful surrounding natural landscape. David is responsive and helpful, and the place is very comfortable for a family in different configurations. There is even a hot tub!

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

Beautiful home and location. Laura was excellent to deal with and always responsive. First Airbnb I have ever stayed at and it was easy. Great location for shopping, dining and wineries.

This garage apartment is PERFECT for me and my fur baby. The garage is detached from the house and they do not use the downstairs, so no worrying that my pup will disturb anyone. VERY quiet and peaceful. Dollar General is 3 miles down the road if you need anything and the hospital is only 10+ minutes. If you don’t mind the sulfur smell from the hot water I highly recommend. I’m not a country gal so it took a bit to get used to. However, that does not make it worth not staying again. In fact, I booked for next week too! Traveling for work at the community hospital and will try to stay here whenever I bring my fur baby!! They also provided bottled water and yummy Dunkin Donuts coffee! And… a huge area for my dog to run around. Can’t say enough about this place. Very homey.

This is a renovated ground-floor apartment in one of the many older homes found all throughout Ithaca. The space is nice. Very clean. I really appreciate that there are tons of surfaces put your stuff throughout the apartment, including the bathroom. We were there in the middle of January. The space is heated by a single giant radiator in the floor. It throws out enough heat for the main living areas of the apartment. The bathroom also has a portable space heater. I think I remember reading that the bedroom does too, but we didn't need it. Of all the AirBnb's we've stayed at in Ithaca (4 or 5), Katherine & Jia's is our favorite!

Our out of state family converged at the farm for a long weekend. The farm was cozy and comfortable. John was attentive yet allowed for privacy. Everything needed was available. We all felt at home, loved watching the many birds at the feeders, and were able to cook all our meals easily and enjoy family time. We had conversations around the warm fire and games at the table. Though it was cold outside, measures were in place to ensure comfortable temperatures inside. We would happily go there again.

Michele and Andy were friendly, helpful, hospitable hosts, and their farm is beautiful! We enjoyed a relaxing weekend surrounded by their horses, cows, fields and forests. The house itself has rustic, unpolished, handmade charm and is decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable, the wood stove was easy to use and helped us stay warm for our winter visit. Michele was accommodating of our arrival and departure times, going out of her way to try to help us adjust plans to match the weather. She was also very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and information about the area. We highly recommend staying here!

Sarah was a wonderful and communicative host! Parking and check-in was so easy which was wonderful because we arrived in a snow storm. We had everything we needed, even when my son thought he lost his toothbrush, it was no biggie because Sarah had some. The main bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a microwave and refrigerator even though there isn't an actual kitchen. We were very happy with our quick stay to tour the local colleges, the location was sooo convenient!

A great outdoorsy and rustic place to stay. Clean with good vibes and relaxing views. Very friendly cats. Outdoor shower was clean with its own heater and had decent water pressure. At night small lights were blinking like fireflies so you could find your way with beautiful ambiance. I would certainly go again here.

The Little House is in a perfect location, near scenic trails and some of the best restaurants, wineries, and breweries in the area. Communication with Hannah and Dustin was great, and they recommended some local spots and even places in another nearby town we were staying in the night before checking in.

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

A great rustic getaway! It was great being between cayuga and seneca lakes - everything was a 20 min drive to see beautiful falls in every direction, great wineries/cideries (finger lakes cider house had amazing food to go with the cider), great restaurants (stonecat and elf in the oak) and Ithaca Farmer's Market (must see - so plan a Sat or Sun there). Sunsets were fabulous from the porch and over the fields and the hens were a joy to experience - so cute - and the gentle Q was so good with our cautious rescue pup. But the best part of the stay was Carey's hospitality - tending to every need and providing great suggestions of things to do/see tailored to our interests and giving us a true taste of the area - with local fresh eggs, fruit, wonderful baked bread, granola, cider, wine, cheese, baked goods and the best yogurt ever! We didn't even miss the tv (during football and world series even)!

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!

A great place in a great location! This was perfect for our three day getawa.! We enjoyed several state parks, Ithaca Farmer's Market, Ithaca Commons and, of course, Purity Ice Cream...all within a scenic 20 min drive. I had fun with the piano (Charmingly just slightly out of tune and janky. Good for Beatles jams, not so much the Beethoven.) The hot tub nice for our hike-tired legs. I want to come back in the summer to see how these lovely gardens bloom!

Beautiful house looking over Seneca lake was a perfect fit for our weekend. The house was clean and very spacious. It is in a great location to all the wineries and breweries. Highly recommend and would come back.

WE LOVED THE PLACE! Carrie and John were amazing hosts and their wonderful RV elevated our experience and memories that my boyfriend and I will be sure to cherish for a lifetime. For those of you wondering, a bathroom (toilet and shower stall) is located in the RV, however we preferred their bathhouse which was within easy walking distance. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic necessities such as utensils, pots, basic condiments etc. We appreciated the availability of an outdoor gas grill and gas stove that were fully functional. Also it's worthy mentioning there is a fire pit fully stacked with an ample amount of firewood [and a hilly-billy pool which we didn't get to enjoy due to weather]. For those who are planning on a day trip for Ithaca's beautiful scenery, the Buttermilk Falls State Park is about 20 minutes drive; and 15 minutes drive to the nearest Dollar General store should there be any last minute shopping.
