Beautiful house, wonderful location, great host!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely stone cottage! The moment we walked into the house and saw the view through the window, we knew the trip had already been worth it, even if we didn't experience anything else. The view of the sea with the mountains in the background was simply stunning. The cottage itself was cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Anita was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Just keep in mind that this property is slightly outside the main town but there is a bus stop right in front of the house with buses running every hour during week days and every 2 hours during weekends. A taxi ride wouldn’t cost much if you do not want to wait for buses. Anita also helped us with booking taxis and providing excellent restaurant recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat by the sea!

Ev gayet temiz ve denize sadece 30 saniye mesafede, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Ado bey ile görüşemedik fakat sanırım oğlu bize yardımcı oldu , kendisi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi bu kadar iyi bir ev sahibi olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Ev çok güzel konum olarak ve evin içerisi de harikaydı, biz çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederiz…

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Tamara’s place is just a street back from the sea front. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and her brother was really helpful in showing us around when we first arrived. Everything you could need is in the apartment including a shaded terrace outside. 5 or so minutes walk to the port area but with restaurants and bars right outside. Great place to stay if you’re planning a visit to Porto Montenegro.

Sveto ve Uroš çok iyi ev sahipleriydi. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldular, sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladılar. Ev çok temizdi, konumu çok güzeldi. Eğer evden çıktığınızda sahilde yürüyüş yapayım ve çok kalabalık olmasın derseniz bu ev mükemmel bir ev. Hem otogara hemde Old Town’a yürüme mesafesinde bir konuma sahip. İyi ki bu evde kaldık ve Sveto ve Uroš’ u tanıdık. Tekrar Kotor’a gelirsek eğer yine bu evde kalmak isteriz. Bize yaşattığınız güzel ev deneyimi için size çok teşekkür ederiz.

Stayed here for one week, had a great time. The place is large for 1-2 people, clean and has a well-stocked kitchen, a desk that can be used as a workspace, fast WiFi and a nice balcony with a view. There are three supermarkets within walking distance and the waterfront is a 5 minute walk, which has several restaurants and beautiful views. If driving, Herceg Novi is also less than 15 minutes away. Julia was a great and friendly host and she even helped me get set up with the tourist office. Check-in was easy despite me being delayed at the airport. Definitely recommend the place, would happily stay again.

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

A fabulous place to stay for a night. Hosts so friendly and welcoming. Apartment so clean and just perfect for our needs. Great view close to everything & walkable.Highly recommend staying here. Oh and the pool is squeaky clean and fresh! Thank you Jasna and Bob

I stayed there for 4 days and Marija made sure I was comfortable. The Airnbnb itself was exactly what I expected and the view of the pool was amazing, as was the easy access. Marija herself was a fantastic host who always supported me when I needed anything. She provided me with info about the city and activities, and any time I had a question I simply messaged her on What's App and she replied almost, if not immediately All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

The house is very cozy, has everythig you need and it has extra amenities to enjoy the balcony outside or the pool and the beach during summer. The view is amazing, we arrived late at night and could't see very much the surrounding, but when we woke up the next morning it was a delightful surprise, with the mountain very close behind and the sea up ahead. You can have a great great view during sunset and sunrise from the balcony and the liyving room windows. The area is very peaceful, and the dedicated parking spot made it even easier to access. The great atmosphere and beauty of Kotor goes on uninterrupted as you enter the house. Irena was a wonderful host, very polite, very kind, super friendly, super responsive and she gave us lots of suggestions for things to do in Kotor and great place to eat. We had a great great time, and I can imagine during summer it must be way better. I totally recommend this place to stay and Kotor to visit, worth coming back over and over again!

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Lepetani! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, man muss nur über die Straße laufen, dann ist man dort. Außerdem ist ein Strandbad nur ca 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Davor jederzeit kontaktieren und bekamen direkt eine Antwort. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful views. The space was clean and functional, making it feel even more comfortable. The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We booked this plus the adjoining property for a large family holiday. We really loved both houses, the setting was superb with gorgeous views across the bay. Perfectly located for Kotor (if you have a car - the walk is approx 30 minutes and involves watching carefully for cars sharing the narrow road with you). The houses are very well appointed inside, and the terrace/jetty is a real winner. We were blessed with great weather for late Oct/early Nov and could swim in the bay in front of the house. The host also provided paddle boards, with kayaks available for rent nearby. There is also a mini market a couple of mins' walk away. Nothing but praise for the hosts, who communicated promptly and patiently answered all our questions.

Karadağ’a geldiğimizde yine burada ve daha uzun günler konaklayacağız

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

Een fantastisch huisje voor twee personen. Slaapkamer, douche met wc en keuken in de woonkamer. Alles is nieuw en was brandschoon bij aankomst. Een supermarkt, bakker en restaurantjes zijn op loopafstand, maar het meest fantastisch is het uitzicht op de baai. Ontbijt, lunch en diner op het terras met zo'n uitzicht is fantastisch. Wij bevelen dit huisje van harte aan.
