We had a wonderful holiday staying at Jovan’s place! The location is absolutely perfect — practically right on the beach, with a beautiful long seaside walking and cycling path just steps away. It was incredibly easy and pleasant to explore the area: the Old Town fortress of Kotor was very close, as well as several supermarkets, a local food market, and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the gorgeous mountains surrounding the bay, with excellent hiking routes easily accessible from the apartment. The weather was gentle and perfect for springtime adventures, and the scenery — mountains meeting the sea — was simply breathtaking. The apartment itself was comfortable, had all the amenities you can think of to make our stay even more relaxing. A special thanks to Jovan and Alexander for being such welcoming hosts. Alexander’s English is truly impressive, and we found that communication everywhere in Montenegro was very easy with locals. Thank you again for hosting us!

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

Bozidar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Restoran, plaj, gezilecek yerler gibi birçok yeri gönderdi. Bizi o karşılayıp eve götürdü. Ev, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha güzel. Gayet temizdi. Manzarası ve balkonu çok güzel. Tatilim boyunca sorduğum sorulara hızlı ve samimi bir şekilde cevap verdi. Tatil sonunda ince düşünceli davranarak bizim için hediyeler almıştı. Bir daha yolum düşerse kesinlikle kendisi ile iletişime geçerim ve herkese tavsiye ederim 🍀

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

Konaklama yeri fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi. Havuz ve jakuzi olması çok rahatlatıcı. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü dost canlısı. Montenegronun gezilmesi gereken yerlerine çok yakın. Güzel bir deneyimdi tekrar montonegroya gelirsek burada kalmak isteriz.

I recently stayed at Rada's place in Perast. It was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Stefanie, in particular, made our stay extra special with her kindness and attentiveness.The accommodation was comfortable, cozy, and perfectly situated to explore the beauty of Perast. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We felt truly at home and appreciated the personal touches that made our visit memorable.I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Perast. We will definitely return and look forward to another wonderful stay. Thank you, Rada and Stefanie, for making our trip so delightful!

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

7-10 Aralık tarihleri arasında konakladık. Bir oda ve banyo iki kişinin kalması için yeterli. Salaş bir yer, büyük lüks arayışı olanlara uygun değil. Buna rağmen klima, sıcak su, internet ve mutfak ve balkon mevcut. Basitçe günlük yemek ihtiyaçları karşılanabilir. Manzarası körfeze bakıyor ve keyifli. Yaz aylarında çok daha keyifli olacağına eminim ama sürekli yağmurlu ve soğuk Tivat kışında bile bizi herhangi bir şey üzmedi. Fiyat/perfomans açısından tavsiye edilir.

Großzügige, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Gut für 2 Erwachsene und zwei kleinere Kinder. Großartiger Blick bei jedem Wetter und jeder Uhrzeit. Nina war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns Waschmittel gegeben und etwas länger bleiben lassen, weil unser Flug erst abends ging. Im Stockwerk unten wird noch gebaut. Auch der Garten ist eher Wildnis und Baustelle mit vielen netten Katzen. Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil, da muss man etwas aufpassen, wenn das Auto wenig Bodenfreiheit hat. Es fährt zwar ein Bus nach Kotor, dennoch braucht man hier im Urlaub auf jeden Fall ein Auto und gute Nerven. Wir waren Anfang Oktober hier und fanden es sehr schön!

Très bel appartement, vue incroyable, très bien équipé et à proximité de la plage. Plage privée et public avec toujours de la place. Situé entre Perast et Kotor , véhicule indispensable( attention à la circulation souvent embouteillée ). Natalya a toujours été réactive a nos demandes.

lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, cozy, quiet and very warm; i stayed in the last week of november, but the heating system worked perfectly. the house is some ten minutes walk from the main njegoseva street, where you'll find all the amenities, from very affordable restaurants and pubs, to cafes, stores and corner shops. and last but not least, ivana and marija are very friendly, cheerful and easy to talk to. if i ever come to cetinje again, this will be the first place to check for accommodation.

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Merci à Darko son épouse. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques, très serviables. Ils sont toujours de bons conseils. Leur maison est authentique. Tout comme Dobrota. La baie de Kotor et les bouches de Kotor sont splendides. De nombreuses cités voisines sont à découvrir. Comme la vieille ville de Kotor, Perast… Seul bémol la circulation. Nous avons tout fait en taxi, et avec Darko (merci ) donc ça a été. Mais les panneaux, les rues sont mal indiquées et très étroites. Cela fait partie de l aventure. Nous étions une famille de 5. Le logement est parfait !! Équipements suffisants. Climatisation. Extérieurs très appréciables malgré les moustiques. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

We had a perfect stay at Renata’s lovely apartment! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds and the balcony were very nice. Renata is a superhost, very kind, thoughtful and had good recommendations. The house is very close to the old town and you can see the fortress from the bedroom windows!

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Endroit très agréable et très propre et Marija très gentille et serviable, si nous revenons au Monténégro et que nous cherchons un logement dans ce coin nous retournerons chez elle!

Marina’s place is updated, clean, and a great location. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to stay near Kotor.

I cannot say enough good about Jelena, her husband and their place. First of all they are so kind, so helpful always quick to communicate and went above and beyond. I've never stayed at an Airbnb where they refilled your toilet paper and dish detergent and came to change the sheets halfway through. It was just wonderful to stay there. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and we love the area of town that it's in. It was a nice 12 to 15 minute walk into town and just a great location on the bay. We cook a lot and at one point said that the pan she had was having food stick to it and she went out the next day and bought us a pan. Like I said, just above and beyond service and just the kindest people. They even arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. I loved this Airbnb, it was the best one I've ever stayed in. Due to the apartment, the location, great Wi-Fi for working from home and the host were wonderful. I highly recommend!

Zelijko's apartment was wonderful. The view from the balcony was magnificent, and the pool was also extremely nice. I had a fantastic and relaxing time. Zelijko was really helpful, friendly, and communicative. Would highly recommend his place for visiting Kotor!

I would highly recommend this place as it has a good location with an amazing view and is also very spacious. Host is also very friendly and helpful and was always quick to reply if we had any issues.

The owner was flexible, kind, very helpful and gave us good advices about this location (in english). Thank you Suzanna! The house is in a very quiet nice location with easy parking for car. It takes 20 minutes walk from oldtown along the bay with beautiful view. Almost everything was perfect. The apartment and kitchen was cleand and well equipped. Wifi and internet was always fast. House rules ask guests to empty the rubbish bin every day, but garbage container is a bit far from the house... All in all, we had an unforgettable holiday there, thank you!

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.
