Great apartment in a great location. Right near a tram stop and easy access to Southern cross station. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out was so easy. And Jeremy always replied quickly. And we were able to have early check in too. Have no complaints at all.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Philipa’s Airbnb. Philipa is a good host . The view of her apartment is fabulous, especially at night . You can enjoy sunset too from the balcony . We love that the tram stop is just in front of the building .

Great location and easy walk to restaurants and bars coffee shops. Room is compact and lovely linen a towels has everything u need. Would definitely stay again for the location an affordability. Great communication with Marcus. Thanks so much.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Wonderful place and probably one of the best locations in Melbourne. Was lovely to be greeted by Sonia and the place was spotless. Tried to extend my stay even longer but unfortunately somebody had already booked but will definitely be back again!

Have stayed at Tamar's place three times now and alway enjoy my time there. Right in the heart of the city, above the bustle of Flinders station and Fed Square with a fantastic little balcony looking across the Yarra. Tamar is a friendly and considerate host. If you don't mind being amid the noise and energy of Melbourne the convenience to walk around or catch public transport is hard to beat.

Thank you for hosting us x it was great. So comfortable and free tram right outside the door. It was excellent to be within walking distance of Marvel stadium so easy to come and go from our accommodation to our concert. We will be back

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment in Melbourne. Its location is great, as it is walkable to many attractive spots and within the free tram zone. The host is proactive and always responds on time. I highly recommend it.

Glenn’s property was perfect for my stay! The property was exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable - 10/10 would definitely stay again!

The apartment was perfect for us. Two spacious rooms and bathrooms, super clean and perfectly appointed. Great space if you also need to work, everything you need at walking distance. Jane was a great host. Communication was perfect and the level of support and flexibility was excellent. We also particularly appreciated the location in terms of transfers to the airport. Super convenient. We will try to stay again at Jane's apartment in the future.

Kelvis made my partner and I feel right at home during our short trip in Melbourne! Kelvis was quickly responsive, friendly, professional, and very accommodating. We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

Very nice central spot. Close to restaurants and eateries. Short trip to St Kilda or anywhere on the east side. Place was clean and amenities were sufficient.

The place is nice, safe and quiet. 🛜 Good internet. 📍 In terms of location it is well located, there are lots of small and medium fast food restaurants as well as dinner-in restaurants from different cuisines. 🚃 Touristically it also well located within the free tram zone, and within walking distance to museums and other places. 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️If you like longer walks, getting to the botanical garden was also easy. ♿️ For those who might be disabled, the building and flat is accessible, and at Traveller Aid you can rent wheelchairs

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

This place was absolutely perfect, made even better by a host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

Deb and Rob were wonderful hosts! The apartment was excellent with amazing views and every single amenity imaginable. Not only was it was a nice place to be but it was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and noise from the busy roads outside barely audible from inside! One of my biggest pet peeves in high rises like this is how loud they can be, but this one was super quiet and the aircon was quiet which made for a really good night sleep. If I need to come to Melbourne with a group I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is awesome! If I ever need to be in the Southbank area again this would be my first choice!

Luxurious yet homely place with the best view in Melbourne. A stunning apartment. As a location, this can’t get any better for a visitor to Melbourne. Walking distance to pretty much everything for everyone in the family - offices, shops, restaurants, markets, gardens, galleries, theaters, train stations… This really has the best of both worlds, close enough to the city to walk everywhere, yet don’t have the stuffy feeling of an apartment in the city. Perfect place for a visit to Melbourne.
