We had such a lovely stay! The place was just as pictured. Plenty of space for the 9 of us to lounge around the house and hangout by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

This was our second time staying at Chuck’s place. The resort amenities are great and our family utilized the splash pad, pool, gym, basketball courts and restaurant. The house is great and accommodates our family of 14 perfectly. We had a great stay!

Had a great stay with our family. Lots to do in/around the area. Kids enjoyed the themed rooms as well as the pool. Cal was quick to get us setup with everything we needed after a last minute booking. Publix/target/walmart were all within a few min drive of the house. There was a bit of noise from one of the neighbouring houses one night but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb the children who were sleeping. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and great amenities! Host communicated and was very helpful with everything. If you want the pool heated let them know ahead of time so it’s ready upon arrival. All the rooms look great and comfortable. Only master bathroom mattress is a bit too firm style for me but that could be personal choice. Kitchen had all needed appliances, dishwasher soap , laundry soap , garbage bags etc. 100% recommend the place.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The villa itself was stunning, with a peaceful neighbourhood. A special shoutout to our host, Adanel, who was absolutely fantastic! Super responsive, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. His hospitality made our experience even better. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to everyone. If you’re looking for the perfect stay, look no further—you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great stay with our two young kids. My son is non-verbal with ASD. We appreciated the kid’s plates/bowls that kept food from touching (iykyk!) The pool safety fence and locks on the doors were great. The bathroom door that leads to the pool didn’t have a higher up lock, but we just made sure an adult slept in that bedroom. Plenty of pool towels. They loved the treehouse bunk and toys to play with. The blackout curtains kept light out of the bedrooms so they didn’t wake too early. The hosts were great and always responsive. We had a fun stay!

They provided so much stuff for a family traveling with babies! They were incredibly responsive to any questions that we had and someone came by mid-week to service the pool (which was quick). Can't stop raving about how great it was! We kept talking about how we wouldn't have changed a thing!

Great place to stay with our group while we explored the Disney parks.

We were a group of 16 golfers playing 5 courses nearby. The size of the house with enough bedrooms to give everyone a private room was the initial attraction. It was soon evident that Parmi was a great communicator with very fast feedback and accurate info. The house was clean and very functional with our highlight being the steak dinner on the last night. We bought 16 one pound steaks and grilled them in the outdoor grill - our chef did a perfect job. With two large dining tables, the meals were very comfortable. These tables later handled a two table poker tournament. The hot and bubbly spa soothed our aching bones after golf. All in all, a PERFECT house for our needs. Thanx !!!!

Excellent stay! My wife and our two kids stayed here with another family with two children for a week. The house was exactly what was pictured and described. Angela was very responsive to any questions and accommodating to any requests. The pools within the subdivision are great and have friendly staff. We had a wonderful time!

This booking was a last minute booking as another host canceled our stay 30 minute before checking only because I called to get the codes to the door. Ann and Lars to the rescue they accommodated my whole family in their spacious home and the rest was history. The place is clean and has plenty of beds to rest about 24 to be exact so if you traveling with a large party and need accommodations don’t hesitate to send them a message, they respond back pretty quick and are willing to work with you. The place was cleaned and the TVs are a plus when you back home from your adventures and want to catch up on your shows (Netflix) included. Again don’t hesitate to send them a message and see if it’s available. Thanks Ann and Lars for the accommodations. Great job making it feel homey.

Home Away from Home! This is our 2x staying at Mike & Mikayla’s place and there is a reason we came back! The house is big for larger families w/room to spread out. Great location on a golf course, afternoon sun w/ beautiful sunsets! Kitchen is well stocked and they start you with a few of the basics! Stores , restaurants, spa & golf are all super close by! We feel so comfortable & relaxed here! Looking forward to renting from them again!

Great place! We love it here. Mabell is an amazing host, the house is clean and inviting and functional. This is our third time here and we want to come back!

Really enjoyed my family’s stay. Everything was beautiful, there was a full supply of kitchen equipment, many fun activities in the area to do. This is a perfect vacation home and I’m thankful for the experience this home was able to give.

We had very few issues at Paula”s but when we did, it was very comforting to have a local maintenance contact we could call who were always responsive and helpful with local activities suggestions. If the opportunity comes again, we would stay at Paula”s.

This place was a great experience. Had more than enough room for all of us and my daughter loved the pool.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

It felt right at home from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. Every thing was clean, comfortable and overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality in letting our family stay in your beautiful home. Brittni

The home was very nice, looks just like the pictures. We had a small issue with the upstairs shower and as soon as I let Josefina know, Oscar was there to fix the problem within minutes. Overall we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely book again.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family! Lilliana was very accommodating as we needed to check in rather immediately. Clean, comfortable, exactly what we were looking for! Will definitely reach out for our next vacation.
