We hosted our annual family Christmas here. Plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably. In addition, there were pull out bed options for flexible sleeping arrangement and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. A fully stocked kitchen supplied more than enough for us to prepare and clean up meals in house to avoid having to schlep personal kitchenware or go out to eat. Also, a large eat-in kitchen offered us the ability to enjoy our meals together and all could wrap around the table for snacks and board games.

The home is on a quiet part of the lake. Very relaxing outside.

This is a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings in a family neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and looking out over the lake (including the little island where my brothers and I once winter-camped with our dogs). The yard and garden are very nicely landscaped, and there are many places to sit and chat, both inside and outside. We were in Beaver Dam for a family reunion, and this was a wonderful place to have our evening meals. The kitchen is well-equipped. (Unlike other short-term rental places, the refrigerator and cupboards have no foodstuffs, so bring what you need for at least your first night and morning. Kwik-Trip is sort of nearby, and had many of the things we had forgotten.) Be aware that although you will be provided with some paper towels and TP, you will be purchasing what you need if those run out. Also, be mentally ready to be out by 10 am on your leaving day, having washed and put away any dishes. All in all, it was wonderful.

It was a wonderful experience. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Comfortable beds, super clean, beautiful view. Cannot wait to visit again!

The cutest lake house with absolutely everything you could possibly need (including a goodie basket to welcome us). The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking, lots of fun yard and lake toys. Cute decor, plenty of space. We loved it!

This cabin truly is comfy and cozy. Very close to couple restaurants and bar/grilles. Huge front yard with large firepit. Had more amenities than what we expected for a cabin. Was surprised to find a renovated bar and workout area downstairs which I utilized each day being so convenient. Sunrise and sunset opportunities every day we were there. Under an hour from Madison. Wonderful place to come to get away from the grind, we’d like to come back for a longer stretch next summer.

We love staying at Jeanette and Ryan’s home. It is truly serenity at the lake, with a cute town nearby and lots of great Wisconsin food. We especially like all the great meat and treats at Leroy’s Meats in the town of Fox Lake. The best treat though is sitting and looking at the lake from that magnificent porch. We will be back!

Stayed here for 2 weeks while we were visiting family and it couldn’t have been better. Home was lovely, well suited for what we needed and definitely kept the kids occupied with the toys and games that are available. Views were beautiful which is always a plus, would definitely book again for when we are back over. Couldn’t have hoped for a nicer place or hosts.

Went for a weekend with my friends and it was amazing! Host was very accommodating and the home was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! We were hoping to ice fish on the lake but it was not ideal. But 30 min away is Fox Lake which was perfect for ice fishing! The car races on the ice were very entertaining. Didn't have to leave the house to watch them! I only had one complaint and it's more about my dog than the place,lol. I have a giant dog that I cannot pick up and he was deathly afraid of the basement steps because they are open on the one side. I had to use the outside steps anytime I needed him to go down or up. Keep that in mind if you have a dog like min. But the place itself was fine & clean. We even had some tasty treats left for us. It was a great place for a little weekend getaway with my teenage son.

Thank you, for opening your cabin for us! Although we only needed it for a place to sleep for a night, we will be back when we can stay for a weekend to relax. The cabin & surroundings were beautiful. The close proximity to our event at Springbrook made it exceptionally convenient as well.

Joline made me feel as if we were long time friends. You can tell there’s a large amount of effort to ensure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. All the extras are include down to fire wood for the fireplace to unwind after a long day!! I’ll be booking again when I return to hunt and the Marsh!!!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin. I would gladly stay here again if we return to the area.

The photos don’t do justice for what we expected. It’s a much bigger inside. The bay window was beautiful. We loved the kitchen cabinet design as well as the bar area. Plenty of areas in the house to have personal space. The outside was just as peaceful. We enjoyed the walking paths until the farm equipment came and cut everything down while walking. But I’m sure it was just the wrong time of season to come. But the kids still enjoyed it. Plenty of fireplaces that kept us warm. We also enjoyed the newspaper wallpaper. As well as checking out the license players in the bedroom.
