Really lovely place to stay. We booked in order to visit van Bone but were blown away by the beautiful, peaceful setting, amazing wildlife ( in house echidna and kookaburra family). It was perfect. Also really well stocked house, great library and telescope.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The space was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area. What a beautiful peaceful location. Honni's place is well equipped and an absolute delight. The perfect place for R&R. Terrific beach to swim at and blissful water views through towering gums from every room.

We are a group of 5 ladies who returned to the Black shack for the second time in 6 months for our girls weekend. The Black shack is your home away from home, extremely comfortable and homely. The kitchen stocks every type of glassware and platters for your entertaining needs. Beds are super comfy with quality linens and pillow options. Fox and Netflix also included. Lovely quiet modern home and we look forward to returning again for our next girls getaway. Thanks Janine, we highly recommend your beautiful home.

What a gem!! Jo's place was as described with stunning views and comfortable surroundings. The Queen bed was extremely comfortable and our friends in the double said the same. We only stayed a night but Jos accommodation would be suitable for a longer stay. We were very pleased to find Jo's as we often need a nights accommodation in the City and will be staying in the future. Communication was excellent. Congratulations Jo it's obvious you have put a lot of thought into the comfort of your guests.

This stay is really neat and tidy. Its cosy and the heating works great, making for a comfortable end of day relaxation. It's brightly painted with a sensible lay out for storage and living and some uplifting artwork scattered around. I had a short stay but enough storage for a long stay! All round great little place, will happily go back! The host was always quick to respond.

This was a fantastic Airbnb for a last minute trip to Hobart for a family emergency. Clean, modern and comfortable. All the amenities we needed and extremely compassionate and responsive communication from the host. Highly recommend this accomodation for a family or group booking.

Very peaceful little place to stay within walking distance to the trails of kunanyi/Mt Wellington, but still not far from town. Simple but has everything you need. Sarah was very welcoming, had good knowledge of the local area and had a very friendly cat come say hi!

The wifi was too slow to surf internet during our stay. It need to be improved, please. However, the rest of our stay was very good. Thank you.

Easily the best place we've stayed on our driving trip around Tassie. Felt at home as soon as we walked in. Very clean with great outdoors sitting area. Easily recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Birch’s Bay Farm with Scottie and Sim. Such friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable and relaxed. The view is totally awesome especially from the hot tub spa. Beds were very comfortable and large open plan kitchen dining lounge were perfect for cooking and relaxing. We also enjoyed the table tennis and snooker tables. What more could you want! Nearby town of Woodbridge has a fabulous cafe and easy scenic walks. Not far to drive to Cygnett with good IGA, art gallery and cafes.

Gorgeous house/apartment, really clean and excellent facilities. Would highly recommend!

Perfection!! I had the most wonderful stay I didn't want to leave! the cottage is beautiful inside and out, it felt so homely and calming and the view of the river was something special! everything about this place was amazing including the beautiful gardens and the super comfortable bed. I would recommend staying in autumn like I did to see the beautiful colors change on the trees and curl up by the lovely fire place. it felt like you were in your own private oasis and it was just what I needed. with fresh produce and pastries on your door stop what more could you ask for. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to everyone. so if you thinking about it do yourself a favor and book it!!

our 9 and 6 yr Olds nearly lost their minds with excitement feeding goats and horses. So thoughtful to leave provisions for this, and also people food; milk and eggs and t/C supplies etc thank you. We all 😍 loved a Friday night around the fire pit while the goats nestled down to sleep nearby us in the field! We found everything one could need and more! . My partner did a woodworking course at castle workshop while the kids and I ate all the delish things at summer kitchen. such a great change of scenery and escape just a short kids podcast story away from Hobart!

Craig is a friendly and welcoming host and came to welcome us after we arrived. Our accommodation was brand new and spotlessly clean. The chalets are beautifully designed both inside and out and there are wonderful views to Fluted Cape on Bruny Island The artwork reflects Craig's passion: rescuing injured raptors and returning them to the wild. it is well worth making an appointment to visit the raptor centre during your stay. There are plenty of attractions locally and we enjoyed the cliff top walk in Coningham Reserve. The IgA in nearby Snug is excellent for groceries etc. We thoroughly recommend a stay here. Very welcoming host, provided us with free wine and chocolate (which we didn't expect). A private place by the river with beautiful views. Has all the amenities to cook a meal. We will certainly come back if we are in the area.

Macey went above and beyond to make us very welcome and comfortable . We were able to check out later which gave us a little more time to pack up. We loved the outdoor fireplace the firewood was all ready and well stocked . Very cosy and homey , very comfortable bed and crisp linen. The record player was a hit and enjoyed the board games . Make sure you are well stocked up and prepare if cooking to save time and money with shopping etc however there is enough great cafes and unique restaurants around . Great facilities for dogs and dog friendly beach close by . If there was a laundry it would totally be a 10/10 however that did not disappoint us as it wasn’t a priority . A wonderful relaxing place and totally recommend if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle . Beautiful flora and fauna surrounding in particular the birds and flowers . A home with character !

We had a very relaxing three day stay at Fairy Wren’s Nest. The welcome tea and generous amount of breakfast were provided at arrival which was very nice. Great location to visit the southern part of Huon region. Highly recommended for those who want to experience the country style stay in a quiet surrounding.
