We were very pleased with Mitta’s place. It’s a very pleasant, comfortable, quiet location and the surroundings are beautiful. Everything is just like in the photos. Quite remote from the city, so it’s best to have transportation. Mitta was very responsive, always helping us and promptly answering our requests. We really appreciated that a bicycle stand was provided for us and that she helped arrange transport for our large luggage.

We stayed here for a month and really loved both the room and the surrounding area. It was a positive experience, great value for money, and an ideal stay for those seeking a peaceful and quiet environment. Room: - Clean, cozy, and pleasantly fragrant. Well-equipped for simple cooking, exactly as described in the listing and photos. - Dedicated parking space for motorbikes. - Mitta is a very responsive host, providing prompt assistance when needed, such as for room cleaning or when the door lock battery was low. Area: - Absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere in Bosang village, away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai’s old city. Less traffic and crowds. - The temperature is slightly cooler than old city, and there are plenty of affordable and authentic local foods/cafes nearby. Definitely will stay here again if we visit Chiang Mai!

Jeffrey was a welcoming and responsive host. The room was clean, nice location, and beautiful property. Nice place to stay for exploring Chiang Mai or meeting new people. Would definitely recommend.

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Condo is very nice and easy to find and come and out. The same as photos and descriptions. I want to recommend this house for other people

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay! The facilities were great, we made good use of the gym and swimming pool. And the location is fantastic, with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Nice and clean apartment with everything you need! Walking distance to the Old Town with good restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Every time if I come to Chiang Mai, I always choose this condo cuz the location is so convenient. And also the host is very kind and friendly.👍🏻👍🏻NICE EXPERIENCE!!
