Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

Great home base for our weekend ski trip. Short drive up to Heavenly's parking lots and walkable to many spots around town and to the lake shore. The space was clean and homey.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

Our stay at Carnelian Bay was fantastic. Ryan made us feel right at home with Christmas trees and presents for the kids. His communication was prompt and on point, He answered all of our questions and concerns during our entire stay. The house is beautiful and well kept with an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay during Christmas and New Years. We truly enjoyed the house and Ryan made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

We decided to go out of town last minute to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was very easy to find, easy to get into the home. The home is right on the water and is absolutely gorgeous. I loved how it was dog friendly and we were able to bring our two medium-sized dogs. I loved that it had a hot tub. I usually only rent Airbnbs with hot tubs, but I loved how I could just look over and see the water. We will definitely be back in the summertime. We would love to take the kayaks out and maybe go fishing. We saw lots of neighbors fishing (catch and release). Also, it’s a few houses away from the Water Bar restaurant and Lighthouse coffee shop. The neighborhood is very safe and we didn’t feel the need to use the alarm.

Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

We had such an amazing family getaway in the snow at Nolan’s home! Loved the location to the ski resorts and the winter wonderland in the backyard allowed us to stay at the house rather than drive to a snow play area. Lots of sleds available and the river surrounded by snow was beautiful!! We will be back

I would 100% recommend this spot for anyone who loves a great airbnb and responsive host!

The house was great for my family of 7. We all slept comfortably and the location was walking distant to great food and fun. Since the house was split level, having the elevator was a blessing. I am a cancer survivor and very fatigued at times so the elevator made my stay a lot better.

We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

Our stay at Jordan’s place was absolutely fantastic! It’s a perfect spot for two people – cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The space had everything we needed, and we loved all the unique touches that made it feel special. From the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen, everything was top-notch. The location was also ideal – quiet enough for relaxation but still close to local attractions. Jordan was a wonderful host, providing clear communication and helpful tips to enhance our stay. If you’re looking for a charming and comfortable place for two, this is it! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for skiing at Palisades

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were 3 large televisions, which is an improvement from the listing.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the essentials (plus extra touches like fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen). The location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out was the unbeatable value: you get premium comfort and convenience without the premium price tag.

Great location and great views from the unit. Private access to the beach was awesome (no need to worry about parking at King's Beach).
