The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

This a beautiful, spacious, arty apartment in a perfect location. We stayed for three nights with our two grown up children and loved every minute. We were only a short walk or Uber ride from plenty of local bars, shops and attractions and yet the street was so peaceful at night.We slept really well! Rachel is a wonderful host, quick to respond,leaving plenty of helpful notes, a choice of duvets for every weather and some thoughtful supplies in the fridge. We will be back!

Andy was a great host, very attentive and readily available for any questions. His flat was in a great location for us with close by supermarkets, car charging and great free parking outside the flat. We would definitely use this property again for a return visit. Thanks

Joanna was so friendly and accommodating from the start. Able to sort an early check in so we could get to Murrayfield within plenty of time. Responsive to communications and even facetimed us during our stay to help with a minor issue (which was sorted). Very clean apartment, plenty of space in all rooms. More than enough towels. Easy to use heating if needed. Lovely touch leaving milk, cereal and tea/coffee/nespresso pods. Joanna also happy to provide 2nd set of keys as we were 2 couples staying. Parking secure and easy to find/access and get to apartment. Loads of artisan coffee shops around and easy to either walk or tram to centre and felt safe walking to tram stop when dark. Overall, such a lovely place with a great host, nothing was too much trouble and we will be staying here whenever we are up.

Had a great stay at Smeaton's View. This may have been the 6th time staying in the flat! As always it was extremely clean and tidy. It is in such a convenient location to enjoy Perth and surrounding countryside. Jamie is a treasure and always very helpful and responsive. We'll be back!

The house looked stunning with Christmas themed treats for the kids and grown ups and the tree was gorgeous. It was wonderful to arrive to our Christmas holiday in such a well maintained, beautifully decorated warm and spotless house. The kitchen was very well equipped and loo cleaner, counter cleaner and various other basics were included which was great because the car was so full I didn’t have space for my self catering essentials bag that I usually have to travel with. If the area works for you I would highly recommend this house. A great play ground was a short walk from the house and Anne put out some lovely bits and pieces to keep the kids entertained; books, games and toys.

Very responsive to questions. Clean and comfortable beds. Having washer and dryer was great after being on the road for over a week. Short drive to Tesco and Stirling Castle.

Great family home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly situated on Callander main street, with everything you need on the doorstep. Aaron was quick to respond and was flexible with checkout. Would stay again!

Lorna's place was fantastic! They greeted us at the door and had a lovely chat, extremely helpful. They even left us some home made cake that my mother was in love with and we tried Lorna's homemade jams that we adored. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed. My parents are seniors and the location was ideal so we could go places very easily and when they were tired it was easy to return. My parents were extremely impressed with the place and the kindness of our hosts! We loved it and we would absolutely come back!

Was on exchange in London and decided to visit Edinburgh, was extremely lucky to stay at Usman’s accommodation. He was extremely welcoming and waited for our arrival on the first day and took the liberty of showing us around the house. The place was super cosy, clean and warm. A proper lovely place to stay that’s not far from the main tourist spots either. Cannot thank Usman enough for being so lovely and ensuring we have everything we need for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back for a visit to Edinburgh. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We had a great time staying at Jamie's place on a family trip to Edinburgh, it was very easy to get into the city centre either via bus or walking. The flat was clean, and had lots of features which helped us have a smooth stay, the oven, microwave and Quooker tap were all really easy to use and had all the features you could possibly need! I would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to host them when they visit the city.

Marie was extremely helpful and responsive from check in to checkout, made sure we could find the house without any trouble and that it had everythingwe needed (and more!) to feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped and we even had breakfast foods available which made our first night much smoother. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It is only meters away from the train station and bus stops which quickly took us right into the city center. Would 100% recommend staying at Marie's and would love to be back myself if I am back in Edimburgh.

Had great stay at Ryan's, very well located in the centre of the town so it's easy to get around. Shops, pubs and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. Very clean and welcoming flat, highly recommend.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Me and some school friends stayed the night. I had some issues with Google maps finding the car park, but we got settled quickly. Sharon responded to my question about getting in very quickly and also gave me a quick call to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely be booking again if I need place to stay that is close to the Barrowlands.

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.

Very nice apartment in a nice location of the city. There were three of us - a far better option than staying in a hotel! The living room and kitchen area was great to hang out
