Can't fault this place, loved it. Megan was really helpful and responsive when we asked to start our stay a day early, nothing was a problem. Loved riding our bikes on the beach, 50 mins to Freycinet which we did twice. Peaceful and private. We stayed 5 nights could have stayed more

A fabulous stay for our family group to celebrate a significant birthday! Spacious living areas leading to outside deck and relaxing lounges and stunning views. The sauna was the icing on the cake and a view of us snorkelled in the nearby rock pool. Very helpful and responsive host! Thank you Lara for an unforgettable stay!

Most important thing: It is an absolute privilege that Katie&Daniel rent out their beautiful beach house! We felt right at home. If you are able to walk a sandy track you are on the beach in 2min, but there's also the possibility to get to the beach real quick, if you want to use the road. The house is super comfy, great terrace and big kitchen, well equipped, comfy beds... Oh and huge bathroom! As said before: A home away from home. Also many books and games:) Daniel & Katie were reachable via Airbnb/WA, super friendly and happy to provide many recommendations, even send a message when the local market was happening. We would love to meet for a Surf in Portugal one day :) Walk to town is 15-20min,but be aware that Restaurants/Supermarket close quite early in Bicheno. If you adapt to the times, there is a surprisingly great variety of Restaurants and Cafés.MUITO OBRIGADA<3

Such an incredible spot! We loved staying here, it was a highlight of our trip. We appreciated how fully stocked the kitchen was so we had no problem making our own meals and appreciated the fresh bread! The bed was super comfy with beautiful linens. The backyard and beach were 10/10. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset and watching the bunnies and birds hop around the yard. Would definitely come stay again!

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

A perfect spot near Freycinet National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for access to the park. As an extra bonus, we also found good eating spots nearby. Views from the front deck were spectacular, particularly sunset.

A stay at Rockpool is truly food for the soul. We spent a memorable week in this glorious house, soaking up this beautiful pocket of Tasmania. The house is so cleverly designed - it is expansive and luxe but also earthy and relaxed. It embraces and respects the wilderness it is nestled in and allows you to really watch nature’s great show. We were thrilled to share the space with the local wildlife, to stargaze at night and enjoy the soundscape of the ocean and birdsong. Thank you Lynne and Paul for sharing your breathtaking property.

Absolutely awesome spot to stay. Very private on 200 Acres and great view of the water. Only upgrade I can think of would be to put a toilet in each ensuite instead of having 1 separate toilet but with just two couples it worked fine. Outstanding place to visit.

My husband stayed here with some mates while touring around Tasmania on their motorbikes. They all loved the house. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the beautiful view while enjoying a drink. House had everything they needed. Walking distance to town. They all would happily stay there again. Absolutely loved our stay here - great space and super functional. Well equipped with heaps of towels, kitchen utensils, as well as being super close to the beach, would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Hayley’s place. It was immaculate, and we enjoyed the spacious living area, kitchen and two large bathrooms. It is situated on a quiet street, and It was a scenic walk into town along the foreshore footpath.

A little bit remote if you are looking to eat out, but if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location with spectacular views then this home is for you. The bottle of local wine on arrival in the beautiful kitchen was a nice touch.

Catherine’s home is terrific: lovely, within walking distance of places to eat (we loved the RSL); the kitchen was NOT too small-there was plenty of room for both of us with a well-stocked pantry with olive oil, vinegar, a variety of spices, mustards…it is in easy driving distance of so many places to eat/see. We wouldn’t hesitate to say “just book it”. You’ll be glad you did

Peppermint Tree cottage was delightful. Maria and Paul present the cottage beautifully. The fireplace ready to warm our evenings. Morning sun in the new kitchen, with everything that we needed. Afternoon sun warms the bathroom, deck and kitchen. It was just what we were looking for. Very comfy and cosy on the cool Tassie nights. We loved our stay at Peppermint Tree cottage. Ash n Jill

We were all hoping for an escape and time to reset. Svens and Lisa have made a beautiful retreat for families or couples just wanting to get away from it all and enjoy what the location has to offer. I can’t speak highly enough of how much effort they have gone to, to make you feel welcome. It is all the little things that you don’t expect that surprise you. They have obviously traveled themselves and remember what it was like. From a family perspective, there is an abundance of things to keep them entertained or just out of your hair. Parents will love it just as much as kids will. The beach is just a few steps through the sand to pristine conditions and for most part you have 9 miles of it to yourself. I wish we had stayed longer.

Good location close to Swansea town centre. Walk distance to the beach. Shane’s place is a good choice if you want to explore Coles bay and Freycinet national park.

We recently stayed at First Light with 4 other guests and we felt very relaxed and the house and surroundings were spectacular. Thoroughly recommend this property if you want an amazing, relaxing and stunning outlook for your next Tasmania escape.

Our trip was short and sweet - but we wish we had booked longer! Location and accommodation was simply stunning, couldn't have asked for more. Lots of little touches that made us feel relaxed and in holiday-mode! Thanks for having us!

Stayed at Narelle's place whilst attending the Spoke festival over the wkend.. Comfortable open plan living area. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to shops beaches ect. Clean tidy. Fantastic to unwind with family after big days out .

Far and away the nicest AirBnB I've stayed in. A beautiful cottage full of lovely furniture and pieces collected from everywhere. Warm and cosy. Private and quiet. Lovely garden. Really felt like a home, which of course it is.

Mandy and Tim’s holiday home is very modern, spacious and well appointed. A great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog - the yard is very dog friendly and secure. Thanks Mandy and Tim for an enjoyable stay.
