Villa Calma lived up to its name and our expectations! Truly calming space and accommodated our big group of 10. Nestled between two beaches, it was a short walk to both. Each bedroom includes a bathroom, the Property and Private pool was maintained daily. Our host was readily available and answered our questions. Linens, towels, washer/dryer were provided. We had a great time here, thank you!

*Family of 5 & Grandma -we had so much fun while in Las Terranes. we were a quick minute walk to the beach which was great for kids. lots of restaurants and a small store right at end of the street. community pool was lovely as well. all staff were so friendly. Anna was super helpful and recommended taxi services and airport shuttles. we were able to communicate our needs and she was always able to help.

This place is absolutely amazing! Just like the pictures and descriptions said. The condo is super clean and comfortable. The whole complex and the surrounding area are beautifully manicured. It’s a gated community, so we felt super safe. We even walked to local restaurants twice in the evening and never felt a bit uneasy. They have golf carts and scooters to rent, and you definitely should rent both! We used the golf cart to explore other parts of the community, like the market and other restaurants and shops across the marina. The staff at the complex were all really nice and helpful. Most of them spoke English really well, which was a plus (we’re Americans). We’ll definitely be coming back to stay in this unit again. It’s a 10/10 recommendation! By the way, I highly recommend Scape Park as an all-day activity. It’s absolutely incredible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️And Adventureland horseback riding is also a must-try. It’s a 10/10!

Great place & location!

I have traveled the Caribbean for years. I grew to love the DR as my DIL's roots are there. We love the people, the energy, the beaches, etc. We have traditionally picked a resort and invited our grown children (and now their children) to join us. Last year we rented an air bnb inTerranas and it was lovely. We opted to do this again and found this listing. From the moment I reached out, Annabella and her family were accommodating and so helpful. Nevertheless, we couldn't believe how amazing this home was when we arrived. Managed by the awesome Nelson and supported by Hennisis, and a few other lovely humans, they took care of our every need--shopping for us, cooking fabulous breakfasts, dinners and lunchtime snacks. They anticipated our needs and exceeded them. They ensured that our rooms were tidied up each day and laundry was done on request. The house was perfect, and included a kayak, paddle boards, volleyball and more. Nelson made a bonfire for our last night on our own beach.

Estuvimos en el alojamiento de la familia Marte, mi familia y yo para celebrar mi cumpleaños, la pasamos sumamente bien, siempre nos respondieron de manera amable y rápida. El alojamiento genial, súper cerca de la playa y cuenta con la asistencia de Dio, una chica muy amable, educada y dispuesta. Totalmente recomendado.

La casa en la caleta (la romana) es exactamente a las fotos publicadas, cuenta con una piscina muy bien mantenida y su jacuzzi, la casa queda en conjunto cerrado lo que nos da seguridad. Buen alojamiento para ir a bayahibe y disfrutar de isla Saona a solo 20 minutos en carro.

Muy bonito lugar, igual a las fotos y muy tranquilo a pesar de que está en medio del pueblo. Tiene cerca un supermercado y varios restaurantes y se puede llegar fácil a la playa. Volvería seguro, vale totalmente la pena.

What a dreamy place! The decor was beautiful and the view was to die for! They had an amazing grilling area with a big table overlooking the water. Very private and peaceful. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We are definitely going back!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. My only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer! I will definitely rebook in the future! he house is beautiful and perfectly located. Plenty of space of all of us. The hosts, Edilio and Mildred, were fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Fellas, the house is perfect. No need to worry about a thing. Location is great. Right next to a bigger community, but easier in and out and perfect amount of security. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit the area. Luis communicated flawlessly. House itself is great. Perfect if you like privacy with the ease of great location and close to everything. Photos on listing are accurate…with the exception of the photo of the front exterior. It’s accurate but looks way better in person.

Don’t look further if you want a clean, modern, very well equipped place. Looks exactly like in the pictures and better. It’s a very peaceful, quiet villa. They have a golf course, private beach access & pool. Golf cart services that takes you to the beach and back by request/specific schedules. All the amenities listed clean & good condition. It’s a project in development, you will see a lot of new apartments, villas and construction going on. But still, the surroundings look impeccable. The restaurant in the property wasn’t already open. We had to look for places to eat close by. Overall, it was a very pleasant & comfortable stay. Thank you Moran!

Such a beautiful place with plenty of space and charm. Being close to the open natural Environment - a few bugs maybe spotted in the patio area. Overall a beautiful place and I would stay again.

Nos encantó la casa. Definitivamente volveríamos con los ojos cerrados. Buena ubicación a pocos metros de la playa. Súper tranquilo y limpio. La casa acogedora y organizada. Tony el señor que nos atendió, más que excelente. Afable, siempre dispuesto y muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Manteniendo la piscina limpia diario y las áreas de jardín y piscina las mantuvo impecables. Cocina equipada y todo perfecto! Gracias a todos por hacernos un fin de año, tal y como lo imaginamos o mejor!

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

Beautiful, spacious and immaculate 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home. All beds are extremely comfortable, AC's in all bedrooms and in living room, fully applianced & stocked kitchen. Once the new outside pergola is installed, the outdoor space will be beautiful, comfortable and complete with magnificent views of the mountains. GREAT LOCATION - quiet, safe, friendly upscale small private neighborhood ideally located between Cabarete and Sosua (appx 8 min drive to each town). 5 Stars - Highly Recommend - you will not be disappointed.
