Lovely place, super peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for. Very private and although at first it may seem a bit far, it’s extremely close to everything you may need. Had a lovely stay and Hector was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions on everything. Would definitely stay again.

Great location near the historic Mesilla Plaza. Perfect space for our needs. We were three adults and the space never felt cramped. Would book again on a future trip.

Very simple and easy. The place was also very cozy and clean and made the stay very comfortable. The host response time was perfect and she always checked up on me. Great stay and great price in my opinion.

We have stayed at 3 locations in the same Villa and this one is the best so far. Great location. My wife and I like to host Thanksgiving lunch every year and the place was a little tight but everyone loved the place, they are all locals. Really like this Villa and everyone is very friendly. looking forward to next year.

This was the second time I stayed at this property and it was very clean, I felt very safe in the gated community, very peaceful and good location. I will definitely stay here in the future!

very responsive host, price super reasonable and the all of our needs were met. would highly recommend.

It is a spacious apartment at a secure gated community. Everything worked well. The door lock can be tricky, but we were provided instructions and also had a call with the host to work it correctly - did not have any problem at all during our stay. The host was very responsive and attentive so we had a pleasant long stay at the apartment. Only issue with the listing is that it says there are two queen beds, however one of them might have been a full/double.

The condo was beautiful, a great space, and a lot of nice amenities. It was everything we needed for our family of six for a four night stay. It was spacious and we felt right at home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The condo complex was quiet and a nice atmosphere. Not far from anywhere we needed to go in Las Cruces and down the road just a few minutes from restaurants and shops. David was flexible with our checkin, directions were perfect, and we had no issues on our stay. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Spacious and beautiful AirBnb. Fully equipped kitchen cookware. The patio needed some tlc. Was unfortunate that the pool wasn’t open when we arrived. But overall was perfect for our one night stay.

Shirley and Mike are wonderful hosts. The condo was spotless. We had a wonderful view of the fireworks. Will be staying again in the future. Thank you, Brenda

The place was just like the picture. We like to cook so the kitchen was really nice for us. Just a heads up, the upstairs neighbors are kind of loud. There were some furniture being move around a lot of times, we figured there might be some construction going on. Didn’t really bother us but it might be bothersome for someone else. It was a clean home and cozy home.
