Der Aufenthalt war einfach ein Traum. Wo soll ich anfangen? Also am morgen des Anreisetages bekamen wir die genaue Adresse und den Code. Lasst euch nicht verunsichern, dass die Adresse, die Airbnb übermittelt eine andere ist. Pflugstr. stimmt. Türöffnung lief super. Die Wohnung ist einfach super gemütlich und sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sauber und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Der verwunschene Garten ist wunderbar. Genauso wie die Hühner und der HotPod. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es ein gutes Restaurant mit Biergarten und einem Lidl. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrmittel gut zu erreichen. Fazit: Eine Traumhafte und erholsame Oase mitten in Nürnberg.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Kitzlein war alles wie auf dem Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben. Es gab genug Utensilien in der Küche um leckere Speisen zuzubereiten und der Hottub, Sauna und Eisbad war einfach grandios. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. :)

Meine Jungs und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Die Lage, der schöne große Garten samt Terasse, Sauna, Whirlpool war ein behüteter Entspannungsort. Wir kommen super gerne wieder!

Spontan für eine "kleine Auszeit" gebucht und genau das bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch super. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

Gaby is a phenomenal hostess. She lives close by and made sure that we were comfortable. She noticed that there was no steam from our outside exhaust vent and contacted us that the heat may be out. It was and our hot water was also affected. She fixed the problem before there was any discomfort and we didn’t even realize that there was an issue. She was also nice enough to bring her dogs by so we could visit with them and love on them. The home is charming and quiet. We visited in the winter so we didn’t use the pool but my wife and I loved the jacuzzi tub and used it nightly! There were many board games to choose from and a smart TV if we just wanted to relax at night. We didn’t see a bahnhof (train stop) in town and the nearest grocery store is in Rothenburg, about 5KM away. So you’ll need a car. I think there is a guesthaus down the road with a restaurant but your choices are very limited in the village. There are also many stairs so the house is not ADA compliant.

Excellent! We enjoyed our stay in Sabrine's home. She has a beautiful home that had all we needed plus a sauna as a bonus! On the cold days we happily sat in there and warmed up! The location is great - right next to a tram line and the main station. Great cafes, bakeries and restaurants in walking distance. Regina is very pleasant and showed us how things worked in the home. Highly recommend!!

Lokalizacja na obrzeżach Norymbergi, 15 minut pieszo do przystanku DB,przystanek autobusowy pod domem, bardzo komunikatywny i miły gospodarz, parking przy ulicy jednak po rozmowie mogliśmy samochód zostawić obok domu. Bardzo udany pobyt. Dziękujemy

È stata davvero una bella esperienza, la casa è ben arredata e c’è davvero tutto. Le istruzioni per qualsiasi cosa sono ovunque nella casa, è impossibile non trovarsi bene poiché c’è davvero tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra bimba di 17 mesi e ci è sembrato di essere a casa, era presente la culla e tutto ciò che serve per una bimba piccola, persino la vaschetta per fare il bagnetto. È raro trovare una casa ben arredata in questo modo, Monika è super reattiva a rispondere alle vostre domande, è stata una esperienza fantastica! La casa dell’artista è unica nel suo genere e vi farà sentire a casa, tutti e tre porteremo questa esperienza nel nostro cuore per sempre! Grazie!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Schmuckstück in unscheinbarem Haus, großartige, ruhige Lage in kleinem Bauernweiler, Kraftort. Martin ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, zuvorkommend und interessiert. Wir haben uns in seinem bezaubernden Haus sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

was een heel netjes appartement en alles was ruim en schoon. alles was naar wens en we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. bedden waren goed en de keuken was keurig uitgerust. we waren met 4 vrienden naar de beurs en dit was was een goede accommodatie om te over nachten niet te ver van de beurs.

Eine sehr ruhige Lage in einer sehr attraktiven Naturlandschaft. Wer sich nach einem turbulenten Tag mitten in der Natur ausruhen möchte, dem empfehlen wir Viktors Unterkunft. Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise, aber jeden Tag nach unserer Rückkehr konnten wir uns in dem warmen Unterkunft perfekt entspannen. Die Unterkunft ist auch mit einen sensationellen Kamin ausgestattet. Viktor hat vorgeschnittenes Holz und kann man Feuer im Kamin machen. Wir haben es geschafft, morgens Spaziergänge und Läufe entlang eines Baches und in den nahegelegenen Wäldern zu unternehmen. Viktor ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns jederzeit mit schnellen Lösungen und Antworten auf unsere Bedürfnisse geholfen.

Einfach von der Autobahn erreichbar. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp.

meine Schwester und ich waren ein Wochenende mit unseren Hunden dort. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Begrüßung. sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr schnuckeliges Holzhäuschen, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Auf der kleinen aber sehr gemütlichen Terasse haben wir sehr schöne Stunden gehabt. Auch unsere Hunde hatten Spaß in dem kleinen Garten. Der Campingplatz hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. In der Umgebung war ein Badesee, ein Anglersee und die Iller. Hier haben wir lange Spaziergänge unternommen. Der Grieche auf dem Platz ist sehr sehr gut. Essen war sehr gut, große Portionen und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Sie ist vollständig eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt Zuhause fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Sonja war einfach und schnell. Vielen Dank, für tolle 6 Wochen! Allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil, da Bad Überkingen doch etwas abseits liegt und auch das Internet ist in Bad Überkingen generell schwach. Wir haben uns bei Sonja sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen immer wieder gerne.

Vom Buchen bis zur Abreise war alles super! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Man kann sich prima entspannen. Der Weiher ist ein Paradies für Angler, ebenso der Angellladen im Gebäude. Das hauseigene Schwimmbad mit Liegen ausgestattet. Ich kann einfach nur schwärmen von der Thomas mühle.

Melanie was a great host! She was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and other requests. Her response time was very quick. She is wonderful!

Sehr tolle und liebevoll geführte und durchdachte Anlage: wir hatten zu viert die AC Wohnung ( ausreichend Platz mit Balkon, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber). Die Außenanlage ist toll für Kinder und Erwachsene: Naturpool ( schön groß) , Spielplatz und Möglichkeit zum Grillen und die Lage am kleinen See ist echt schön. Familie Ballheim ist super nett und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen Danke an Melanie!!
