We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures are a very good representation and the accommodation was very clean. Good checkin instructions. Mai was an excellent host - very responsive with lots of good recommendations. Location is perfect - walkable to lots of the main attractions.

Great place to stay in Ha Noi with easy access to the Old Quarter.

호안끼엠 호수까지 걸어서 15분정도 걸립니다 6명이 방3 욕실 3.5사용이라 편했어요 건조기가 있지만 인당1개으 수건 제공으로 세탁하기 불편했습니다 식기류의 상태가 아쉬웠습니다 몇가지의 문제가 해결된다면 추천의사가 있습니다

The place is hidden behind houses so it is quite silent eventhough it is located near a roundabout and a big market (Hang Da). The location is exceptional because you can almost walk to different sightseeing spots and alot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, but be aware it is small, the bathrooms are also small and there is no separation between shower and toilet, however it is almost like this everywhere in Vietnam old housing system esp in the old quarter where of typically small and quirky houses. So beware if you value a good shower! The rooms are pretty cold in winter and the mobile heater is pretty loud. However the host is super responsive and make it feel smooth with everything. It would be nice if they provide some tea and coffee in the kitchen. Nice rooftop and washing machine/drier for laundry. All in all i would still rate the place 5 stars because of the price and service.

Right in the center of Phố Cổ. Very friendly and good place to stay if you don’t mind the noisy neighborhood.

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

We stayed at this AirBnb for 2 weeks. It was overall a good experience. The hosts were always available for contact, so that's very convenient. The apartment is in a good location near the lake and high up enough so that it's fairly quiet and has a nice view.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Größe für zwei Personen, es gab sogar einen Kleiderschrank. Die Dusche war sehr gut, es gab heißes Wasser, der Wasserdruck war perfekt. Die Gegend war ruhig und gut zu Fuß begehbar. Nette Cafés & Restaurants waren in der Umgebung zu finden. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und wir konnten unser Gepäck vorab in der 1. Etage abstellen. Wenn wir wieder nach Hanoi kommen, würden wir hier wieder übernachten. Wir empfehlen es sehr!

This place was absolutely gorgeous I wish I had seen this listing first rather then the one im staying at now. I came to Hanoi 1 day earlier than I had planned and when I say this was probably the best option I could chose it really was. Host was great provided everything that you would need granted I usually bring everything just in case. Short walk to the mall and circle k. Also the ambiance of the place just makes you feel at home in a way. The quietness of the home and location really makes it easy yo relax. I also never felt like I could hear anyone else in from outside the apartment something I feel like a lot of air bnbs struggle to block out here. I hope to stay here again for any future Hanoi trips. I will say dont book this room hoping for a view I dont care about a view at all but if you do I may say go with his other room options I simply needed an amazing space to be in for the night and it was just that. Also 10/10 for the bathroom biggest reason I booked this place.

Perfect place, will comeback again

Thành was a great host. He was super responsive. The unit was in the perfect spot for us. Easy to access with lots of great food options and yoga studios (especially Nomad Om Factory). The only thing we would have appreciated was some dishwashing and washing machine liquid and some cloths to help us clean up. But otherwise everything was perfect 👌

A very nice apartment almost directly on the lake. Corresponded exactly to the description and the pictures. Beautiful surroundings with lots of small restaurants and a mall nearby. Very friendly and helpful hosts who were there when I needed help. I would be happy to come back anytime.

I had such a wonderful stay at this peaceful apartment in Hanoi! Located just outside the bustle of the Old Quarter, it offered a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Getting around was a breeze with Grab, allowing me to easily explore all parts of the city. The apartment itself was immaculate, equipped with every amenity I needed, and felt like a welcoming home away from home. Best of all, the host was incredibly responsive, always there to answer my questions and ensure my stay was comfortable. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, well-connected apartment in Hanoi!

Our overall stay at Tuân’s was great. The helper was prompt with her cleaning and helped us out whenever we needed anything. The location is away from the hustle of the city and is quiet. It definitely has an incredible view.
