La是一位非常善良的房东，对于我们居住期间非常照顾，并且包容了我们的错误。房间地理位置优越，到老城区游玩、西湖边、胡志明纪念馆都是在20分钟左右的步行范围，并且保留了绝对的安静舒适感。房间设计感非常强，入住宜人，设施非常齐全。如果硬要挑问题的话，那也是La太善良，包容了我们的一切，还没有时间跟我们一起喝咖啡。我真挚强烈地推荐每一位来河内的游客，选择这里，守护规则，并且爱护它就跟自己的家一样

Nice and quiet place to stay for the 8 of us. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. Incredible host. Very prompt responses. Airport transfer arrangements were prompt and hassle free too. Near the old quarters yet safe and peaceful place. 2 good cafes nearby to catch early breakfasts too.

Located in an unassuming street, it's a very peaceful home. The scenery from the window is beautiful too. It's a hidden gem for sure and those who love green spaces will definitely love it for sure.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and conveniently located near Train Street and the Old Quarter, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Trang and Linh were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The highlight of the stay was definitely the balcony, which offered a unique view of passing trains. If we visit Hanoi again, we’d love to book this place once more. Overall, an excellent experience!

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

Very clean and spacious apartment as advertised and close to Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. Unlike the usual business establishment, the three of them whom I met had an air of close family. One evening I had a terrible misstep into a turd while picking up dinner on my way back to the hotel. The receptionist immediately asked what was wrong when I walked in carrying my left shoe. I was going to go clean it myself but he took the shoe and sprayed it clean for me. I'm very grateful to him!

Great place and nice balcony

안녕하세요~^^ 너무나 깨끗하고 예쁜집에서 잘 쉬다 갑니다.~ 마지막날 비행탑승시간이 늦어서 걱정했는데 체크아웃시간을 연장해주셔서 무척 감사하고 감동했습니다. 다음에 하노이에 오면 다시 이곳으로 숙소를 꼭 예약하겠습니다. 감사합니다.~^^

I had a pleasant stay at NYT Homes. It worked out exactly as I expected - which is an affordable place near to my parents’ house and also a room to work remotely during weekdays. The place is fairly basic, but well-run. For those not from Hanoi, this Giảng Võ area is not near to the more popular old quarter or French quarter, the nearest attraction is probably the Fine Arts Museum or Temple of Literature. NYT is a building of 9 floors with 2-3 rooms on each floor. My room is bright, furnishings and equipment working well, fridge is big, wifi is good. You get everything within 10-100 meters of the house, from a minimart, a couple of hairdressers, street foods, cafes etc. Again for those not from Vietnam, here you can immerse in a very local experience. Easy to get a GrabBike. Treasure of the place is “Mr Reception”, who is extremely helpful. We once spotted a funny seafood smell in the lift, reported it to Mr Reception, and soon later the smell went away miraculously. All in all, a well-run, functional place.

Flexible check in, quick response during stay, air condition is running well, all good.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Gastgeberin hat schnell und freundlich geantwortet und sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Unsere einzigen Kritikpunkte wären die sehr geringe Ausstattung der Küche und dass in und hinter den Schränken besser geputzt werden könnte. Außerdem war die Wohnung kleiner als es auf den Bildern aussieht, aber für 4 Personen die 1-2 Wochen bleiben passt es. Ansonsten alles super! Gute Lage im Botschaftsviertel und nette bemühte Gastgeberin!

We had an amazing stay at Blue Mountain Villa for my 50th and although I didn't meet hosts Pham or Hong in person, did feel well looked after through messages and by the on-site housekeeper. The heated outdoor pool is amazing and we loved the sauna and the fire pit too. Lovely bedrooms with large comfortable beds and stylish ensuites. It really is an amazing property. For people that love a lot of privacy and independence. First thing in the morning the gardeners maintain the property with sweeping/pool cleaning etc so there are quite often people around working - not an issue for us, but just to be aware of it. And if you love to come and go as you please, or on the spur of the moment, the main gate constantly being locked could be a minor hindrance to that.

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

Good lacation，we can walk to the place we want to go. It‘s recommended for family’s vacation
