Minh Minh and Huy made us feel at home and like family from the moment we arrived. They both went out of their way to continually help us and guide us to amazing places to eat which weren’t tourist traps. They helped us when we needed our phone repaired and finding items we were needing to purchase. The location of this sweet home stay is ideal. It’s just a short walk to train street, old quarter and French quarter. Great cafes and restaurants are abundant and only a stones throw away. We found the area extremely safe to venture around day and night. This apartment was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. We will definitely stay with them on any future stays in Hanoi and connect our families and friend with these lovely hosts.

The rooms are a per image shared. So aesthetic and picture worthy. It is complete with everything, you can just bring yourself and clothes to check-in. You can cook, you can wash and dry your clothes, simply like home. But I guess it is suitable for youngsters since the house has 4 levels and each room is located at each floor. Which was fine for us. Oh and the fact that there were so many coffee shops nearby, we were happy. Overall, a great stay indeed!

A great experience staying in Tuấn’s apartment from start to finish! Tuấn was both friendly and responsive when we enquired about the apartment availability. The apartment was exactly as listed providing a clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable few days. There are a number of supermarkets and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the door. It’s about 25 minutes walk to the old town area and 45 minutes to the market areas. Grab rides are easy to take from the front of the building to explore other areas of the city. A big thank you to the building staff as well. They were all so nice and welcoming the whole time. I would recommend staying here and would stay again next time I’m in Hanoi. Thanks again Tuấn.

Great location with lots of shops right in the building downstairs and area is full of places to visit.

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

숙소의 위치나 훌륭한가격.호스트의 친절함이 돋보였던 숙소였습니다.다만 30분정도 일찍 체크인하게된 점을 감안하더라도 청소상태는 불만족스러웠습니다. 옷장에 남겨진 빨래감과 바닥은 물걸레질한채로 남아 축축했고. 청소하는 직원은 내가 지적하는 장소만 설렁설렁했습니다. 화장실의 쓰레기도 이야기하니 그때서야 치웠습니다. 수건은 제공되었지만 상태가 매우 좋지않았습니다. 다음 이용자를 위해 교체하기를 권합니다.

Such a beautiful place! The apartment is spotless, well-decorated, and has a bright, airy feel. The view is spectacular, and being right in the center of Hanoi is a huge plus. The host is kind and always ready to help. The apartment is also fully equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay

We were very glad that we chose to stay here. Right below is a shopping mall and there are lots of good food. Host respect our privacy and most importantly, wiling to help to solve queries we have. The unit is clean and cost, we had very good rest after a long day.

We were new to Hanoi, and the Grab driver dropped us at Royal city but I didn't specify which tower, so we took some time to find Tower 5. Hong Mai was responsive and met us at Tower 5 to bring us up! The kitchen didn't have any cooking utensils, but we let Hong Mai know and brought over a pot and 2 pans the next day afternoon. I bought other kitchen essentials like chopping boards since we were cooking every day. The WinMarts downstairs have everything we need, from rice to condiments to fruits, veggies and meats. Very nice and spacious apartment, and good location with amenities, wheelchair friendly. Only small problem is the mall is not accessible by lift for wheelchair, so we had to carefully push the wheelchair on the escalator with 2 to 3 people . There is also a local market nearby within walking distance across the canal, and a street of shops across the road to explore.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊
