It was a smooth stay for my wife and me. The host was very communicative, and everything was well-organized, making it feel like home. They also recommended a place to rent a bike and even lent us a lock, which was very useful. Highly recommend!

I'm from the USA and I lived at Tofu's house for 2 months while working in Hanoi at the hospital. It felt just like home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful and kind when i had a dripping faucet (they replaced it immediately). The place was cozy, quiet, and private. I loved sitting both in the lobby to get work done as well as on the roof with the 5 cats! They became my great friends. Thank you for having me <3

I've booked this place for an entire month. The host was always responsive and very helpful. She even helped me with moving my luggage back and forth. Inside the apartment everything was clean and well organized. It was a great experience overall!

Все прошло хорошо Жилье хорошее По ощущениям, как дома. Все чистенько и приятно находится. Были странности с заселением: - оно было поздним(22:00) - у нас не было кода от двери - охранник куда то ушел, так что посидели перед закрытыми дверями минут 20 Но благо, работало кафе рядом и его дружелюбная хозяйка поделились вайфаем и чаем, вскоре охранник вернулся и успешно заселились. :)

일본 대사관 근처에 위치하고 있어 조용히 편히 쉴 수 있습니다 방은 매우 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 있으며 충분한 공간의 거실과, 킹사이즈 침대가 있는 방이 있습니다 어매니티도 갖추고 있어 더욱 편리합니다 호스트는 매우 친절했고 키를 건네주는 아저씨도 친절했습니다👍

Such a great experience. probably one of the best place in Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and great at communicating, highly recommend!

Sofia is the kindest host I have ever met. We had a wonderful year-end day in her unit. She always cares what we need or any help. Thanks again for being with us.

we enjoyed the stay once we had the address for our driver. the pictures provided are slightly different to the actual apartment however still the same. there was no salt/pepper or similar. the water pressure of the shower was OK - we would run the water a couple minutes to make sure it was warm before we showered. our bed was comfy and the fridge kept everything really cold. we could hear the street noise, however felt it wasn't that bad and we would have decent sleep. we found the shops next door great however if you go right when at the front of the building you'll find a hair dresser and small cafe as well.
