Die besten Gastgeber die wir nach jahrelanger Airbnb Erfahrung je getroffen haben! Blerta fühlte sich wie eine Momma für mich an. Toll, diese Menschen zu treffen, sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und tolle Gespräche. Besonders herzliches Willkommen durch Einladung zum Essen und extra Orangen als Geschenk. Die Wohnung ist riesig und hat Alles, was das Herz begehrt und mehr. Super sauber, toller Balkon mit Ausblick. Bequeme Betten und sehr viel Ruhe. Im Oktober ist in Velipoja Nichts mehr los, doch durch die Wohnung und den Gastgeber war es trotzdem ein perfektes Erlebnis!

S ubytovaním sme boli nadmieru spokojní, všetko bolo čisté, zodpovedalo fotkám. Ocenili sme najmä druhú novú kúpeľňu, ktorá bola krásna a v prípade viacerých ľudí naozaj užitočná😁 Hostiteľ spolu s rodinou boli veľmi priateľskí a ochotní riešiť hocičo sme potrebovali. Odporúčame všetkými 10😊

De locatie van dit appartement was geweldig, recht aan de zee en op wandel afstand van het strand, de restaurants en winkels. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de omgeving en hadden een aangenaam verblijf in het appartement!

L'appartamento è un piccolo gioiello che gode di una vista strepitosa sul mare. Facile da raggiungere, le indicazioni dell'host sono molto chiare. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotto casa e l'ascensore dato che l'alloggio si trova al quarto piano. Tutto estremamente pulito e curato nei dettagli, il bagno è dotato di prodotti. Terrazza piccola ma funzionale, non manca niente.

This was our first time visiting Albania, and we had a wonderful stay at Flonja's apartment in Velipoje. The place was new, clean, and offered plenty of space for our family. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, and fun at the beach. It is super close to markets and restaurants, and a quick walk to the beach, less than 300m or so. Flojna was very helpful, and her brother helped us settle in very quickly, and helped us with luggage, and all the other information. I would recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Velipoje. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Amazing place with wonderful views and very spacious rooms. Both bedrooms have a/c and the living room as well. (I would recommend turning off a/c when not at home as electricity is costly here). If you are not there with kids you might be ok with no a/c at all, and truly experience local living. There is on site parking, but also street parking as well if you do not wish to drive up to the home. Host is amazing, very friendly and always there to help. A great person to talk to and share stories with. There are a few restaurants nearby (walking distance) that offer delicious dishes. The views from the balcony are breathtaking so ordering to go might be worth it certain nights.

Un loc foarte linistit, foarte curat. Camera are o terasa generoasa care include si o chicineta. Loc de parcare privat. Multe magazine si restaurante in apropiere. Cea mai apropiata plaja este la 5 minute de mers cu masina. Gazdele foarte amabile si dragute. Am primit cadou si un borcan cu dulceata de smochine pentru care le multumim inca o data foarte frumos. Raportul calitate pret este excelent.

Staying at Bay Zoran and Mrs. Tatjana’s home was an amazing and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. They are such **genuine and kind people**, and meeting them was truly a highlight of our trip. We even had the chance to chat upon arrival, and we wished we’d had more time to get to know them better. Their kindness reflects the **warm hospitality of Montenegrin and Balkan culture**, which we deeply felt throughout our stay. Despite a small 15-minute delay during check-in, they more than made up for it by allowing us to check out whenever we wanted—a gesture we truly appreciated. Mrs. Tatjana’s grace and elegance are reflected in her spotless, well-organized home—the **cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in**. We loved the feather-down duvets and the delicious homemade cake she left for us, as well as the hazelnuts from Mr. Zoran. The house and its surroundings were so beatiful. Thank you for everything.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super schön. Indrit hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Shkodër aber für uns perfekt weil es daher ruhig war und man ist in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto im Zentrum. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden wiederkommen!

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal hier. Es war wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub! Die Kommunikation war super und der checkin und Check out war super flexibel! Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist natürlich das Highlight mit einer wundervollen Sicht aufs Meer. Hier haben wir viele Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir waren direkt Hin&Weg von der Unterkunft. Sie ist super schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und wenn etwas gefehlt hat, haben Cherie und Ian sich direkt darum gekümmert, damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem und man genießt von dort aus einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben die Kuscheleinheiten der vierbeinigen Bewohner sehr genossen.🐶🐱 Cherie und Ian sind sehr wundervolle, aufgeschlossene und unfassbar hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir unseren Urlaub in ihrem Paradies verbringen durften. Wir werden wieder kommen! 😊

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Adi i porodica su pravi domaćini. Odavno se negdje nismo osjećali baš kao kod kuće, bez imalo pretjerivanja. Odlične lokalne preporuke, sjajna hrana u restoranu u čijem je sklopu apartman, čistoća na jako visokom nivou, osoblje jako susretljivo i prijatno. Jacuzzi čist i u potpunosti funkcionalan. Kreveti jako udobni. Parking ispred zgrade. Naš boravak smo produžili za još 4 noći nakon prvobitne rezervisane dvije 😊 to je i više no dovoljan pokazatelj kvaliteta. Svaka čast, ovako se radi posao :)

Fantastyczne miejsce!! Komfortowo, wręcz luksusowo, chyba nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Nie mamy żadnych negatywnych uwag. Byliśmy poza sezonem - mieliśmy wrażenie dużego spokoju i idealnej ciszy. Przyjemny, nowy (jeszcze nawet niedokończony) apartamentowiec, w spacerowej odległości od Centrum Ulcinja. Bardzo czysto i świeżo w mieszkaniu. Nowe, wysokiej jakości sprzęty, świetne wyposażenie. Nawet klimatyzatory działają cicho. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna pościel. Podróżowaliśmy z 3-letnią córeczką, która była również zachwycona (rozkładany fotel do spania przy dużym łóżku, 2 niskie stoliki, krzesełko, plastikowe kubeczki). Możliwość skorzystania z miejsca w zamykanym garażu. Telewizor ze wszelkimi netflixami ;-). Od początku do końca świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, który dawał jasne instrukcje i przydatne podpowiedzi. Z przyjemnością przyjechalibyśmy ponownie, polecamy każdemu!!
