This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

It was like being at home. The air conditioner warmed us up very well. Everything was organized and clean. It is 15 minutes walking distance to the center but it is preferable to have private parking. Can be booked without any worries

Amazing place with wonderful views and very spacious rooms. Both bedrooms have a/c and the living room as well. (I would recommend turning off a/c when not at home as electricity is costly here). If you are not there with kids you might be ok with no a/c at all, and truly experience local living. There is on site parking, but also street parking as well if you do not wish to drive up to the home. Host is amazing, very friendly and always there to help. A great person to talk to and share stories with. There are a few restaurants nearby (walking distance) that offer delicious dishes. The views from the balcony are breathtaking so ordering to go might be worth it certain nights.

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

Amazing hosts! Very attentive and super friendly, always with a smile on their face :) The place was squeaky clean and very comfortable to stay in for a few nights we were there. It’s very close to the city center, near the main road, but at the same time the street is small and quiet. The flat is adjacent to the owners house and in an inner patio, very secure. We were greeted with local specialties and a home-made cake. Will definitely come back next time to the same place when planning a stay in Shkodër. Thank you for amazing time!

Staying at Bay Zoran and Mrs. Tatjana’s home was an amazing and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. They are such **genuine and kind people**, and meeting them was truly a highlight of our trip. We even had the chance to chat upon arrival, and we wished we’d had more time to get to know them better. Their kindness reflects the **warm hospitality of Montenegrin and Balkan culture**, which we deeply felt throughout our stay. Despite a small 15-minute delay during check-in, they more than made up for it by allowing us to check out whenever we wanted—a gesture we truly appreciated. Mrs. Tatjana’s grace and elegance are reflected in her spotless, well-organized home—the **cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in**. We loved the feather-down duvets and the delicious homemade cake she left for us, as well as the hazelnuts from Mr. Zoran. The house and its surroundings were so beatiful. Thank you for everything.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem von einer Familie bewohnten Haus an einer Hauptstraße. Vor dem Haus ist eine große Grünfläche, so dass man nicht unmittelbar an der Straße wohnt. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten hinaus. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zu zwei großen Supermärkten, dem Strand und dem Stadtzentrum. Die Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Dora hat uns wunderbarer Weise am Bahnhof abgeholt und auch bei der Rückfahrt wieder hingebracht. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten bei der Familie auch Wein vom eigenen Weingut kaufen. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft und da wir off season da waren, waren wir die einzigen Gäste in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns aber direkt sehr herzlich empfangen gefühlt und die Gastgeberin war zu jederzeit gut erreichbar und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Bucht ist einfach traumhaft. Ebenso das familiengeführte kleine Restaurant in der Bucht sieht sehr einladend aus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter. Ein toller Ort, mit einer tollen Aussicht und sehr herzlichen GastgeberInnen.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment with our small toddler. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-prepared, and ready for us upon arrival. The building has a reception like in a high-end hotel, and our key was waiting for us, making check-in smooth and effortless. The apartment itself was neat and well-organized, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, soda in the fridge, and coffee for the espresso machine. Parking was plentiful right in front of the building, which made things even more convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I had a very nice stay in Gierdi's apartment. As far as AirBnB's, this was one of my favorites I've stayed in. There were so many thoughtful elements to the apartment that make it not only comfortable for a short-term stay but a long-term stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the views of the city were nice, the appliances were great. Overall I had an extremely nice stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Airbnb was amazing and how it was described. The host was very responsive and even helped me find parking for the night. Experience fully met expectations!

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Ardit’s apartment at the end of Shiroka is perfect for a quiet and comfortable stay. It has amazing views over the lake and has a short walking distance to a local grocery store and some great restaurants. The location provides quick access to some tough mountain hikes and if you are willing to put the effort in will provide even better views of the mountains and lakes

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

Good place close to center

Alex and Petar by far have been the kindest, most accommodating and gentle hosts I have ever met. Their house was exactly how a holiday home should be. I really would love to just take a month off and stay in that house and maybe work remotely. The theme, the decor, the cleanliness, everything was top notch. Highly highly recommend

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
