Anne was very helpful. She had detailed descriptions and instructions of the house, the surrounding area and activities to do while in Clare County. The selection of beds/bedrooms was fantastic for my family. The apartment had lots of space to stretch out and the kitchen was far bigger than most I've seen in Ireland rentals. This is a convenient house to use as a jumping off place to visiting the surrounding area. I highly recommend a small food truck, Cliffside Seafood and ... They cook up fantastic pizzas made with fresh sourdough bread he makes in his truck. The lobster and oysters are caught fresh. It's behind a pub that has a large room in it's back. You can order your food, then go into the pub for a pint while you wait. You're also welcome to bring your dinner into the pub to enjoy. Some of the best meals we had in Ireland!

We had a very comfortable stay at Vincent’s house. It’s lovely and warm and very clean. During the day we were with family so only used the house for sleeping. We would use the house again in the future.

Had a great time staying Katie’s! An excellent location, just right off the motor way and a quick taxi trip into town. The house was spotless and spacious with enough room for us all. Will definitely be coming back again for our next Galway trip! :)

Noreen met us on arrival and made is feel right at home. The cottage was clean and tidy and everything that we needed was provided for. We loved the location, a quiet and natural setting in the midst of the countryside. We would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Un très beau cottage, dans un lieu tranquille et paisible. En arrivant dans la région, c'est un mouton que nous avons croisé sur la route, et ce sont les animaux qui étaient nos voisins. Le logement est propre et confortable. La pièce de vie est très agréable pour lire, jouer aux jeux de société ou boire un thé en profitant de la vue. La douche possède un mitigeur et il y a une bonne pression (ce qui est plutôt rare en Irlande). Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous sommes partis à deux couples, et chacun avait son petit espace distinct la nuit. Je recommande !

Our time at Stormont House was absolutely wonderful! Such a beautiful home in a gorgeous spot on the river. Frances was welcoming and responsive, and made sure that we were comfortable. This was the perfect spot for my family to stay while visiting our extended family in Tipperary—there’s was lots of space to host, and we spent many lovely hours sitting around the spacious kitchen table drinking tea and catching up with everyone. We are all hoping to be able to stay at Stormont again soon!

Excellent location a very short walk to Carraroe village on one side and multiple beaches on the other. Clean, spacious and quiet house with all mod cons (and particularly well equipped kitchen). Would stay here again any time.

The house was spacious for the four of us and had all the amenities you would need. Wasn’t too far from Galway city and surrounding towns had plenty of options. Enjoyed our short stay here.

Valerie was so kind and attentive, helping us out whenever we needed. The flat was great and just what we needed, with lots of local amenities! We loved the local cafe - the neighbourhood cafe was gorgeous. Such an easy trip into Galway city - the bus is very convenient. Overall great stay, thanks Valerie!

J'ai adoré mon séjour chez Mary. Beaucoup de bonnes recommandations d'activités à proximité, en un mois je n'ai même pas eu le temps de tout faire. Mais pas besoin d'aller loin, les forêts de Cong et de Clonbur sont magiques. Les hôtes sont sympathiques, discrets, et très respectueux de l'intimité, et très serviables. les chiennes sont adorables et accueillent à chaque arrivée, contentes de vous revoir comme si vous faisiez partie de la famille. le logement est impeccable, pratique, tout y est et avec une vue sublime sur le lac.Le câlin de départ ma touchée. je recommande ce lieu avec tout mon cœur

Pat was a great and friendly host! Perfect location close to Galway city center but far enough removed from the crowds. Kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and drive way for rental car was nice as well. Rooms were spacious and allowed us to spread out. Pat gave excellent tips and recommendations for Galway and the surrounding cities as well, all were great. Will look to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Galway! Thank you again Pat!

Location was amazing, you are so close to all Galway has to offer including the bus station! We will lucky with flexible check in and check out times that worked best for our travels! We had 6 adults which fit fine, but honestly we didn’t spend much time there. Can’t speak for kitchen amenities because we didn’t cook in. Would come back!!

Although the pictures are highly accurate they don’t convey how beautiful and relaxing this place is. Definitely the perfect location within 5 min walk to the key area in dwtn Galway yet super peaceful.

Had a great time at Lil’s place! She was super helpful and even arranged transport for us to Adare Manor where we were attending a wedding. Thanks Lil!

We enjoyed our night stay at Noel's. The space worked great for our family of 5 (2 adults and kids 11,9,7). It was an easy walk to town for quick groceries and food. Having a washer was nice though there isn't a dryer so with wet weather we just had to lay out clothes to dry. Great value to stay here with plenty of room for the family to all get a good nights sleep!

This was my second time staying at The Stables, once again had a wonderful time in this cosy peaceful haven of peace, delighted O'Donoghues Bar nearby is open again for food, looking forward to staying again

we couldn't recommend this fabulous accommodation enough. It is set in beautiful surroundings with spectacular views. The property is everything you need and more. The rooms are all excellent and we had a choice of relaxing spaces to chillout in. Fantastic location with great space both inside and out. We met John who was lovely to chat to and pointed us in the right direction for activities to do etc. We will definitely be returning 😊

Our group of 9 ladies really enjoyed the weekend we spent in Deirdre’s beautiful, clean, spacious house just outside Spiddal. Good location for accessing Galway city. Very comfortable beds, beautiful interior design. Very pretty Easter decorations. Deirdre was very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful! Kitchen and utility very well equipped for big groups. Will recommend to friends!

When you walk into this beautifully decorated house, you will feel right at home. Carola has thought of everything you could possibly need or want. We cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen which was stocked better than most people’s homes. Perfect, quiet location between Galway and Cliffs of Moher. We loved going to the pubs in Kinvarra and hanging out with the locals during a music session.

One of my all time favourite airbnbs! The most beautiful location and cottage with gorgeous decor, felt right at home instantly. Finola and John were superb hosts, so kind and friendly and made our stay outstanding. If you love nature and the peace and quiet - this is the perfect spot for you. I was sad to leave!

We fell in love with the house. It just felt like home. Super comfortable, peaceful, spacious and clean. It had every amenity you can wish for. I could have stayed forever. One negative, unfortunately, was the Internet connection. It did not work at all. We contacted Susan and were told that the provider does not work weekends. I think maybe a little effort could have been done to contact a help desk to intervene. Some of us needed to connect for work and it was quite frustrating that the service was not available. It also meant of course that we could not watch any of the TV applications available on their smart TV.

Just back from an amazing family Xmas holiday at this wonderful house arrived to a beautiful Xmas tree in the living room area and blazing fire and a very welcoming Xmas hamper . The house was spotless and three of the four bedrooms downstairs have beautiful very spacious modern en-suite bathrooms with great showers .. two bedrooms upstairs share a very large bathroom with bath and separate shower unit .. dining room area is stunning with seating for 10 and the kitchen is very well equipped with a fab cooker ..this property has lots of space in a beautiful rural setting and John is most accommodating, would highly recommend for family or group getaway .. great rural walking path on the doorstep ..really peaceful a great find. Germaine and John were amazing hosts, they created a really lovely atmosphere throughout their home . They were hugely helpful in every aspect of my stay. They opened their home to us staying there and were flexible and facilitative of all my needs. They were warm, good humoured funny and sincere.
