We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

Yaromie was a 5 star host, very helpful and super friendly. The location was 5 stars. So beautiful and peaceful. The security of the area was 5 stars. From secured gate entry to security checks during the day and nights. The amenities within the unit were 5 stars. We had a superb stay. Thank you Yaromie!!

What a great place to stay! There were four of us staying here for a girls trip and we absolutely loved it. The place was clean, comfortable and well decorated. It had all the necessary amenities (and then some!) and was super close to stores if there was anything else we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and provided a ton of helpful resources. The beds and living space were well cleaned and very comfortable. We enjoyed lounging on the outdoor furniture, using the pool, and exploring the neighborhood. The only drawbacks were that the beach was relatively disappointing and the location was quite far from San Juan, El Yunque, and any island excurions (which meant we were waking up before sunrise for some of our excursions) - although I recognize this is completely out of the hosts control and is mostly due to our poor planning. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

We had an amazing time during our adult family vacation in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and this Airbnb was the perfect home base for our trip! The property is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room for our family to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close enough to the beach and great restaurants. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and a lovely outdoor space. We spent many evenings enjoying the backyard and the gorgeous weather. Amazing place! Perfect location for going to to the beach, San Juan, or the rain forest! The place has a bathroom for each room which is a major plus. Not to mention a heated pool and central air which is a huge positive! 5/5 would def stay here again

The place was beautiful and matched the pictures perfectly. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the house. Only issue we ran into was with security trying to get in. They need to fix their intercoms makes it hard to hear/understand seems like they have connection issues and the home is a bit of a distance to la placita and old San juan, but other than that great place.

My family and I stayed at Rob and Heather's place for 7 days and it was simply wonderful. The house was large enough to accommodate our large family of 9. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone's need and spacious enough in the common areas for all to gather. The location is ideal if you're looking for something close the SJU airport (about 35-minute drive). I would highly recommend their home to anyone with a large group and looking for a quiet/relaxing area/neighborhood.

karl, was amazing! Super host, Very responsive, accommodated us with whatever we needed and more.. super relaxing and 24hr security was a plus.. My family and I had a blast definitely one of the best experiences I had renting a AIRBNB. Close to stores, pharmacy, food 24hrs. Great location beach 20min away, airport 25mim away everything you needed was close. Me and my family will definitely rent here again.. Thank u for making our trip amazing 👏🏻

What a wonderful stay. Exactly what we were looking for. Such a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything that we ever wanted. The pool was very private.

I stayed at Oscar's place in Dorado, with my family for 5 days. Even before arriving, Oscar was super helpful and made me feel at ease about being a ways from San Juan. He provided local recommendations and assured me I would enjoy the beauty of Dorado. The home was clean upon arrival, nice neighborhood, and a generator provided for a brief outage. The entire experience was wonderful. He and his team assisted us the entire time and made us feel at home and like a priority during our stay. The home provided us with all the space we needed with a comfortable mattress and enough towels which for me is huge. Beach chairs, & towels, an umbrella for use and even a cooler, which helped save us a lot of many as we toured the area beaches. Hands down, if you're looking for a great place to stay with a great host and team, don't hesitate to book Oscar's place!! You'll enjoy it all.

One of the most responsive, helpful and accommodating hosts we’ve ever had and been using Airbnb for a long time! Shakira firstly had a hairdryer sent to us within half an hour after discovering another guest had taken the hairdryer! Shakira also very quickly agreed to a later check out which was so helpful to us. We ended up with a broken suitcase which Shakira also took care of getting rid of. The property did not disappoint and is just as in the photos, the pool was lovely. Supermarket 5 minutes in a car, Cats around the property and I’m not a fan, however as suggested by Shakira to ignore and they were no bother. Our first time in Puerto Rico and this property and host made our stay extra special! Thanks Shakira.

We had a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, view of the ocean, and bbq grill for easy cooking. The gated community was quiet and often had the pool and beach to ourselves. The home interior could use some updating but everything was clean and functional. A couple annoyances that could be an easy fix…The coffee pot was very small so we had to make many pots each day for our group. With only 1 key to the home, our group was constantly trading the key back and forth when moving between the home, pool, beach.

Comfortable house. Mari was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Great location and Kassandra was an extremely helpful host! It was a bit complicated to access, but the instructions were very detailed and it’s private. At times it was a little noisy from a party or road noise, but it wasn’t unbearable. A couple of the outlets in some of the rooms weren’t working, but I think it’s being fixed. Overall, I would stay again.

The house was very clean in a nice gated neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. We had an amazing stay at Matthew’s place.

Joan’s place in Toa Baja, PR was in a gated community with ample space to rest, relax and refresh. You will feel safe and I even walked to the grocery store. I do recommend renting a car to ensure you visit various locations in PR as we did and can’t wait to go back. The house was comfortable and having a nice outdoor terrace and pool area was a plus. The hammock outside provided the perfect comfort for midday naps. Convenience of washer and dryer and all rooms have A/C. The bed I slept on was very comfy and did not miss my bed at home as I slept great each night. The house was equipped with items to prepare and serve meals and also it is worth to have a solar powered house when traveling for 1 week. We are grateful for the responsiveness, attentiveness and time and care we received. Thank you and house and host is highly recommended! Thank you so much for great hospitality!

We had a lovely stay here. My kids and family enjoyed the place so much we decided we needed to stay an extra day. Elliot was very pleasant and spoke with me and my dad as if we were family and had known each other forever. I definitely have been recommending this place to all my friends and family and we will be back in July just to stay here once again. Great stay!!!
