We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

This was a magnificent place to stay with my family. This place has it all: location, amenities, restaurants, bars, beach, etc, but the best part was Señor Juan, who was always accessible and extremely helpful with all our needs. We stayed in a beautiful place to vacation, but he made it our home away from home.

Beautiful property. Spectacular Views. Comfortable for our group of seven. Great restaurants within walking distance & many others a few miles away. There is a beach within walking distance, as well. Small shells & sea glass were scattered along the coastline. The water is not safe to swim, but there are some tide pools to enjoy. There are other beaches nearby, as well. We felt safe & enjoyed our time at this house; we would definitely stay here again .

My family and I stayed at Rob and Heather's place for 7 days and it was simply wonderful. The house was large enough to accommodate our large family of 9. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone's need and spacious enough in the common areas for all to gather. The location is ideal if you're looking for something close the SJU airport (about 35-minute drive). I would highly recommend their home to anyone with a large group and looking for a quiet/relaxing area/neighborhood.

We had an amazing time staying at this home while trying to beat the Pennsylvania cold. The home was stocked with most things you need to do some cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms offer lots of options for different groups/families. The outdoor area it’s perfect. Our daughter spent all her free time in the private on site pool. We wanted to extend our stay but the house is all booked up and we can see why. With a rental car, the home is centrally located to great restaurants, some shops and grocery store. If we find ourselves in Puerto Rico again we will definitely be looking to book again.

This place is a true GEM! (We’ve been to a lot of AirBnBs) It is even better than the photos, the private beach is AMAZING, the pool is beautiful. We had booked a ton of activities in PR - we could have just spent the whole time at the house, pool and beach. Our host was so wonderfully responsive and easy to communicate with! We’ll be going back!

David was a wonderful host for his lovely home. It was just as advertised: clean, spacious, and , well appointed, with a very nice pool and outside sitting area. It is within walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to markets for shopping. Whenever we had questions (before and during our stay) David offered prompt responses and addressed any concerns. He was truly a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria’s house in Dorado. It was a busy neighborhood, but we felt safe in the gated community. We appreciated the convenience of the various stores close by (grocery, pharmacy, food, etc). The house itself was nice and average; it served its purpose of a safe place to come back to rest after we explored the island each day. The pool was refreshing (a bit chilly during the end of February) and crystal clear during our week long stay. Maria was the highlight of our stay; she provided instructions a day or two in advance of our trip, was very responsive during our entire stay, provided recommendations quickly when requested, and accommodating during check in and check out. I felt comfortable reaching out to her the whole time and would book with Maria again in the future.

Juan was attentive, very polite, and welcoming. Everything you need the place has. Beach chairs, a small cooler, extra linen, extra towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, all things for cooking! We made some soup and had avocados from the tree he has in front of the house. He gave us permission to grab them. They were so tasty!!!! The place is easy to find and lots to do and eat within a 15-30 mins drive from the place. I strongly recommend this place for a family. Place was spotless. Exactly as pictured.

Iris our hostess was AMAZING!! Very sweet and so kind! There was a time we needed something and she went out of her way to bring that particular items to us! The place was very clean and all the amenities we needed were there. One thing I can truly say of Iris is that she was ALWAYS available for us no matter the time or day. My family enjoyed our stay at Villas de Playa very much. The kids enjoyed the pool. There are kid friendly beaches nearby.

We had a great stay at Maria’s. The house was exactly like the pictures and Maria was very responsive.

Great location, about 5 minutes away from the beach. Gated community so we always felt safe. There’s a plaza outside of the front gate that has a grocery store, fast food options, clothing stores. Host was very responsive! Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Porfirio’s place. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as he had presented it. It was a cozy place that was close to the places that we wanted to go and things we wanted to do. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the Coqui frogs, it made the place quite romantic. We had one small issue arise, so we immediately contacted Porfirio. Within 10 minutes , he got back with us and immediately resolved the issue. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future.

The host was very responsive and friendly. The apartment is spotless and beautiful. It is in an excellent location. I recommend it 100%. It is near the beach and has fantastic restaurants.

I can’t say enough great things about Robert and his home! The accommodations were beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the golf course, Panela restaurant, pickleball or the watermill - or you can take the golf cart provided. Robert is an amazing host! Very responsive with any questions and he proactively reached out to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Very, very easy to get to the Plantation condo and get into - very clear instructions. Would 100% recommend!!

Andres place was amazing! The view was incredible and breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Lots of fluffy bath and beach towels. Beautiful bathrooms. Very spacious and well appointed master bedroom. The entire space was well-appointed and thoughtful. The beach in front of the condo was rocky but there is plenty of sandy beach on both sides of the condo. I can't wait to come back! And the Kikita Beach House restaurant is a 5 minute walk and has excellent food! You won't be disappointed Andre's space.

It’s a nice place to stay. The description is accurate and the apartment looks the way it’s depicted in the picture. It’s across from the beach. The host is very responsive!

WOW WOW! What can I say about the place? I wasn't sure about visiting Puerto Rico with all the YouTube videos, as many people unfortunately criticize the island! The reason I booked this place was because of its central location, meaning close to San Juan and the central mountains! The condo is EXTREMELY secure, no complaints there. The arrival was easy; they handed me the keys along with the BEEPER for the security gate, which also works for entering the property. The pool is just a 2-minute walk away, the Hilton hotel beach is 7 minutes, and within 15 minutes on foot, you have Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, as well as a grocery store, other restaurants, and a pharmacy. The residence was clean upon my arrival, and I was surprised by the number of items included. When I say there's nothing missing, I mean absolutely nothing! I was a bit concerned about the yard since the neighbors are quite close, but I didn't see a single one—except for two ducks that came every day to greet us! WITHOUT FEEDI

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!

Our family of five (parents and three teenagers) loved Cindy’s place and had a great time! Can’t say enough about how good of a host Cindy and her husband Victor were. They met us at the place when we arrived in the evening and showed us around. They were hospitable, super friendly and nice. The place is in a great location, with a short walk to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and other activities, and a great place to use as a base for car trips to other activities. It is as described in the write-up. We would definitely come back! Thank you Cindy!
