We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

What a great place to stay! There were four of us staying here for a girls trip and we absolutely loved it. The place was clean, comfortable and well decorated. It had all the necessary amenities (and then some!) and was super close to stores if there was anything else we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and provided a ton of helpful resources. The beds and living space were well cleaned and very comfortable. We enjoyed lounging on the outdoor furniture, using the pool, and exploring the neighborhood. The only drawbacks were that the beach was relatively disappointing and the location was quite far from San Juan, El Yunque, and any island excurions (which meant we were waking up before sunrise for some of our excursions) - although I recognize this is completely out of the hosts control and is mostly due to our poor planning. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing place! Perfect location for going to to the beach, San Juan, or the rain forest! The place has a bathroom for each room which is a major plus. Not to mention a heated pool and central air which is a huge positive! 5/5 would def stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Gregory’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Playa sardinera in Dorado, playa puerto Nuevo in Vega Baja, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Gregory’s was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The only minor downside was the mosquitoes in the area, especially in the evenings. It might be helpful to bring some repellent or for the host to provide mosquito nets or repellents for extra comfort. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

This place is a true GEM! (We’ve been to a lot of AirBnBs) It is even better than the photos, the private beach is AMAZING, the pool is beautiful. We had booked a ton of activities in PR - we could have just spent the whole time at the house, pool and beach. Our host was so wonderfully responsive and easy to communicate with! We’ll be going back!

My family and I had a blast definitely one of the best experiences I had renting a AIRBNB. Close to stores, pharmacy, food 24hrs. Great location beach 20min away, airport 25mim away everything you needed was close. Me and my family will definitely rent here again.. Thank u for making our trip amazing 👏🏻

David was a wonderful host for his lovely home. It was just as advertised: clean, spacious, and , well appointed, with a very nice pool and outside sitting area. It is within walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to markets for shopping. Whenever we had questions (before and during our stay) David offered prompt responses and addressed any concerns. He was truly a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

This really was one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at for the cost! I was with 6 adults and two kids and there was plenty of space and we were super comfortable. The host was extra helpful and got us a pack n play and high chair for our infant so we didn’t need to fly with anything too bulky. The place was so peaceful, beautiful, clean, quiet and safe! The pool was perfect with an ocean view and we usually had it to ourselves. The beach was AMAZING and great for kids. All soft sand, no rocks or seaweed and crystal clear calm waters that we could all swim in all day every day! We also rarely saw anyone else on the beach. It was a true paradise and we will definitely be back! As other have mentioned, I would definitely rent a car to be able to get to grocery stores or restaurants since there is not really anything you can walk to but the drive to the grocery store and some restaurants was very quick.

Richard was a wonderful host! Excellent communication, very quick, kind, and detailed. We needed something day-of and he was able to make it happen! The place was as described, the grounds were fun and the staff were great. We traveled with two small kids - the beach spot was perfect.

My family enjoyed our stay at Villas de Playa very much. The kids enjoyed the pool. There are kid friendly beaches nearby.

This home is in a lovely setting, “close to fun activities and beach. My guests felt at home and commented that the design provided for privacy but also a place to share and connect with each other. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Home was clean and tastefully decorated. Everyone appreciated the numerous games. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Loved staying here! Somes pros- not too busy lots of wildlife cute location near some amazing beaches! Some cons- -The windows are shutters like most of Puerto Rico, so you hear everything. -The bed is a bit firm for me but my mom was comfy ! overall I would stay again!

Fabulous location immediately across from the beach. Updated, well appointed and comfortable. Bars and restaurants on the street for a lively feel. Fun to sit on the veranda and watch the action. A bit of noise a couple evenings but never too much. We would be happy to stay there again.

The Airbnb had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. It was big enough for the 5 of us, with a great patio to enjoy the afternoons and evenings. A bit outside of San Juan, but great if you have your own transportation.

Melba’s place was extremely clean and accommodated the 4 of us very well. We loved the modern look. The villa provided everything from dishes to toiletries. The beach accessories were also a nice touch. Having the parking spot right in front of the villa was very useful. Melba also provided a clicker for the community entry gate which gave us easy access instead of waiting on line to speak to security to allow us in the community. Although we did not use the community pool, it is walkable as we did walk to the area. The villa is also close to a community beach and the Embassy Suite where there is a casino and restaurants. There are also many restaurants in the town as well. Melba was quick to respond to all my inquiries and very attentive to us by providing information on rip current. She was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you again, Melba, for an excellent stay.

Carmen and Stefano were amazing hosts and gave great recommendations. The airbnb is in the heart of Old San Juan and walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. The only issue we had is that a couple towels were still damp from washing upon our arrival and one set of bedsheets may/may not have been changed. Otherwise, everything else was very clean and tidy. Great place for a group and the pics are very accurate. For anyone looking to stay here, just know that it’s very close La Factoria and next to some famous murals, so you will see a lot of people walking by at night to take pictures if you don’t mind some noise. We would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in Old San Juan!

Really cool apartment, right in the middle of things. Some noise, but it didn't prevent me from sleeping (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper). The courtyard was beautiful. 10/10, would go again.

Nadia's home is absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Viejo San Juan, this is it. Hands down, the best home you can find in the area! The location couldn’t be better right in the center of everything, within walking distance to restaurants, historic sites, and the best nightlife. Despite being in the heart of the city, the home itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The space is stunning, with high ceilings, tasteful decor, and all the modern amenities you could need. Everything was spotless But what really made our stay special was the host, Nadia. She was beyond helpful, always quick to respond, and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. This home is truly a hidden gem in Viejo San Juan. Let’s start by saying that Yubal is a great host, always responsive and provides plenty of recommendations. The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities described and more. We had an amazing time doing excursions during the day and then relaxing on the hot tubs at the house during the night. Everything is really close including a convinient store 1 mins away and a beautiful beach 3 mins from the house. And let’s not forget about the local pizza place that treated us like family. I’ll recommend this Airbnb to anyone that want to go to PR for any reason. And Yubal is a great host they will make sure you have great experience.

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!
