What a wonderful stay. Exactly what we were looking for. Such a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything that we ever wanted. The pool was very private.

Yilian es la definición de súper anfitrión, amable, atenta y servicial. El alojamiento es TODO y más. Comenzando con lo limpio e impecable, la decoración y cada detalle hacen que te sientas tan lleno de paz sin contar que el lugar es tan céntrico que tienes restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados y todo lo que necesites cerca. Fue un encanto disfrutar de la naturaleza y los frutos como aguacate, panapén, jobos y guineos los cuáles el anfitrión te invita a degustar de haber al momento de tu alojamiento. ¡Sin duda alguna volveré! NADA como este alojamiento en dónde puedes trabajar, vacacional y compartir con tus seres queridos sintiéndome como en mi propio hogar.

When working hard to get to your vacation, it is Greatly Appreciated to have a place that makes you feel comfortable to enjoy your vacation. The Home was Beautiful, Clean, Spacious, Very Accommodating. With planning your vacation and mapping out your agenda, it was a pleasant surprise when arriving to see a home that allowed us to incorporate a place that allowed enough space for having a Gathering to that agenda. We were able to utilize the home as the Meet Up and Game Night/Pot Luck with PRs flavors/ and Specialties. All and All we will be Back And You will be Happy if you decide to stay at this Home. Just leave it open in February, that’s My Anniversary Month.

Is a nice place for busines and family.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location—just a 10-12 minute drive to the nearest beach, 5 minutes to the closest grocery store, and about 30 minutes to Old San Juan. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the host responded very quickly, which we really appreciated.

we did last minute booking and it was the best decision because, the place is just in front of the beach ⛱️ and the pool is at walking distance from the villa. My girls that are 12 yrs old had so much fun at the beach and the pool. there is a bowling alley really close and a movie theater 5 min. away. a lot of restaurants, I recommend Cayó Caribe, the seafood was amazing. thank you guys for a wonderful experience! Recommended for small family with a small dog.

Our family had a fantastic time at Ricardo & Laura’s place. The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and a lovely backyard. Kids enjoyed the pool, large TV. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. Location was perfect, neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. Short drive to beach and local restaurants.

This place is a gem! A large and comfortable home that was perfect for our large family. Safe, quiet and private while located close to stores and restaurants. I look forward to booking with them again!

This was a truly great guest house. The place was easy to find, clean and well maintained. Everything was excellent in terms of the place being stocked and having everything needed for your stay. The beach nearby was beautiful and peaceful. The pool was clean and very open. Overall this is an excellent place to stay!

Andres place was amazing! The view was incredible and breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Lots of fluffy bath and beach towels. Beautiful bathrooms. Very spacious and well appointed master bedroom. The entire space was well-appointed and thoughtful. The beach in front of the condo was rocky but there is plenty of sandy beach on both sides of the condo. I can't wait to come back! And the Kikita Beach House restaurant is a 5 minute walk and has excellent food! You won't be disappointed Andre's space.

Wow. This villa has it all. Great location with many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The beach was great for my young kids and we had the best time exploring the island with this villa as our starting point. Not too far away from the airport but out of the hustle and bustle of San Juan. The area felt safe. The pool was incredible and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the space. The private patio was a favorite spot to chill after a long beach day. The host was so informative about the area and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect for families.

Fabulous location immediately across from the beach. Updated, well appointed and comfortable. Bars and restaurants on the street for a lively feel. Fun to sit on the veranda and watch the action. A bit of noise a couple evenings but never too much. We would be happy to stay there again.

Dear Sammy! We are so happy we chose the house for our family to stay in. You were so helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and well communicative. You made us feel comfortable as if we are home! My kids had a great time! Everything was so clean and spotless! Everything was pretty much new!! I highly recommend Sammy as a property manager ! He is great and everything is as it shows in photos! Anton’s place was exactly as described—peaceful, in a gated community right by the ocean, and perfect for a getaway. It’s a two-story layout with only stairs, so be prepared for a little workout! Anton was a fantastic host—super kind and quick to help. When the power went out (which is common in Puerto Rico), he immediately came over and started the generator, solving the issue right away. I stayed with my best friend and her daughter, and we loved it. Definitely my go-to spot in Puerto Rico now! Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying in the unit for a short stay… The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Instructions were clear and send out early. The unit was just as described , Clean/ Modern/ Spacious and well equipped. Also Parking was easy and secure I would definitely re-book and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you .

Communication with host was easy and finding home was a breeze. The house is as pictured. It was clean & everything neatly organized. AC's all worked great. Neighborhood is quiet except for when the area dogs decide to serenade everyone. Very close to restaurants, and grocery stores. We loved KGB for breakfast & lunch. Good food & great service. We didn't use the hot tub or back covered porch. We peferred to sit at the front porch & enjoy the morning & afternoon breeze. All in all the house met our needs and I would book it again.
