Great place and great hosts. It's a house in a gated community. Community has a private pool and a private beach (about 5 mins walk from the house). Beach is amazing, with great sand, and very few people. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Living room is great, kitchen too, and there are two terraces (front and back), with a grill on the backyard. TV in living room is great (with Roku). Couches are amazing. Hosts offered their help with everything and were very quick to respond. Regular cleaning during stay is not included and needs to be paid separately. Overall, highly recommended.

We had such a blast in dorado and the nearby beaches were perfect. Thanks Alma and team!

Would definitely recommend staying here!Everything was better than what we expected from the pictures. The pool and outdoor area were amazing and very clean, and was perfect for our group of 13. The villa had great indoor common space and the rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with food, beverages, and all necessary appliances upon our arrival. Eddy was very helpful and responsive all week, providing us with recommendations for food and activities. The villa is located right next to a path to the isla verde beach and is about a 5 minute walk down the beach to the main beachy area. Also about a 5 minute walk from the supermarket and near multiple food options which was nice. The whole property is gated and we had no issues with the surrounding area.

Excellent place,very clean,peaceful. Ricky was very friendly,very accessible and on top of every single detail. I felt like at home. The place has an excellent location,,very close to the airport and beach. I highly recommend this place to get a time to relax and reactive your body and mind.

Amanda’s villa is a perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation in beautiful Puerto Rico! We had a wonderful stay. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and all the linens were clean and sufficient numbers for all 6 of us. Amanda provided some great local restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of and enjoyed. Couldn’t recommend Amanda’s place more.

We had a great stay at Leonel’s place for my birthday trip! The house was a perfect size for our group of 12 and we loved hanging out in the pool and rec room area. Although there is not one central kitchen area, we ate out most meals so it wasn’t an issue. It was a good location and convenient to everything. Other reviews mentioned the chickens being loud in the morning and we also noticed that but wasn’t too much of an issue. Host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend Leonel’s place if you are coming to San Juan with a large group and want a pool!

We had an incredible stay at this BnB! The location was unbeatable—walkable to everything in Old San Juan, making it so easy to explore the area. The ocean views were amazing, we loved spending time on the patio during the day and on the rooftop in the evenings. The decor was stunning; it felt more like a boutique hotel than a typical BnB. The place was squeaky clean and truly felt like a home away from home. Rosa, the host, was fantastic—so accommodating and always quick to respond whenever we reached out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place!

The villa was perfect! My friends and I enjoyed our time there. It was very spacious and clean. A lot of towels, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great to cool off in after a day of adventures and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The garage had beach chairs and sun shades available. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

The house was great! House was clean, ac worked (very needed) and had things to use for the beach (cooler, towels). Had a little trouble with the entrance instructions but it was 3am, it said gate 11 and should have been 12. But the house is as described and the owner is quick to respond and very polite. I overall had a great time and happy with this airbnb. Only issue was the neighbor on one side was a little loud when doing the nasty and woke me up one night but the kids said they didn’t hear anything so that’s a relief. And that’s not the owners of this airbnb’s fault. Just be aware of your noise level. Again very pleased with place and worth the price with pool, beach right in front, close to food places and Walgreens and Casino near as well. Thank you Suanette!

The amenities were great. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and it was so convenient. Communication with the host made things much easier.

Wow. This villa has it all. Great location with many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The beach was great for my young kids and we had the best time exploring the island with this villa as our starting point. Not too far away from the airport but out of the hustle and bustle of San Juan. The area felt safe. The pool was incredible and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the space. The private patio was a favorite spot to chill after a long beach day. The host was so informative about the area and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect for families.

This is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The location was near many restaurants and beaches. The villa is pretty big and all appliances looked brand new.

Our overall stay was great. The pool was beautiful and only a few steps away from the house. The beach was a 15 minute walk on a golf cart path and was also beautiful. A grocery store and several restaurants were conveniently located close by. The home was amazing. Plenty of room, everything worked great and the rooftop view of the golf course and the moon rising was awesome. The host answered promptly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this Air B&B to our friends and family and look forward to our next visit.

Loved Villa Linda! Perfect for our adult children and had all the accommodations of home. We had a few small hiccups with the keypad, wifi and dryer and the host quickly and efficiently addressed and fixed them! Loved the location to the beach and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Exactly as pictured and it was immaculately clean!
