This is a wonderful place for a family gathering. There can't be too many 17th century rentals (1686?) with amazing original fireplace and wood. We enjoyed exploring the house - 3 staircases, many fireplaces, surprising rooms and passageways. Very nicely decorated rooms. Large kitchen and pantry, comfortable seating in living area, on screen porch, outside on large lawn.

We loved our stay! Scituate is the most adorable town, and we were able to take day trips to Plymouth, Boston, and Salem. The house is adorable. Some highlights are how comfortable the beds were, and everything we needed was available (toiletries, laundry pods, tons of towels). We would absolutely stay again, but one thing to note is that if you have a toddler, bring a large, freestanding gate (three+ sections) for the bottom of the stairs. My favorite part was the host saying we could leave the house as is; the cleaners would take care of it! That is a HUGE bonus- I hate having to strip beds and do dishes the day we check out. This is a fantastic rental home and we would love to stay again when visiting MA.

As a former Airbnb Super host, I can honestly say Andrea and Jamie deserve a Super Host PLUS award! We have stayed in a number of Airbnbs and their place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect. Away from traffic and on a peaceful dead end street that was surrounded by trees , a white fence and plenty of free parking. There was a winter storm that blanketed the trees and it was absolutely beautiful. The Airbnb we stayed in was the guest house and it had everything anyone would need. It was super clean and we felt so at home. The guest house itself was tastefully decorated and even had a front porch to sit on with warm lights. We looked for the washer and dryer only to find out our hosts do laundry for their guests and have it waiting at your front door! The best part was meeting Andrea and Jamie. They are down to earth, positive people who take hosting very seriously. They responded quickly to any need we had. You won’t be disappointed if you book with them!

We had a great long weekend at Kim and Dave's rental on the coast in Scituate. Location and home were perfect. We enjoyed the short walk to the lighthouse and short drive into town with many great restaurant options. Kim and Dave were very responsive hosts, and the home was perfect for our family of four plus two grandparents. Loved having the hot tub on the back deck overlooking the ocean with additional beautiful ocean views throughout the inside of the home as well. House itself was clean and very well organized. Very family friendly. Would definitely come back again!

20 White Pine Knoll was wonderful. We had an extended stay while we closed on our new house. Karen was always responsive and extremely helpful. If we decide to come back to Summer Village, 20 White Pine Knoll will be where we stay! Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay there! From the moment I arrived, the space was spotless and had such a calm, peaceful vibe—exactly what I needed. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. Our host, Joe, was incredibly communicative, always responsive to any questions or needs, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and create a wonderful experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable retreat with a host who goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay again!

We rented Veronika's home for a work related trip to Boston. The home was great, perfectly located for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Neeton. Hope to be back next year.
