Never rented an Airbnb before. Was amazed how easy it was, the place was perfect for my needs. Al was responsive when I contacted him, always kind and courteous. Decided to rent another one of his locations after my time at this one ended. Looking forward to it. Place was clean, accessible, private, easy to reach and I truly enjoyed myself. Will recommend his rentals to family and friends.

Larry was a fantastic host. He was flexible with our check-in given that we arrived several hours later than planned due to traffic. He went through the entire apartment with us and offered great recommendations for dinner. Larry was responsive to all requests/questions—a definite return location.

We actually ended up staying at another property of Mary’s because of a boiler issue at the original place. Mary got in touch immediately & offered an upgrade for the price of our original stay. She made sure we got everything we needed, sending over supplies & solving an issue with the tv. A super responsive host and we much appreciated that! The place we ended up at was right on the Choptank River with gorgeous views and even ducks to feed!!! (Mary supplied the duck food!) A great, relaxing stay!!

Pat and Nell were such wonderful hosts. It was the perfect mix of function for a nearby swim meet at St Mary’s and relaxation like a mini vacation. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the shower is wonderful. Although we didn’t use the laundry it was so nice to have accessible units so we could dry my son’s swim suit and towels in between sessions. The location is just beautiful, filled with lots of history which Pat was so gracious to share with my boys and I. Highly recommend.

Our stay was lovely! The property is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is right above the roosters so we could hear them crow every morning, but it didn't bother us. The parking is a bit of a walk from the apartment, but everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The kitchen had basic pots and pans, plates and bowls, and utensils. But did not have things like cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc. It didn't hinder our stay, but these are mentioned in the listing, so it was noted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Rich & Yumiko provided an ideal backdrop for our family get together. The outdoor spaces were serene, tranquil, and well appointed with plenty of props for activities. The inside spaces were fully equipped with the most comfortable & pampering amenities. The house was beautifully decorated. The many details - often overlooked in rentals - were the highlight of the home. Thank you, Rich & Yumiko! Your attention to detail, thoughtfulness and creativity was very much appreciated! We hope to return.

Came down for a duck hunting trip! The place was perfect! Very clean and cozy! Hope the owner was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions! If in the area again I will definitely book again!

It's a good space: upstairs & downstairs. The hot tub was a nice touch to the March cold weather. Walkable to restaurants, historic neighborhood and waterfront. House next door is a work in progress; a bit of a creepy view. Backyard isn't fenced; open to other neighboring houses. Plenty of dishes, space, board games, linens. Good family getaway.

We had a great stay. Kristin was very friendly and responsive through the booking process, leading up to our stay and during our stay. The house is very spacious and worked well for our multi generational family. It’s an older house but tastefully updated with modern amenities. We were unable to take advantage of it, but the house was within walking distance to a cute downtown area with a lot of restaurants.

We recently had a wonderful stay at Travis's place, and we couldn't have felt more at home. The house is not only beautiful but also comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. It’s one of the best-stocked homes I’ve encountered on Airbnb, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Travis was a wonderful host, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions. We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

A wonderful home. Outdoor setting was stunning and private. The house was incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated. We visited for Thanksgiving week, with our grown kids. Kitchen had all the basics and we brought extra items for the special meal. Living and dining spaces were comfy and warm, with lots of entertainment options. Wifi was strong, accommodating several of us working - very appreciated! Bedrooms were very comfy. Master was huge, with gorgeous views of the water. Heat and hot water were plentiful. The instructions & descriptions provided were outstanding. Lastly, we appreciated that the home welcomed pets, complete with dog toys & bed :-). Thank you for a fantastic family vacation.

The perfect place to stay in downtown Cambridge! You step right out the front door to all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful space with all the amenities you could need. Jennifer has thought of everything! Wonderful and responsive host. We will definitely be back for another stay!

The photos are mirror images of the condo. The kitchen and bath are amply supplied with all the items needed, even to prepare meals if you choose. Accessibility features are a bonus when traveling with an individual with mobility issues. Locally, Portside Seafood was a welcome surprise with a delicious menu. It was the perfect place for my sister and me to have some downtime and recharge. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We had a peaceful stay at Jennifer’s place. The place was accessible to a lot of local restaurants and one of a kind shops. We truly enjoyed a local spot just a 4 mins walk in town called Black Water. They specialize in breakfast and we ate there both mornings of our stay, reservations are recommended but we managed to get seated arriving at 9:00 on both Saturday and Sunday. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well. Jennifer provided very detailed checkin instructions and even checked in to make sure our arrival went well. The home was in great condition and very clean.

Our stay was great! We went to the dive bar for dinner it was super cute! Then we went to the brewery for drinks. The location was great. The apartment was super clean and beautiful. We would stay again!
