We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again/recommend to others. The flat was full of quirky extras and everything was catered for. They went above and beyond with all the finishing touches which made you feel welcome and right at home. It’s a short walk to Weymouth beach. Considering how close to everything it’s really quiet. To top it all off the hosts were so lovely and friendly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

I'm picky about where I stay and I'd happily stay here again! What was good? The bed was comfy (and I rarely say that!); the shower was great; the sofas in the living room were comfy, and the view from the balcony was to fantastic. In addition to those positive physical aspects of the accommodation, both Amy and Jonathan were very responsive to queries. I had an issue with WiFi when I arrived. I didn't worry the first night as I had other stuff to do. I messaged about the problem at 7am on the 2nd morning, and Jonathan had given me a solution by 7.20 ish. I expected a response sometime during the day! All in all, a very positive stay, and i look forward to using Amy and Jonathan's accommodation again when I'm next down in Bournemouth.

This was a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and just a 5 mins stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend. The one thing that was difficult for us as a family with a dog was we didn’t realise the grass was fake. Understandably the owner didn’t really want our dog to do his business on it and my dog wouldn’t anyway. This wouldn’t normally have been too much of an issue but we couldn’t see any grass verges around and going to the beach in the dark wasn’t any fun. That was just for us otherwise a fabulous apartment in a fabulous location.

We had a lovely weekend here, helped by the great weather. The town was an easy walk through the park and the place was very relaxing.

Our stay in Kate’s apartment was perfect. It’s a comfortable, calm and pristine home with excellent facilities and a great location. My husband and I enjoyed the leafy river walk down into Lyme Regis which was one of the reasons I chose to stay in Kate’s place. Parking was easy and the walk meant that we didn’t have to worry about driving into Lyme Regis. I would heartily recommend staying at Kate’s home and would definitely return to stay on any future visits to the area. Travelling from the Midlands we also visited Lacock Abbey and Montacute House on our journey from and to home. They were both exceptional National Trust properties. Our thanks to Kate for a lovely place to stay.

I had another perfect stay at Upper Deck. Tina is so welcoming and friendly and I feel completely at home in her beautiful apartment. I played golf at the nearby Lyme Regis Golf Course, the weather was perfect and I had a fabulous time. Thank you once again.

Tom’s place is so lovely. Our family had a great stay at his place. It was a short walk to the beach, which was an added bonus. Plenty of room, very clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again!

Our group was 4 couples. There was just about enough space for us all. The property is well located, there is a great pub across the road and plenty of walks nearvy, and plenty of places to visit. We all had a great time.

An outstanding stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and always responded to my messages quickly. The property was exactly as described and incredibly clean/spacious. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Really great place to stay, there are noise restrictions after 10 if that makes a difference to a booking, especially around the hot tub for the neighbours. But the place was fantastic otherwise!

Loved staying in this beautiful place for a long weekend. Stayed in Feb and were so cosy and warm and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and close proximity to the beach. Thank you so much for your warm and friendly hospitality ☺️

3 nights booked for a family weeding mid-week locally , house perfect for our 3 generations of family to visit relax and prepare and recover from the celebrations. Comfortably furnished with a very family friendly garden space. 10 minute stroll into the centre of Wimborne for its nice shops and restaurants - perfect for our needs

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Enjoyed beautiful walks on the common. The weather wasn’t great some days but meant we were able to have relaxing afternoons by the fire. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were very comfy. Love to come back one day.

The main road is a little bit dubious to pull in and out of and noisy, however having said all this, the place itself was perfectly fine for what I needed. Everything was clean, good provisions too. The best thing was the view out the back of the property at the hill! If ever I need a quick getaway again I’ll be sure to book. I didn’t get to explore much of the area due to the storm but will be sure to do the walk around the area next time.

First class stay. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Location very good with parking if required. Very close to station and easy access to/from airport. Kasia and Tom communicated really well and we were very confident when arriving that all would be great. It was… and our expectations were exceeded. Will definitely stay again when next in Bournemouth.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!

We have been to sandbanks quite a few times and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. The flat was clean, well equipped and private. We had more than enough space for our family of 4 and said we could fit 6 without feeling cramped. The flat felt new and high end. We loved that it was so close to the beach and many nice restaurants. Our girls loved spending the afternoon in the hot tub too! We will definitely be booking here again.

We had a really lovely weekend! Hazel was a fabulous host, very easy check in, lots of helpful hints regarding the amenities etc. The apartment was beautifully clean, great location - easy walk to the beach, feels newly appointed - very fresh! It was our anniversary, and the little extras were greatly appreciated! Feel very greatful to have found this little gem and will definitely be back! Kassy and Tim.

Lovely little weekend get away! My girlfriend and I stayed for the weekend, had some great food at a local restaurant Jason recommended, and jumped in the hot tub after. Would defo recommend for a weekend away!
