Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

Beautiful accommodation for our stay and was child friendly for our 11 month old twins. Beautiful view of the needles if you walked further towards the cliff. Clean and pleasant stay would thoroughly recommend

Beautiful little bungalow with all the amenities you could need. Bed was so comfy too! Good spot for exploring Exmouth and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely time celebrating the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025. The BNB was very private which was lovely and the surrounding views were gorgeous. There was good access to some lovely beaches near by as well as a small town which was a short drive away with shops to get everything you might need.

We had a lovely little stay at Grant’s. It was very cosy, very clean and the extra touch of milk and snacks was super handy and thoughtful. The location is great too. There is a park very close by which my kids loved. The beach is a short walk too. There was a halal restaurant (Jaffran) 7 mins drive, they also do delivery if you can pay by cash. Tesco is also close by. We only stayed 2 nights and that wasn’t really enough to fully explore the area and really enjoy it. I’d recommend staying longer if you have kids. Overall, lovely little place, friendly host and great area.

Absolutely loved spending Christmas here with my husband and our two daughters. Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Will definitely be going back.

Great location in Mudeford close to beach and walks,near to transport links to get around the region.Very quiet local area.Bungalow was spacious,clean and very well equipped.Garden was lovely,enclosed and safe for dogs, a great place to be.Mudhuts support was proactive and responsive.We had a great 4 days and would book again!

Absolutely brilliant stay with two friends, we all needed a break and to unwind. We were not disappointed. Clean, cosy, comfortable and quiet - all of which was wonderful, but with the hot tub and stunning views, we left feeling like we'd had a week off, not just a weekend. David is a generous host, very responsive and kind, it felt like he knew us already! Thank you so much.

Really lovely place - even nicer than the pictures. Walkable distance to town centre and nice pubs and restaurants. Great host. Flexible with arrival and responded really quickly. We've stayed at lots of places on the island. This might be the favourite.

Laura was great! So responsive and clear answers! Her place was just lovely! We stayed there as a family of three and it felt like a home away from home! The location is perfect too, it is only a 5 minute drive away from the floating bridge and another 2 minutes from the ferry port. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the island as it’s a really good base, the high street is about a 2 minute walk and there are two supermarkets very close by! Thank you Deborah we had another wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and welcoming and in a quiet area. It’s great that’s it’s so close to Sidmouth and so easy to walk into the town along a riverside walk. There are so many places to visit in the area. Thanks to Deborah for keeping in touch to make sure our stay was such a good one. We would love to come back.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. The garden was much bigger than anticipated and a real bonus given how nice the weather was. Incredible amenities and had absolutely everything you could want for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Another lovely stay at Mark’s Island Wrest. We were in The Cavern this time but it was as equally well appointed as The Galleon. Having family on the Island it is just right for us and extremely comfortable.

Jill & Steve, are great hosts. What a perfect place to relax & put your feet up. The accommodation is all on one level which was great for my 89 year old parents, the grounds were fab wonderful for my Labradoodle who had so much fun running after the ball in all that space 👍🏼 There are 2 places that adjoin so if you are a party of 8 this place would be great. However we were 3 & it was just great for us. Just what we needed. Thanks again Jill & Steve 😉

This cottage was beautiful inside and out and had all essentials provided along with a few added extras including milk, bread, butter and biscuits! A lovely hamper was also provided for Blue the dog. Matthew was a great host with all information communicated prior to arrival and being on site and contactable throughout the stay if needed. I stayed in this cottage for my birthday weekend and Matthew had also allowed my sister to enter the cottage prior to my stay to add some birthday decorations and there was also a lovely card and drink from Matthew and his family which was a lovely touch. The cottage is definitely worth what you pay for it and me and Blue can’t wait to return on our next visit to Devon.
