We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again/recommend to others. The flat was full of quirky extras and everything was catered for. They went above and beyond with all the finishing touches which made you feel welcome and right at home. It’s a short walk to Weymouth beach. Considering how close to everything it’s really quiet. To top it all off the hosts were so lovely and friendly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

We had a relaxing couple of nights at Jehu Tait's lovely apartment in Woolston. The location was very quiet and relaxing, with amenities within walking distance, and the apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Jehu was friendly, responsive and prompt with communication and answering questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay. It's the best Airbnb we've stayed by a country mile, All the fittings and furniture were of great quality. Very well equipped kitchen. and everything was spotlessly clean. Only 4 or 5 min walk into the centre of town and only 5-10min walk to the train station. Will definitely be back. Cheers Nigel and Denise !!

One of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve stayed at through AirBNB. Wonderful location that is an easy walk to cafes, restaurants, Roman Baths, parks etc. I loved having the knitting store just downstairs, that was a lovely surprise. Everything worked perfectly and we were grateful to stay.

Once again, a delightful stay at Jill’s well-appointed and comfortable apartment. We always feel at home from the moment we arrive and Jill is instantly available to answer any queries which may arise. The sparkling wine chilling in the fridge and local shortbread is a thoughtful touch which make you feel a valued guest. We look forward to a return visit later in the year.

The flat is great- spacious, clean, all you need for a short or longer stay - I was there for work - great wifi speed, quiet inside and outside even though near a main road - wet easy access to Cardiff city centre or Roath park area - nothing bad to add only positives :)

Had a great stay here. The house was clean and very well maintained. Was quite happy with the location. Parking was ideal and the place was fresh. The host was responsive and I would choose coming in for a longer stay if I could.

Beautiful house - perfect for weekend away. two couples+ kids. Used the pool 5 times over 3 days! pool is bigger than looks in images! only negative was the very loud birds outside kept alot of us awake on the first night! second night wasn't so bad so they must have been having a debate in the trees right outside 😂! Great if you like nature tho! Playpark literally across the road too and fields with little lambs. ringstead bay nearby is lovely. Chinese deliveries no probs. TVs have Netflix, Disney etc. sauna was lovely with essential oils and nice lil welcome pack. coffee machine wasn't working but we got to check out later instead were also given opportunity to check in early to make up for this too. Would stay again!

what a wonderful place to stay. felt at home from the moment we walked in. spotlessly clean. bed comfortable and beautiful linens. lovely walks with the dogs. I'm sure the summer would be beautiful with the quaint garden and conservatory. wonderful stay would highly recommend

Get together with family and friends for Cheltenham Gold Cup. Everyone had their own room and great to have 3 bathrooms. It was a home from home with everything available that you needed. The place is spotless and comfortable. We didn’t do the 30 min walk to town but Uber taxis were easy to get us to town and railway station. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Host Janice was extremely friendly and welcoming. Cottage was as described, spotlessly clean (you wouldn't know it was a pet friendly property) and well-appointed with lovely added extras in the welcome pack! Good car parking and beautiful view with easy access to coast and inland. Would definitely stay again.

A fab few days for New Year's Eve and New Year. 3 families - a lot of fun and laughter and a perfect space for the 11 of us. Great to be able to walk to town and visit the fab pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely time and the hosts were super kind, letting us arrive early and leave late. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thanks so much Sarah and James

Accommodation totally met our expectations. Loads of maps etc and local information. Fully enclosed garden which kept our dog safe. On the one wet day, resorted to the extensive DVD & book range. Very comfortable place just to chill and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Sharon’s lovely house. It was great staying in Kingswear, across the estuary from its busier neighbour Dartmouth and with the ferry between the two running regularly until almost 11pm, we felt we had the best of both worlds. We ate out in Dartmouth & Brixham, had some beautiful coastal walks, visited the friendly pubs in Kingswear and just enjoyed time relaxing in the comfortable house and admiring the wonderful views. It’s rare to find a place with 3 double beds and we really appreciated that. The beds themselves were comfy with lovely crisp bedlinen. A great holiday and a place I’d love to return to.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Michelle’s apartment. Everything was spotless. It’s very well equipped, very comfortable and even more spacious than the photos show. The location is ideal - lots to see and explore in the area and easy walking distance to Poole Quay as well as Hamworthy itself. Communication was excellent and directions were very clear, however, on the day we arrived the path to the steps was all cordoned off by the builders so it took us a while to work out how to get in - Michelle wasn’t to know that. We eventually found our way round via the beach gate. We’d love to return next year and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you.

perfect location for us as we went to see a concert at the beacon which was literally a 5 min walk away. loads of places to eat and a Tesco's 2 mins away. everything was clean and tidy and the bed was so so comfortable. we stayed on Friday and Saturday night and the music didn't stop until almost 4 am and as we vape when we went outside there were crowds of drunk people, but noone bothered us, the entrance was shabby and dirty , but the flat definitely wasn't , although found something a previous guest left behind.. loved seeing the pretty church out the window . no bulb in the living room light so had to use the kitchen one which was very bright and the giant clock didn't work, but we have watches and we couldn't find the rubbish room just a bin on the stairs .all in all we loved our stay and would stay again ..thanks very much 😊

Debbie was fantastic from start to finish,the apartment is stunning and so comfortable and spotless,the beds are so comfy,the whole accommodation is well thought out and every available thing toy need for your stay is included,with well written instructions for everything

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Was located in an amazing place everything was within walking distance - free parking at the flat - bed was very comfy (better than my own bed😂) would definitely recommend - also Steven is very friendly and responds quickly which is great - 10/10

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for getting to the seafront and shops also restaurants, short walk to the train station. The property was clean , cosy and very warm, had everything we could need. Elwyn and Alan were very helpful , quick to respond , and let us check in early and have a late checkout, thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check in/out was easy, and the hosts were responsive. The location is only a few blocks from bars/restaurants, and only a 15-20 min walk from the train station, football stadium, and seaside! We also thought the coffee, milk, and breakfast items were a nice touch! Thanks for the perfect stay!
