Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

Very beautiful location on the outskirts of Venice in Mira. We were able to try a bunch of great foods in the local area, as well as see the Dolomites. What a beautiful location. Thank you for having us.

It was perfectly located to go around . It’s 30 mins to Dodge palace and St Marc’s basilica , but a nice walk and across the beautiful streets Just forgot to get milk , so ended up with black coffee or otherwise ok for 4 of us

Beautiful apartment with all the comfort you need. Nice touch of bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Paulo met us personally and showed us around, leaving phone number for any problems (we had no need to use it). Bed is comfortable and clean, with lots of storage space. We only used the main bedroom so can't comment on the other, but it looked fine. Bathroom also clean with lovely powerful shower, heated towel rail, shampoo and shower gel and also towels that are actually large enough to wrap around you. Plenty of sockets, a coffee machine with a few pods ("Uno" type if you want to bring your own), sugar, jams and condiments provided. Location in a quiet alleyway near lots of restaurants. Easily walkable to main sights, train station, Guglie or Madonna dell Orto waterbus stops from the airport (about 10 mins to each). I would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Le logement est en réalité bien mieux que sur les photos, nous ne nous attendions pas à ce qu'il soit aussi bien. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et lumineuse, tout était propre. Le grand avantage est sa localisation : il est tout proche de l'embarcadère qui mène à l'aéroport, la rue est très calme mais pas trop éloignée des attractions. La communication avec Elisabetta était fluide et elle était très réactive quand on lui envoyait des messages. Nous recommandons ce logement, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix !

Feancesco and Nicola were really helpful, the communication went smoothly. They have asked every day if I need anything that makes my stay better. I got clear instructions on how to reach the property. We could reach every famous places by foot from the property. I can recommend Francesco and Nicola’s property!

Giovanna fue muy atenta y respondía a los mensajes rapidísimo. El apartamento esta a 2 minutos de Rialto y es muy cómodo. Las indicaciones de Giovanna muy utiles. Muy recomendable.

We had an amazing stay here! We travelled with our 2 kids (2 years/10 months) and found all the major sites were close, walkable, and you’re near the vaporetto. Despite being close to everything the apartment itself is peaceful and quiet. The apartment is well stocked to cook and has a great shower - hot/with good pressure. There’s a washer and high chair, child cutlery/plates, cups, and a crib. Highly recommend staying here with kids. 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but it wasn’t bad at all; even with kids. We only met Stefano and he was lovely!

Hosts were super proactive and great at all Communications. The place is about a 7-min walk from the train station, and easy enough to find. Located at a quiet spot, but its on the ground floor so it can be noisy in the morning when people are walking past. Everything was spot on in the apartment. The only thing was a very soft, sunken-in mattress that needs to be replaced, and a headboard that peels. Otherwise great!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Venedig – besser geht es nicht! Alles war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Martina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders nett: Sie hat uns am Abreisetag das Zimmer noch bis abends gelassen, sodass wir unseren letzten Tag entspannt genießen konnten. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

L'appartement d'Elena est très bien conçu. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable (cuisine très bien équipée, les ingrédients de base, des parapluies et des chapeaux de soleil pour faire face à toutes les situations !). La décoration est élégante (nous avons beaucoup aimé les reproductions de tableaux), des guides et des livres sont à dispositions. On est loin des appartements impersonnels. Nous avions choisi ce quartier (Dorsoduro ouest) que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous avons adoré ! Le calme, l'authenticité, les petits cafés et restaurants, la proximité du Zattere qui permet de circuler facilement partout, la proximité également de Piazzale Roma (10 mn) qui évite de porter les valises à travers la ville. Elena est extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Merci à elle.

Beautiful location, view, and awesome customer service. The home was perfect for our family. Dimitri was incredible to work with. I recommend opting in for the private transport if you’ve had a long day and just want to get to the airbnb to wash up and relax.

Anfitriã muito atenciosa. Além de todos os itens descritos no anúncio, fornece delicadezas que tornar único o apartamento. Local extremamente organizado, com muitas comodidades adicionais e muito próximo de Verona (com a linha 7E se chega em 40 min ao centro de Veneza)

Had a great stay here at Giulio's place! The hosts were extremely helpful and even met us at the Water Taxi/gave us a short tour with recommendations which we used the whole time. Arsenale is situated well--quiet and easy to get around, close to a gorgeous park. We felt at home!

We loved our stay in Beatrice's place! We were only there for a short weekend, so we didn't make the most of the kitchen, etc - but it was so well equipped, and if we'd stayed one more night I would've loved to try some cooking! The bed was comfy, sheets lovely, and it all everything we could ask for and more (including suncream!). It was very clean, and despite the smell from the canal in the bathroom (which can't really be helped) it was a great place to stay. The terrace made it feel extra special - the whole place felt like our little sanctuary. Beatrice was also incredibly helpful, friendly and communicative. Excellent location to walk anywhere and explore Venice.

Lovely place overlooking the Grand Canal. Very centrally located so we walked to all parts of Venice. Laura was very responsive and friendly. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The frescoes on the walls added to the Venice experience. Highly recommended.

There aren’t enough good things I can say about Matteo! His Airbnb has exactly what is needed, nothing more, nothing less! Everything was extremely clean, easy to find and very homey. Matteo goes the extra mile and tries to anticipate any needs you may have while in his flat. He had baby toys, blankets, a cot AND was able to find car seats for us to use to get to his flat from the airport. Matteo is the best and if we are ever able to come back to Venice we would definitely stay here again!

Marisa’s home was our favorite AirBnB during our ten day stay in Italy! I cannot say enough good things about it! The home was beautifully appointed and meticulously clean! It also had all the amenities you could possibly need in a vacation home. Our family of five (2 parents, 2 teenagers & a 9yr old) all felt so at home and comfortable there! We loved the delicious snacks Marisa provided and her clear information regarding Venice transportation, restaurants recommendations and general information about Venice. Marisa was an excellent host and we highly recommend her pristine home!
