Ottima location, pulita confortevole, situata poco fuori Torino, ottimo per chi cerca un alloggio in zona tranquilla, Riccardo è un ottimo host, molto disponibile, comunicazione ineccepibile,ci siamo sentiti come a casa, siamo stati due giorni per visitare Torino e vedere il derby della Mole, ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo consiglio vivamente.

Superbe maison confortable et authentique, magnifiquement rénovée, où il fait frais même par fortes chaleurs. La vue des chambres est splendide. Géraldine est très accueillante. Stresa est à 10mn à pieds, un peu plus au retour car la pente est raide, mais c'est un plaisir de pouvoir tout faire sans voiture. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Останавливались у Марко вместе с коллегами в деловой поездке. Прекрасный дом, все чисто, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Магазины рядом, в шаговой доступности. Для желающих расслабиться есть сауна, джакузи и бассейн (правда и не успели воспользоваться). Благодарим за предоставленный дом!

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

Séjour de 3 jours pour le kappa festival au 7eme étage. Un grand balcon pour prendre l'apéritif. Climatisation très appréciée😁.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Maria Antonietta. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Die Wohnung ist schön und bietet viel Platz, das Bett war auch bequem. Der Innenhof ist toll, man hat direkten Zugang von allen Zimmern - und unsere Tochter hat sich sehr über die Rutsche gefreut :).

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW The Villa was wonderful. Highlights are the view and the pool. The location is extremely calm and quiet. It is up a steep hill. Definitely need a car to get up and down to Stresa and Lesa. The garage can take 3 cars and is very cleverly set up so that no need to go on a steep driveway and also the road is quiet so it’s very easy to get in and out. The Villa has recently been completely and tastefully refurbished. Beautiful design. It has everything you would need. Air conditioning only on the top floor rooms but the bottom floor is cooler. There are two large living areas (one on each level) and it would work well with two families staying (one on each level) as it even has a second simple kitchen on the lower level. The service led by Elena was superb. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and also a couple of small issues (eg internet) were dealt with extremely quickly. 6 star service. Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.
