Rochelle’s place is a gem. The layout is spacious and obviously well cared for, with several amenities. This upstairs apartment is filled with books, a comfortable sofa, and bed (the bedroom even contains a fainting couch!). The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Finally, the backyard is deep and lovely, and the location is close enough to downtown while still offering a sense of neighborhood. This would make a wonderful retreat for a writer, or simply a charming spot for a visit.

This Airbnb is spotlessly clean! The moment you step inside, you’re hit with the refreshing scent of cleanliness. Megan, the host, is incredibly responsive and friendly. Her attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the space. Everything has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My Airbnb experience was fabulous! Stunning atmosphere & cozy. I enjoyed the TV size, hot tub, and kitchen. Made all home cooked meals. Jackie provided snacks too. Location was walkable to everything downtown. Parking varied and needed to pay meters at times and I got 1 ticket. Then I found a free parking one block away so that was okay. I would definitely come back and stay again. Clean, organized, comfortable. Extra pillows, soap, hair dryer, pots and pans. Splendid trip! May even think of renting from 800 Lofts.

Due to the bad weather, there was no electricity when we arrived and that made it hard to find the place. However, there were candles burning and LaVonna even proposed to get a hotel room for us. Luckily, the electricity came back on later that evening and we could enjoy our stay.

My son and I loved our stay! It was only eight minutes away from Great Wolf Lodge, conveniently, with the convenience of being able to make your own meals! Highly recommend!

Great place and very responsive host! Bar on the street was a little loud at night but it is also a college town which is expected. Will stay again!

We held a small meditation retreat at the house and some of the retreatants also lodged there. It's perfect - roomy, wonderful kitchen, lots of varied places to sleep. And these are WONDERFUL hosts - so responsive and helpful.

Beth’s cabin was the perfect landing spot for our family for our daughter’s volleyball tournament in Lawrence. Beautiful surroundings and nicely updated home. Plenty of space! Loved the bonfire area and lots of space for the kids to run and play. Beth was very responsible and a great host!

This is a find! One of our best ever AirBnB stays. Great location for walking to downtown, Wheatfields Bakery or KU campus. Clean, warm and inviting. Lots of towels. Loved the treats too!

The Good: Comfortable little house, good price compared to other places in town, bed was comfortable, good pillows, lots of space, good location in town, responsive host. The not good/opportunities for improvement: Its an Old house heats unequally, linens were stored messily in kitchen (balled up on the shelves), the kitchen pans need replaced (all scratched and peeling) kitchen carpet was dirty and salty (sidewalk salt because it was winter), host messages too much--however has been friendly. Overall, we would stay there again due to the pricepoint, but it would be nice if the host decreased the messages they send by at least 50%.

Kim’s home was really comfortable with 3 BD and 2 BA. It was conveniently located walking distance to Mass Avenue. Kim was easy to reach if needed.

Beds were big and comfy. Loved it had ceiling fans. Spacious

The place is gorgeous and was perfect for our large group of people! We had some trouble with the pinball machines in the basement and Timothy responded instantly to resolve the issue! We really enjoyed the ease of checking in and checking out and were grateful for the simple and straightforward check-out procedures.

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

This is my second stay at Corbin’s place and it made my life very easy while visiting family. Corbin’s place is quiet, easy parking, convenient location, comfortable bed, wonderful shower and soft towels. I appreciate Corbin being open to feedback and suggestions to maintain a 5 star stay!

We love the "Hawk's Nest"! Wonderfully appointed condo in an ideal location near Mass St. Condo was just as described and very clean with everything you need. Perfect size with comfy furniture and bed. Love the balcony and its chairs. Excellent for people watching :-D Omar is super responsive and accommodating with any questions or requests. Would highly recommend for any Lawrence visitor!

Excellent location and host. Due to a busy weekend schedule, we didn't get to enjoy the place as much as I would have wanted. I'd stay here again the next time visiting Lawrence. Ashley was great and everything was as advertised.

Good location. Clean building and unit. The garage door in the kitchen was a fun feature. You do have to pay meter parking.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
