Great spot in the middle of Mass street. Space was clean and roomy. Instructions for check in and stay were clearly laid out and easy to follow. Parking is easy on the street, just download the parking app to handle. Few things to consider. You are above a couple of restaurants, so you will smell the fresh bread and food quite a bit. Not bad if you’re a foodie! There are dumpsters behind the spot so you will hear noise late at night with restaurant crews tossing trash and the trash trucks early in the morning. Not bad, but you’ll hear them. Overall great spot in the middle of all the action on Mass. we will absolutely book there again if our daughter ends up at KU. Kore and team were super responsive and excellent hosts.

My friend and I traveled to Kansas with 4 dogs for a dog competition and stayed at this lovely AirBnB. It was absolutely perfect! Staci was super responsive to messages, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. After each day of competing with our dogs it was nice to come “home” to a cozy place to rest, relax, and recoup for the next day.

Clean and spacious. Not a far walk from shopping and restaurants on Mass Street. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

Joni gave clear instructions. The house was clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and it was walkable to downtown Lawrence which was really convenient.

Renee and Francis's place was perfect - cute, tidy, and within easy walking distance of Mass St. From snacks and tea to extra pillows and blankets, the house had everything we needed. Both hosts were super -- responsive and friendly. A great stay. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for us. There was 8 of us total attending student visit days at KU. Location to KU was less than 7 minutes. The house was easy to find and was as described. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy it! Great host with great communication!

We didn't get to spend much time in the home as we were in town for baseball games but sure would of love to have more time to enjoy the views in the peaceful setting. Hopefully we can make it back and stay longer. Mary

Our family had a wonderful stay here! It was very family friendly and suited all of our needs.

We needed a home quickly and last minute…Timothy was on the ball within 1-2hours of the request and got the home open right away. He literally has everything in the home including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent (all the good stuff and no cheap lol). He has little signs up all over the house to help with any questions or concerns as well as what he would need from you before check out. He checked in with us to make sure we were good. The hot tub was perfect! The space with 4 private bedrooms all with big queen beds and super spacious on top of 3 full bathrooms and a half bath is something that was definitely worth getting having like 6 teenage girls in the home! Oh and the 2 bathrooms downstairs had jacuzzi tubs!! You don’t want to miss out on this place if you are passing through or just want a little getaway. Amazing home and hosts!

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever need for a stress free stay. Short walk to the heart of Lawrence. Rosa was proactive and very responsive. We will definitely be staying again.

Ashley was a great host—very responsive with clear instructions for check-in and parking. The place was clean, quiet, and stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, music venues, and coffee shops. The building felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Lawrence, KS!

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

The only difficulty is parking which is why this is the perfect property to hang out on mass for the weekend! It has a dedicated parking spot and is a cozy place in the middle of downtown!

Ashely was a great host! Very fast in responding. We had an issue with the AC during our stay and Ashely was on top of it. It was fixed the next day and she even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant to make up for it. The space was overall very nice. The sofa bed was pretty small- it would be a tight fit for 2 adults. We heard the upstairs neighbors quite a bit as well- especially at night. It’s a great location- everything on Massachusetts is within walking distance. We decided to park in the lot behind the building which was very cheap. Overall we had a great stay!

Jessi is an amazing Host! The loft, was just as pictured. Clean, tidy, and quaint! She is quick to respond & helped with all the little tidbits, in regards to parking 😊 Absolutely Loved, our stay! 10/10 recommend 😊

Lovely apartment! You can tell that Victoria has put a ton of thought into the space for comfort and functionality. She was very flexible and friendly in her communication. We wish we would of stayed longer here and will definitely stay again when in Lawrence 🥰

Perfect spot since our competition was just down the street. Loved the welcome sign! If ever have to come back, I would definitely stay here again!
