Our stay at Jean and Dave’s place was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings that made for the perfect winter getaway. We especially loved taking the snowshoes out for a hike around the property—it was such a peaceful and scenic experience. Each morning, we looked forward to seeing Jean and Dave at breakfast. They are such wonderful hosts—warm, friendly, and full of great recommendations. Their hospitality truly made our stay extra special. If you’re looking for a cozy, relaxing retreat with fantastic hosts and breathtaking scenery, this is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Wonderful place! It's so beautiful and a perfect spot for our family vacation! Diane was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

If you are coming to ski at Tahoe, it is hard to beat this place. It is steps from the Stagecoach lift. When everyone else is waiting in the line at the gondola, you will be on your third or fourth run on the day. The unit had everything we could have wanted, plus a few extras like granola bars and oatmeal left in a nice basket on the counter. It made the place feel very welcoming. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and stay comfortably. But what really makes the place stand out is the host. Steven was responsive, helpful and very easy to deal with. He checked in to make sure we arrived and had everything we needed, and he was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I am very grateful to Steven for making our stay in Tahoe a very pleasant one. Just to note, when you stay at Stagecoach, you are 15 minutes up the mountain, so it is a drive to get into town. But if you plan ahead, that isn't an issue. Plus, why would you want to leave!?!

Great condo in the perfect location. Quick walk to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved this house and the location. The furnishings were great and the house was so roomy. A short walk to the creek in the meadow were our kids spent countless hours playing. Its is a quite neighborhood, but conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. So many things around the area to do. We loved it!
