This condo was the perfect rental for us for the weekend. It is extremely close to heavenly and all the hotels, there is a Whole Foods and Safeway near by, and you have a beautiful lake view! Our only complaint was that they told us we would get 3 parking passes, but the lobby only gave us two initially. However RnR had quick responses via text and they were able to get us an additional pass within the hour. They even dropped it off under our door which was very kind of them. We loved the rental and will be back!

Paula's place was wonderful - exactly as described, quite clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed. Paula was also extremely helpful, we appreciated how quickly she responded and how considerate she was.

Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

The location was convenient and close to south lake. The place was well equipped all across and of course as shown in pics, the view from the living room was spectacular!

The place was nice and convenient for skiing at Heavenly and we would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The pool was huge and my niece loved swimming in it. The rooms were clean and well appointed with TVs in each room and comfortable beds! Great location with Safeway just down the road for all our grocery needs and close to Heavenly for skiing. Can’t say enough great things about this home and wish all of our stays were this good! Thank you!

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! This place is now at the top of my list for Tahoe stays, and I highly recommend it. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and with a spacious living room perfect for a large group to relax together. We were able to make hefty breakfast and dinner meals with the kitchen supplies in the home and grill outside (we brought our own spices). And top it off with it being just an 8-10 minute drive to the ski resort -- such an excellent weekend stay! What truly set this stay apart was Deana -- she was the most thoughtful and kind Airbnb host I've ever encountered. She was proactive in sharing helpful tips about snow conditions, incredibly warm, and always quick to respond. Her hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable.

Jeff was a dream to work with, he was always very helpfull and responsive; the house was gorgeous and had everything you need to enjoy a peaceful family time…. Truly amazing experience!!! The cherry on the cake? Jeff was so helpfull to make our requests become a reality and truly enjoy the whole experience… my 5 star review is totally worth it and I could give 10 stars if only was possible!!! Thanks Jeff

Great location with partial lake views and easy drive to both Heavenly lodges and village. We enjoyed the glass sunroom and used the kitchen which was well equipped. Few minor issues that we’ll communicate to the host (who was an excellent and prompt communicator). Would stay again!

Easily a favorite AirBnB of ours. We will definitely be back. The location is great, it’s in close proximity to the casinos and heavenly village. I will say the pictures do not do the space justice, this is a beautiful home with everything you may need.

Excellent location for skiing the Nevada side of heavenly. It’s very affordable for the convenience given the ease of travel to the slopes. Check in and out was perfectly easy as well

The four of us couples stayed here and had an amazing time! Maria’s place is modern, super clean, and really spacious, so we were all super comfortable. The whole stay was great, and we’d definitely recommend it!

It’s a nice place to stay in winter. Location is close to California lodge parking. The house is clean and spacious, has everything you need for a short stay. The heating system works well and without any noise (which was a problem in a few other places I stayed in the area before). Edrene was always available to answer our questions.

House was perfectly located within 5 minutes of skiing and casino's. Quiet street, parking in driveway, beautiful fenced in yard perfect for our dogs to run around in the snow!!! House was very clean and Don was very responsive to any questions we had. We brought our entire family up over the Holidays and Don was kind enough to put up a tree for us and left us ornaments so we can decorate for the Christmas Holiday. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book again for next year!

My family really enjoyed our month long stay! The house was warm and cozy during the cold winter. The house is perfectly located in South Lake Tahoe.

The house was a great place to stay for a ski trip in Tahoe! It was clean, had all the amenities listed, and Melanie was a great host— very responsive and accommodating.

Great location right by Heavenly (Stagecoach) and main area of South Lake Tahoe. Beautiful views of the lake throughout the house. Spacious stay for our group of 6 with a toddler and 2 dogs. There is a small pet fee that wasn’t disclosed in the listing, but not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and we would book again.

My family and I took a trip to Lake Tahoe for my son’s 7th birthday. We really wanted to stay in an air bnb with beautiful views but also something nicer than an ordinary cabin. Matt’s home was the perfect match! From driving in to walking inside the home it was beautiful and very clean with great views of the lake. He also provided step by step videos how to function the thermostats, automatic blinds, and how to check in and check out along with other things prior to our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. It is also close to shops and restaurants . I highly recommend this place! :)

We had great stay at Katie's place. The house had plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Our dog loved the fenced yard. It's also a great neighborhood to walk the dog (easy access to the lake). We like to cook and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our evenings in the sofa watching movies by the fireplace. We had a snow storm our last day. As soon as a the storm was over, somebody came to plow the driveway. The 11am checkout was a big plus as compared to many others rentals where we stayed. Overall we had a great stay and would love to comeback. Katie's was super easy to communicate with.
