We loved being able to stay at David’s house again! It’s a great place to enjoy the snow, and it’s quite cozy. We also personally like the aesthetics and general ambiance of the rooms. David has always been a thoughtful, helpful host!

Incredible 180 degree views of Lake Tahoe in a rustic 1938 built house. Absolutely charming with the necessary upgrades. We enjoyed that the TV was in a room other than the main living space. It will be an experience we will always cherish with kids and grandkids!

We can’t thank you enough for accommodating us. Our family loved this spot and I really appreciated your understanding and hospitality. I loved that you had everything we needed for a family and even for the baby. The coffee and tea bar was great, everything worked and was clean. Parking was so easy and available. The kids had an awesome time and there was plenty of room for all six of us! Plus our puppy!

This Little Red House is something you only dream of and the hosts are what make you realize you're reality... A very beautiful house, great for a couple or two friends overlooking a gorgeous view of the serene and quiet Topaz Lake... The quietest place we've ever been... It's so special to us we wish we could buy the house ourselves hahaha. If you have the time, definitely check this out, treat it with respect and you'll have a great stay... Topaz Lodge is right around the corner too... It's an unforgettable spot we can only hope to come back to one day. We love this house and Topaz Lake... Thank you so much. It really helped us ❤️

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Great home base for our weekend ski trip. Short drive up to Heavenly's parking lots and walkable to many spots around town and to the lake shore. The space was clean and homey.

Wonderful place! It's so beautiful and a perfect spot for our family vacation! Diane was very communicative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

We will be recommending Brian’s place to all our friends and family. Access wise it’s super easy to get onto the Heavenly slopes via stagecoach lift which is just a 5 minute walk away. The Nevada side of the slope is also less congested as well. The place was also great. The features we loved included a well equipped kitchen, large master suite and a great fireplace. It was easy to find the place and we were able to park right next to the unit.

Our stay was amazing! Our teenage boys had their own rooms downstairs. The master suite was upstairs. We loved the fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. Very open space, plenty of room. We cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed family time in the living room. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was incredible. The view was breathtaking. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Our Doberman felt right at home. We would definitely stay again. I appreciate the team being very responsive. Only call outs were alcohol containers in backyard and rooftop. Cleaning company could have done better with the amount of cleaning fees. Elevator does not work even though advertised. Would have been nice to know beforehand as our dog is senior and I have a bad back and knee. All in all well worth it!
