They were so sweet and responded quickly! The neighbors were so sweet and the area was comfortable and peaceful. 100/100!!!!

This location was everything the reviews indicated. The inside was clean and well kept and perfect for our family. The kayaks were the best part of the stay and the lake is beautiful. The outside does need some tlc to match the inside upgrades.

The home was beautiful and clean, and we had a wonderful experience.

The place was very nice and was even decorated for Christmas, which was a nice surprise! There were beautiful views on the mountains and sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked and surpassed expectations. I was in town to attend the Bronco Off Roadeo in Maryville and Claire’s place was a convenient 15 minute drive to that.

This place was absolutely amazing! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The screened in upper deck was our absolute favorite hang out spot. The house had great storage and room to spread out. The hot tub and fire pit were great! Everything was so peaceful and quiet. The only downside was the low water level of the lake but that is just the time of year. 10/10 recommend!!!

We absolutely loved this property! It was a last minute getaway with the kids and I was perfect. We can’t wait to come back in the summer. Host was responsive and friendly. Loved the peaceful nature and location. We will be back!!

The place was amazing and the host was double amazing. Location has amazing views of the lake with its own dock when the water is back to Sumer pool. You can tell extra care was taken to clean the place. With many things offered above a avg place. We highly recommend the place and look forward to booking our next trip.

We all enjoyed our family Christmas get together here. Lots of room and comfortable furnishings. Would definitely recommend this for anyone seeking a quite , peaceful location to relax along with an immense number of things to do within a short drive.

The cottage was very clean and in a great location. It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while still being in a secluded location. The hosts were very quick and helpful with messages. We took them up on a few of their recommendations and were not disappointed! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Smoky Mountain getaway!

Our stay at this cottage overlooking the lake was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly responsive and super friendly, going above and beyond by providing recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and even having flyers and brochures available. The property itself was immaculate and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need – from lint rollers to a crockpot! The decor was beautifully modern with a charming lake vibe that really added to the experience. I also loved that it was pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along to enjoy the trip with us. And of course, the hot tub was the cherry on top! I couldn’t be happier with our stay and would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

This property was exactly what we needed for our stay in Gatlinburg. The host was responsive and caring which is greatly appreciated! We enjoyed the game room and fire pit. The place was spacious and comfortable as well! We found a restaurant called the Heirloom room that was about a mile away from the property that was very nice and so delicious- it’s definitely a must try!

Had an incredible stay at Carol’s cabin. Perfect lakeside getaway with an incredible view. Carol thought of everything - even had fresh baked bread waiting for us! Worked great for our group of 7. Would absolutely recommend.

This idyllic home provided the perfect backdrop for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration. The setting was incredibly peaceful and beautiful with a place for everyone in the group to feel special, and at home at the same time. Our host was so accommodating, and every amenity imaginable and unimaginable was at our disposal. My four year old granddaughter summed it up best when she said it was “the best trip ever!”

Weekend in Tennessee with grandsons and family for motorcycle races. This cabin/home was perfect. 4 large king bedrooms with on-suites. 2 large living areas that were comfortable and cosy. Kitchen with all the amenities needed. Dining area roomy for 6 ( easily would sit 8). Great paved outdoor area with covered roof. Perfect for a truck loaded with motorcycles and pouring rain! 4 year old loved the hot tub. 7 year old loved his own private space! Adults loved feeling at home from the moment we entered the cabin! Everything that we needed except for clothing and food was provided! Will definitely book again next year for motorcycle races in the area! We look forward to staying again next visit to the area. Dandridge is a place to fall for, the lake is serene, and the quiet is most appreciated. We were so busy relaxing that we didnt do all the things on our fun list so we will have to come visit again soon!

Excellent stay! Our student ministry had a retreat with some of our high school students and had an amazing time. Plenty of space, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, and an awesome property. Doug and Lisa were very clear and proactive in their communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to come back!

Beautiful Home!! We came to Sevierville for our wedding and Iryna’s place was the perfect peaceful location for us to spend time together and with our family!!

Great place and host! 11 of us spent Thanksgiving in the cabin and we all had plenty of room. It was quiet, private and away from all the hustle and bustle or vacationers. Bonus was parking was concrete and just one step to get inside and a bedroom on the main level due to older ones that were traveling with us. Will definitely try to make it back soon!

We loved the secluded location, river views, fire pit, and large grassy area for playing football with the kids. The kids loved saying hi to the neighbors goats who came to visit. The location was convenient to town, Dollywood and the GSMNP.
