Our whole family was able to be together during the difficult time around a funeral.

We were so blessed to find this space. Family came from across the country for a celebration of life for a passed on loved one. We needed a space where we could gather to laugh and cry but also have our own comfortable rooms where we could retreat to when we needed time to process. The place was conveniently located, filled with sun, and decorated in such a way that it felt warm and inviting. We're just so appreciative of having found the perfect place to provide us respite from the storm we were enduring.

This is a fabulous Airbnb for a large group. We were an extended family group of 8, and it was perfect. It's a beautifully furnished old house, with a user-friendly living area on the main floor, and 2 floors of bedrooms upstairs. There is lots of space to gather and enjoy the evening, with a well-stocked kitchen and dining area, which was great for making dinner for 10 people. But with space to get away to the bedrooms if desired. The bedrooms were what we expected, one huge, one small and 2 medium sized, just as described. All comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were great. There was convenient free parking for our 2 cars. It was easy to walk to the T to get into downtown Boston, or easy to drive in. We loved our stay here, and were the envy of our friends! Our only negative is that it was hard to control the temperature, as it is a lovely old house on 3 stories, so the downstairs could be cold or the upstairs too hot, but we worked with it, no problem. We loved our stay, highly recommended

I cannot rave enough about our stay. The home was perfect for my family that came all the way from Puerto Rico for my sister’s wedding. The home is not specifically promoted for kids, however, the fact that the home was free of clutter, and nothing breakable made it that much more peaceful for parents. The lake is literally right there and a wonder to wake up to in the morning with coffee. With all the hustle and bustle from a wedding it was the perfect retreat to relax. We plan on staying again!

Our weekend stay in Sturbridge, MA, was a delightful experience celebrating my friend's 59th birthday alongside her husband, my wife, and another close friend with her sister. The property was beautifully situated on the lake, offering a peaceful and secluded atmosphere perfect for relaxation and quality time together. We appreciated this location's balance—it felt private and tranquil without being isolated, and we weren't disturbed by noise or distractions. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Being close to town allowed us easy access to local activities and entertainment, enhancing our overall experience. It was the perfect blend of a serene getaway and enjoyable exploration. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a quiet, romantic, and rejuvenating retreat.

Fatima was an incredible host, and my friends and I had an amazing time staying at her property. Everything was exactly as it appeared in photos and Fatima provided very clear instructions for us, so we hardly needed to reach out to her for questions. When we did, she replied quickly and fully. 10/10 recommend staying at this property and working with Fatima!

The house is bigger and better then the pictures. There is SO much space (we were 2 families with kids, and the grandmas). The layout is great. My son has trouble with stairs, so we had a large first floor bedroom. Our brother and his family took the upstairs. We did not hear his two littles who were up at the crack of dawn. Definitely can be private if you want. The porches were so spacious and we had great fall weather, so spent some time enjoying the view (ocean!) We were down for a family wedding and there was more than enough room for everyone to get ready, especially with 3 bathrooms- 3 showers. We appreciated the toiletries for use (we're a TJ family, so loved to have familiar products around.) Although we didn't cook at all, the kitchen is stocked with the necessities- oil, popular spices, butter. There were perishables in the fridge that belonged to owner but it didn't bother us that they were there. The house itself was immaculate. The area is so nice. We hope to go back! TY!

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable - very well appointed - with a very nice host. I had some unusual circumstances for my stay, and Milan was extremely courteous, responsive and friendly. The furnishings were beautiful and there was plenty of space in the condo. I noticed the thoughtful touches like the high chair, children's plates, dog bed and bowl, etc. It seems like every detail has really been well thought out.

Kate’s place was clean, cute, and so spacious for our girls trip. We all had our own space, we could eat meals together, and we could all fit on the couch. The instructions were clear and easy to follow—making check-in & check-out seamless! We spent our time in Newport which was a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

Paula was an amazing host. She was extremely flexible and attentive. The property was immaculate almost if it was brand new. The kitchen was truly fully stocked which was helpful as we did cook a few times during our stay. Linens were clean and comfortable. Tons of sleeping space for individuals where they don't have to share a bed. Can't wait to come back! Minutes from train station and downtown Providence.

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

We had an excellent time at Brad’s beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable, enough hot water for several showers, and all of the cooking ware you would need! Well these things are what catch our attention when traveling for work. Brad is an awesome guy and fantastic host. He was there from time to time, and there was never an awkward moment. He is very personable and easy going. I would stay here 10 out of 10 times when passing through.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

We stayed for New Year’s Eve so it’s during the winter.- no lake activities, but it’s a relaxing setting. I bet it’s wonderful during all the seasons. This was perfect for us as we just wanted a nice, big space to relax with friends. The house is so perfect for big groups with enough beds (very comfortable with clean linens, mattress pads and pillows). The decor was light and airy. Beautiful home. Enough tvs and 2 living areas as well as a big dining room, breakfast nook, little office space, a ping pong table…totally recommend! Thank you for sharing, Samantha!

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Perfect location for our group. Enjoyed waking up to a view of the water. The place was very clean and Stacy was very responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay.
