We were in town for a family party and needed a place to stay. We absolutely loved staying at Melissa and John’s place! It’s exactly as it looks in the photos. It was clean, well stocked with towels, bedding, toiletries and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The fenced in back yard was huge and we enjoyed the fire pit as well. Would absolutely recommend this house!

Lisa was a fantastic host. The house was perfect for my daughter and I for the weekend. Lisa was super responsive when I asked a question. She was very friendly. The house is exactly as described and super pet friendly. I will stay again next time I visit Holland.

Perfect for 4 adult couples. Large table and spacious dining/living area for all to relax and play games. Can walk to everything in less that 10 minutes. Thanks John!

Inviting and cozy home, perfect for me and my wife to escape for a few days, hang at the beach, and explore South Haven. The place was exactly as described, so clean and comfortable. The 4 seasons room on the deck was awesome, would be great for larger groups than we had, but peaceful and tranquil for some morning yoga. The beach gear was incredible as well, so convenient to only have to pack swimsuits and know that they had everything else there. On one of the nights when the evening lows were going to be chilly, Mickie and John proactively reached out to us to be sure we knew how to turn on the furnace. Can’t say enough about this place and would love to stay again!

This house is located close to the downtown area. It is a walkable area, we walked to the local tavern one evening (the snow falling during the walk was breathtaking). The house accommodated our group of 7 adults with beds leftover. The living room was perfect for game night. The beds we were soft and pillowy. The showers got hot quickly and had good water pressure. Each room was stocked with additional bed linens and towels. In the kitchen there’s ample room to cook meals and there’s a stocked coffee bar. Despite going to South Haven in their off season many shops and restaurants were still open! We were able to see the remaining ice sculptures from the ice breaker festival which was cool. If you want to walk to the lighthouse just know most of the path to the pier is ice so it’s very slick and the pier itself is still closed. We enjoyed staying at this home and hope to return in the summer!!

Loved our stay at this home! The hosts were friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cute with added catering to children which was appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay. GREAT location and VERY cute place for downtown living. Walking distance or very short drive to everything we wanted to do. We only have two call outs: the drain in the shower needs some drain cleaner (water fills the tub quite high when showering) and secondly, there were conflicting check out processes left with us like how to leave the dishes or bedding. I followed what was emailed. We would definitely stay again or recommend! Loved it!! Thank you so much. BONUS!! - THE BEDS = #ohmygosh.. BEYOND comfortable.

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

Amazing older historic home near Fulton St and walking distance to a bunch of cute coffee shops and stores. Incredibly comfy beds and couches and thoughtful touches to the whole place (coffee, creamer, q tips, etc). Would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

We loved staying here! The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the place is cozy. It’s in a safe area! Andrew and his cohost were more than helpful for our trip, they even left us farm fresh eggs! Will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend to anyone interested in staying 😊

My daughter had her cancer treatment and check up and we also had a family wedding the same weekend. Tina was kind and wonderful. I had my elderly mom with me who has mobility issues. Tina was fast to answer questions and gave wonderful descriptions so I could ensure my mom could make it into the house and have a bedroom on the first floor. The house was wonderful and clean and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful stay. Tina made everything very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend. She was kind enough to allow us a later check out and the house was even ready early for us to check in. I hope to come back to the area for more of a long, fun weekend before the snow flies, and I will for sure book with Tina again. Without a doubt. She was so kind and empathetic to the main reason we were there. Having to go anywhere for you child to have cancer treatment is never fun. Working with someone so wonderful made it that much easier. Thank you.

My boys are in their 20’s and still thought the climbing wall and slide (for smaller kids) was great. Plenty of space for us all. Good place to gather as well. Close to a nice walk/run by the water

Brenden’s place was perfect for our Saugatuck girls weekend. There were three of us and we each had our own room. The location can’t be beat! There are fantastic restaurants that you can walk to in minutes and a little coffee/breakfast shop practically right outside the door. Brenden was a great host—he actually called me before our stay to welcome us, and offered early check-in. Highly recommend!

Very nice place in a great location. Loved that Isabel's was right there. Grand Haven an South Haven each 20 minutes away. Would stay again.
