My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

really nice apartment. much quieter than I expected. loved seeing everyone walking their dogs around the grounds. the hike from the car to the apartment was something to plan for but we got through it.

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful little apartment. Very clean. He even left us a bottle of Prosecco with a happy anniversary note, a couple of bottles of water,coke and beers! Also plenty of complimentary snacks too. So Peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the outside fire pit/grill but it looked lovely. 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck. You could walk but we just chose to drive. Great restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely be back again!

Stephanie and Chads place has made what has been a wonderful trip, all the better. A perfect apartment in an idilic setting with wonderful hosts. If we get a chance to come this way again, I'd hope to stay with them again. Stephanie was wonderful, from the 1st point of contact. she was soo helpful, she recommended a route from O'Hare airport in Chicago, to her place in Kalamazoo, which put us at ease. the Apartment had all that we needed. it was warm and comfortable at all times as we had weather was 20c and sunny to -3c and snowing. hot water as you needed and in a setting that was stunning on the outskirts of Kalamazoo but 5 mins from where we needed to be each day. We had a garage for our car. washer and dryer for our clothes two bedrooms with double beds and a large living space and kitchenette they had all we needed for it to feel like a home away from home.

Great stay with a great host! Traveled here on business and it was the perfect location. Communication was easy and the place was very clean.

Hilary is a welcoming host and was excellent with communication, working with us even prior to our booking. Her response is time very fast. The home is spacious and offers many amenities for a large group or family. The furnishings are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and rustic. We even saw deer roaming around ! Lots to do in nearby towns along Lake Michigan. Would highly recommend this property for a fun family getaway.

This place is a gem! Words can’t describe how wonderful Nathan and Anna’s place is. It’s totally spotless… I didn’t see a stray crumb, random hair, or speck of dust anywhere. It’s exceptionally comfy from the beds and linens, to the sofa, chair, and throw blankets, and everything in between! And let’s talk about the bathroom…the rainfall shower, the exhaust fan with a built in speaker, and the vanity made from a repurposed dresser - OMG AMAZING! The hot tub was sparkling clean and easy to use. The location isn’t downtown but it’s a quick drive to restaurants, shopping, and more. Nathan is incredibly easy to communicate with and responds right away. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for us while we visited our nephew at Western Michigan University. The house was adorable. We loved the fenced in yard and everything was spotless and very homey and cozy. We would definitely stay here again anytime we visit the university. Kim was especially helpful at making sure that we got in OK and even let us know about events that were going on in the area!

Jennifer’s place was centrally located, less than 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Grand Rapids. This is definitely a busy neighborhood, which didn’t bother us at all but others might want a white noise machine for sleep. The house was very well stocked with the essentials and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christy’s place. She is super responsive and it is beautifully appointed with the perfect combo of cozy and chic. We love to cook and she had great recipe books and all tools along with starter ingredients to whip up delicious meals. The land surrounding the property is well maintained and offers plenty for play and relaxation. We will definitely return and look forward to exploring the area in warmer seasons.

Kris's home is very clean, cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The location is very centrally located, easy to drive to see the sunset at the beach or to downtown. Kris was very easy to communicate with when needed. We would stay again and we recommend staying at her house if you are in the Holland area.

We stayed here for the last 2 years, and it keeps getting better! We had everything we could have needed. Everything was walking distance, so we never had to drive.

This was a great location. very close to downtown. You could walk downtown rather than trying to find a parking space. The view was great. we didn't have a problem with noise, but we stayed in February so there weren't neighbors. The shops and restaurants were still vibrant and had a good amount of people. The place was very clean and comfortable. had some trouble finding the place. There is a different address on the front of tow building. the correct address was on the door. The hosts were repaonsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

Our family of 5 was in town for a tournament and stayed at Mindy’s condo. She was proactive so check in was seamless. The home was very clean, well decorated, and well supplied with dishes, linens, coffee and other household items. The beds were VERY comfortable! Even the sofa bed! The attached garage was a plus as well. The condo is in a great area located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Grateful for such a nice place to stay while we were in town!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

Very nice place in a great location. Loved that Isabel's was right there. Grand Haven an South Haven each 20 minutes away. Would stay again.

Brenden’s place was perfect for our Saugatuck girls weekend. There were three of us and we each had our own room. The location can’t be beat! There are fantastic restaurants that you can walk to in minutes and a little coffee/breakfast shop practically right outside the door. Brenden was a great host—he actually called me before our stay to welcome us, and offered early check-in. Highly recommend!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. This is by far the cleanest AirB&B I’ve ever been in. It was spotless. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants & bars. Next time we will come in the Summer so we can enjoy the beach. Thank you!!!

Catherine's Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our fall trip to South Haven. It was close to the area beaches, shops and other amenities. The Beach House has everything plus more! My little ones loved the children's toys and books that were available. We cooked all of our meals at Catherine's place which was a huge plus. The host went above and beyond with information about local events, places to visit and restaurants to try. Catherine was responsive and incredibly kind. We hope to visit the Beach House again soon!
